Chapter 217 A Huge Scandal

Book:Let Me Go, Sugar Daddy Published:2025-3-3

Lillian was brought back to Hillside Villa, but this time, she wasn’t completely drained of energy. Instead, as soon as she entered, she stormed straight into the living room.
Ada watched her in confusion from the corner.
She hysterically smashed everything she could get her hands on.
“So, the cage you built for me, did it change from Taylor Mansion to here? You’d better pray that when I wake up in the middle of the night, I won’t just end your life with one knife or burn your important documents.”
“That’s fine, life needs challenges and excitement. I’m all for it.”
Lillian threw a vase to the ground.
Conrad didn’t even flinch. “Keep making a scene. Once you’re done, someone will clean up after you. Your phone is here.”
With that, he walked off.
After a while, the villa fell into silence. Ada, stepping on the shattered pieces, crawled into Lillian’s lap and nuzzled its head against her.
Lillian held it, staring blankly out the window.
“Ada, what should I do?”
Ada didn’t really understand. It could only gently lick Lillian’s hand, trying to please its owner.

Daisy suddenly yanked the dress in front of her off.
“What are you doing?! How can you not handle something so simple? I’ve told you so many times that it must be designed in this style!”
The designer on the other side was one who had been hired for a high price from overseas. Facing Daisy’s erratic behavior and deliberately ruining his designs, he found her completely unreasonable.
“Sorry, Miss Daisy. Your figure is more suited to this type of wedding dress. I just want my clients to look their best on their most important day.”
Daisy trembled all over. She closed her eyes, waved him off, and asked him to leave.
The designer, feeling confused, was quickly escorted out by Irene.
When Irene came back, she saw Daisy collapsed on the sofa, crying.
Just because the reporters couldn’t release something didn’t mean it wouldn’t spread in their circle.
Lillian!
That persistent pest!
They were about to get engaged, yet Conrad still shamelessly took her to a hotel.
Was sleeping with her for three years not enough?!
How long did he plan to keep this up?
“Irene, tell me, who’s more beautiful, me or Lillian?”
Irene smiled. “Miss, how can you compare yourself to her? What kind of person is she?”
“What kind of person is she? If Alvin hadn’t died, she wouldn’t be any different from me,” Daisy slumped on the sofa. “I thought I could endure it, but I’ve realized I can’t anymore. I love Conrad so much. I don’t want to see him loving other women. He just can’t let go of that Lillian! When Evelyn died, he didn’t even bother to ask how did she die.”
She had brought Janet back just to kill Evelyn.
But what good did it do?
Her situation hadn’t changed at all.
It seemed like she was the only one concerned about this engagement.
Conrad hadn’t even shown up once.
He wouldn’t even take a photo with her, nor would he allow anyone to use AI to create one of them together.
This wasn’t something that could be explained away by simply being ignored.
Daisy felt helpless. Now the whole city knew, and she had become a joke in the circle.
Lillian, if this was you showing off, then I’ve received your challenge.
“Has Gordon returned from abroad?”
“I heard he came back yesterday. He’d been abroad for a racing competition after his leg healed up. His ranking dropped a bit, but for his first race after getting injured, he still did well, and his fans are going wild.”
“Arrange this for me, and you must handle it personally. Once it’s done, I’ll reward you handsomely.”
Irene’s mind flipped. “Miss, I’m just an assistant.”
“If you can’t handle my matters, then what use are you to me? Irene, you’ve helped me with so many things, this one won’t make a difference, right?”
Irene understood Daisy’s meaning.
If she didn’t help her with this, she could forget about surviving. After all, she knew too many of Daisy’s secrets. She was no longer in a position to just walk away.
Lillian had been completely isolated from the outside world.
Conrad had been thorough this time. She couldn’t see anything online.
Lillian found it almost laughable. What were they really hiding?
She was given just one phone, and it could only make calls, no internet access.
Lillian was essentially trapped in Hillside Villa. Her largest area to roam was the garden. Occasionally, when Conrad returned, he would take her swimming or to the hunting grounds on the back mountain.
This man had a wild nature that seemed innate. He seemed born to thrive in places like that – places of violence and bloodshed.
The business world was merely his hunting ground.
And she? She was his trophy, always forced to share in his victories.
If it hadn’t been for the sudden message from Melissa, Lillian might’ve thought she was about to be cut off from the world forever.
[MI International Hotel, Room 2908. Lillian, help me! It’s Melissa!]
Lillian jumped up from her seat, and Ada almost fell off her lap.
She quickly headed for the door, grabbed the car keys, and left.
The bodyguards in the villa immediately followed, but Lillian soon noticed they had disappeared.
She didn’t have time to worry about them. By the time she arrived at the MI International Hotel, she was desperately trying to contact Melissa on her phone.
But she couldn’t reach her.
Lillian rushed into the lobby, heading straight for the elevator.
As a sudden pain hit the back of her neck, her vision blurred, and she was plunged into unconsciousness.

At the multinational meeting, Ford rushed into the room, asking Conrad to pause the meeting.
Ford was usually very measured, never interrupting meetings, so Conrad immediately called a halt and allowed Ford to speak.
“What’s going on?”
“Miss Lillian’s in trouble.” Ford handed Conrad the tablet in his hand.
The headline news in the gossip section was clear:
Lillian was in bed with Gordon and George, the two men topless, while Lillian was peacefully sleeping between them.
It exploded onto the front page of City N’s news.
It was a huge scandal.
“The Smith Family Group and the Thomas family have already entered the scene, but someone needs to come out and explain. Deceiving the public will only stir up more discussion.”
“How did she even leave?” Conrad nearly broke the tablet with his grip.
His possessiveness was far stronger than most.
The idea of his woman being in bed with his two best friends was infuriating.
But George’s presence lessened his rage a bit-after all, George would never do anything inappropriate with Lillian.
The person behind this had clearly intended to ruin Lillian’s reputation, even her friendship with Melissa.
This was a deliberate attack!
The target wasn’t Gordon or George.
It was Lillian!
