The light went off and gunshots followed. “Shit! fuck,” Fabiano yelled climbing off her. He rushed to the emergency switch and switched it on, the room brightened immediately and he rushed towards his weapons shelves.
He grabbed his white custom-made pistol and filled it with bullets. He took a short glance at Jasira and hissed.
“You bitch cause all this.” There was no way he was letting her go scot-free. He cocked his gun, centered on her chest before firing the bullet but the sudden opening of the door made him lose focus the bullet hit her arm and a low painful sound left her mouth.
“Alejandro!” He called shocked before a loud mocking laugh left his mouth.
“So you are the one.” He said in between his laugh as he raised his gun to him.
“Yes shocked to see me.” He answered glancing at bleeding Jasira on the bed. Fabiano traced his gaze and laughed.
“She is so important to you that you left your mansion to fight me.”
Alejandro said nothing as he slowly removed his gaze from her and raised his gun at him, his blue eyes shone darkly as he glanced at him.
“You would regret ever touching her.”
Fabiano scoffed, “Says who, boy.”
“You have forgotten that I teach you all what you know right, you can never kill me.”
“Watch me.” He fired three shots together but he dodged each of them which isn’t surprising because he might be old but he was still strong.
Alejandro was working under him before he left him to build his empire. He fought his way out and they signed a peace treaty not to fight each other again, that was the reason he couldn’t come to him himself.
“You mean business,” Fabiano hissed before he fired at him while Alejandro dodged running out of the way.
They kept shooting at each other before they eventually ran out of bullets. Alejandro brought out his dagger and he did the same.
“You came prepared and I love it.” He laughed before charging at him. Alejandro grabbed his hand before it could reach him and used it to push him back. Fabiano scoffed nodding his head approval before charging once again this time around leaving a space between them while holding out his dagger.
Alejandro was stronger than him, there was no way he would get to him without him being distracted.
He smirked as he sighted an alcohol bottle some meters away from him. Alejandro was watching his every move and scoffed when he grabbed the bottle.
He thought he was going to throw it at him until he threw it at Jasira.
“Jasira,” he thundered charging at him blindly and that gave Fabiano a chance to stab him under his arm.
“Fuck.” He hissed in pain shaking his head to clear the dizziness on his face. He took a short glance at Jasira, she was bleeding badly and would die if he wasn’t done with this quickly.
He was going to kill this bastard for touching his girl. He threw away his dagger shocking Fabiano, Alejandro used that chance to give him a blow on his nose making him lose his hold on his dagger.
He gave him several punches till he stumbled backward and hit a table which made him fall. Alejandro grabbed his dagger and stabbed him in his stomach, his blood splattered on his face but he was careless as he stabbed his face, he dragged the dagger around his face before he removed it and threw it on the floor.
He breathed heavily watching him bleed to death, “Dead by your favorite dagger.” He spat on him before he rushed to Jasira.
“Jasira,” He shouted lifting her with his bloodied hand. “Oh, fuck Jasira, don’t die on me.” He begged arranging her on his arm. He winced at his wound and breathed heavily before rushing out of the room.
Blood dripped after him with each step he took, his blood and hers. He was not worried about himself but the girl in his arm, she was not breathing, she stopped breathing right in front of him and he couldn’t do anything about it.
For the first time, he was scared of losing her. He didn’t want her dead at all, useful or not; he wanted her alive. She was fucking special to him.
“Boss,” Maxwell called immediately when he saw him.
“Bring her boss.”
“No Maxwell,” He snapped rushing out tightening his hand around her possessively. “Is the car ready?”
“Yes, boss. Our men had surrounded everywhere. Where is Fabiano?”
“Dead.”
Maxwell halted a bit at the news, this was going to cause a real war. The deal was that he was going to hurt him not kill him for goodness sake.
“Boss, that… that is war, you shouldn’t have killed him.”
Alejandro snapped his head at him and stopped walking. “He hurt Jasira, there was no way I’m leaving him to live. If it is going to lead to a war so be it!”
“I’m sorry boss.” He apologized and opened the door that led toward the club to him. The once filled club was empty immediately they heard a gunshot.
He opened the door for Alejandro and they were out of the club, “Drive to the clinic at high speed.”
“Yes, boss.” He opened the car door and ran to the driver’s seat.
Alejandro glanced at the lifeless Jasira in his arm and his heart tightened. This was a disaster, he didn’t plan it like this. He rushed to action immediately Jasira stopped speaking with him on the phone.
“Jasira,” He called (panicking) tapping her cheeks lightly but her eyes remained closed.
“Step on it, Maxwell,” He shouted groaning and throwing his head back.
The ride to the mansion was one of the longest rides he had ever taken in years, he stepped out of the car immediately after it stopped.
The nurses in his clinic rushed out with a stretcher to take Jasira inside.
He dropped her on the stretcher and pulled the doctor back.
“Don’t come out unless you have good news else you will be in her position next.”
The poor doctor nodded quickly in fear before she rushed inside after her.
