Elona’s POV
We were on our way home in Tristan’s car. The bus dropped us off at school earlier. I slept the entire journey back. In fact, I had to ask Cris to get some painkillers for me last night and I slept through most of the night, not interacting with anyone on the camp. Tristan was too occupied with helping everyone else to check up on me. But at least, I could sleep. I sent him a text as soon as we had signal this morning to wish him a happy birthday. Cris was most of the time on her phone as she received tons of texts, so I left her to it in the bus and I slept.
We pulled up in the driveway to my house, there were a few cars and I knew what this was. Tristan’s surprise party is held at my house. We all got out of the car. I had a dull ache, but the painkillers managed most of the pain. I swung the strap of my backpack over my shoulder.
“Are you okay?” Tristan asked with concern laced in his voice.
“I’m okay,” I forced a smile as I lied, and then walked into the house.
Cris was already inside, she was speaking to my dad. I heard some voices coming from the backyard. “Thank you so much, Uncle David, for pulling this off without me,” she said quietly so that Tristan would not hear anything when he entered.
My father’s gaze fell on me and his brows furrowed a bit, “Are you okay? You look a bit pale,” he said.
“Yeah, I’m good. If everyone could stop with that same question,” I said as I walked up the stairs and then Tristan entered.
I went to my bedroom, closing the door behind me. I dropped my backpack on the floor and went to my vanity cupboard. I opened the drawer, rummaging through the contents, and I found it. As I looked at the dates on them, I skipped a few days, but I took one out, and then I picked my backpack up from the floor to get my bottle of water. I took my pill. This has to help with my cramps.
I took a deep breath. I need to make sure to take these every day. I heard cheers outside in the backyard and I moved to the window. Looking down, there were people, probably from Tristan’s company and perhaps, who were friends with him and my dad. I spotted Tristan, and they all sang Happy Birthday to him. I’m not even there to sing along with them. He turned around, and I could see a forced smile on his face as Cris went towards him with a cake and candle. His smile widened because of that, and then he blew out the candle. His gaze caught mine as he looked up at me through my window. He smiled at me, and then he smiled at everyone else surrounding him.
I moved away from the window, and then I changed into a bikini, with a white sarong around my waist. I had my flip-flops on, and I tried my hair up into a messy bun at the top of my head before I went downstairs. Cris was busy in the kitchen when I entered.
“Need some help?” I asked.
“No, it’s okay. Spooky is helping me. You are not well, so you need to just enjoy the day. Your father is keeping everyone else entertained in the backyard, but I do need to get changed,” she said as she threw some potato chips into a bowl.
“Of course. I will be in the backyard,” I said as Spooky entered.
“Your father doesn’t seem to be happy about this,” he said to Cris.
“He will never be happy about his birthday being celebrated,” she rolled her eyes, “I will get changed,” she walked out of the kitchen.
“I’m going to get into the pool, it’s a hot day,” I said, even though I was still fighting against the dull ache.
“Enjoy it,” Spooky smiled as he continued where Cris had left off. As I walked out into the backyard, Tristan’s eyes caught mine, and then he walked towards me.
“You look stunning,” he said softly, “I will be changing into whatever swimwear I have. Cris packed it in without me knowing,” he grinned, and then he went into the house.
I continued my way to the sun lounger and I unwrapped my sarong, draping it over the sun lounger. I kicked my flip-flops off, and then I stepped into the pool. The water felt so good. Some joined me inside the pool, but I made sure to keep a distance because I didn’t really know these people well enough.
After a while, Tritan got into the pool and he came my way. I was chilling at the edge of the pool. “How are you feeling?” He asked.
“I will not answer that question,” I smirked.
“I take it you’re feeling better,” he stated as he studied my face and then his eyes fell on the swells of my breasts. He reached up and traced them with his index finger.
“We have to be careful,” I said.
“I will wait until they leave because I don’t think I can wait to be inside you. Besides, we haven’t tried the pool yet,” he smirked.
“I’m sure you will have fun with me,” I smiled.
We were interrupted as our lunch was ready. We got out of the pool and joined the rest of the others.

After my lunch, I went back to the pool. Eventually, the people left. I was so happy that Maggie was not here. As I leaned against the edge of the pool, Tristan came back. It was only Tristan and I. My cramps were still dull, but bearable.
He caged me in with both of his hands on either side of me. His green eyes had that hunger within them, and he leaned in pressing his lips against mine. He deepened the kiss as I moved my hands around the back of his neck. “Anyone can find us like this,” I said against his lips.
“We will be quick, and they won’t notice since we are in the pool. Besides, what a way to have birthday sex, my best birthday gift,” he rasped. He moved his hands into the water and cupped my ass, lifting me up as I wrapped my legs around his waist. I sucked in a breath as the dull ache in my abdomen was back… stronger this time. My back pressed into the edge of the pool as he reached between us and freed his cock, and then he moved the fabric of my bikini bottom to the side, aligning the tip of his cock at my entrance.
“This will hurt,” he said softly, and then he plunged into me and I gasped. Pain sneered within me as if all the air in my lungs had been punched out of me, he was all the way inside of me. “Are you okay?” he asked.
“Yes,” I breathed, and then he started to move slowly in and out of me. I held onto him so tight as he picked up the pace, plunging in and out of me at a rapid pace, I rested my forehead against his shoulder as the pain continued. I tried to breathe. This was too painful for me to handle. I don’t know what is wrong. Perhaps it’s my flare-up. But it’s painful to bear.
“I’m going to come,” he gasped. I was relieved as I nearly gave up and asked him to stop, “Fuck,” he groaned as he bit on his teeth, filling me up with his fluids, and I squeezed my eyes shut the deeper he went inside of me. He stayed like that for a little while, his chest heaving as he came down from his climax.
“I-I need the bathroom, please,” I breathed.
He pulled away from me. “Are you okay? Did I hurt you?” he asked, concern in his eyes.
“I need the bathroom,” I repeated, and he pulled out of me. I moved the fabric of my bikini bottom in place before I got out of the pool, placing a hand on my lower abdomen as I walked into the house. The pain was more intense now, I tried to breathe.
I went to my bathroom and dried myself. After I used the toilet and wiped myself, there was blood on the toilet paper. Great. I flushed the toilet and went back into my room as the pain was not getting any better. I put a sanitary pad on and then denim shorts with a cropped top before I went downstairs at a slow pace.
I reached the lounge and Tristan was there as Cris and Spooky were busy tidying up the kitchen. “I hope you had a great birthday, Dad,” Cris said from the kitchen.
“Thank you for the surprise. You didn’t have to do any of this,” he replied to her.
“We had to do it,” she said as I moved to the sofa. He came my way. I hunched over, the breath knocked out of me as I held my belly, and the pain increased severely.
“Elona?” Tristan was by my side. His hand was gentle on my back. I tried to speak but all I could do was focus on breathing. But even that hurt. “Talk to me.” panic laced in his voice. I moved onto the sofa and I lay down on my side, curling up into a fetal position just hugging myself. “Did I hurt you?”
“Elona?” my father appeared, and he crouched in front of me. Tears streamed down my face as I tried to breathe, “Is it happening again?” he asked as he rubbed my leg as a way of comfort.
“It-it h-hurts to breathe,” I whispered as more tears ran down my face. Tristan just stood there not sure what to do, he had panic and concern written all over his face.
“Okay, let’s get you to the hospital,” my Dad scooped me up into his arms. “Tristan, please keep an eye on the house, I will be back when I can,” my father said.
I buried my face into his chest, my hand grabbing a fistful of his gray t-shirt as he hurried with me out of the house. I just wanted the pain to go away. Hopefully, it will soon.
