Kael’s body pressed tightly against mine, and no matter how hard I pushed, he didn’t budge an inch.
Instead, it was me who felt increasingly uncomfortable as I touched him. His muscles were tense, firm, and his body temperature was slightly higher than normal.
But being close to him, the fear I had felt earlier seemed to vanish. Was it because I had grown dependent on him? I couldn’t help but curse myself for acting like some desperate fool.
I wanted to push him away, but the pull of his body made it harder and harder to resist.
I thought of my nails, how just the day before they had scraped across his skin, leaving marks of varying depths on his chest and back.
Now, as I studied his body closely, I noticed there were no traces left.
“Seraphina, what’s wrong? You seem upset,” Kael said, eyeing me carefully.
“Let go. I need to finish my work,” I replied coldly.
He had no idea that he had nearly scared me to death moments ago.
Nor would he ever know about the terrifying things I had just experienced.
I didn’t want to tell anyone.
Rebecca already thought I was crazy. I didn’t need another person to think the same.
Only Evelyn would understand me in situations like this.
I pushed against Kael with all my strength, but he didn’t move an inch.
“You’re avoiding me,” Kael said, pinching my chin. His brows furrowed, his face filled with displeasure.
But I didn’t care about his feelings. My own mood was in shambles.
“We should keep our distance. I thought you understood that,” I snapped impatiently, shoving him again.
Damn it, this man was as immovable as a wall!
“Seraphina, your body is far more honest than your words,” Kael suddenly chuckled.
Then, his hand slid between my legs, touching me through my pants.
The sensation was enough to drive me mad.
My body trembled uncontrollably, and my breathing quickened.
But no, this was the locker room. Someone could walk in at any moment!
Gasping, I squirmed, trying to resist Kael’s advances. But he only leaned in, capturing my lips in a deep, forceful kiss.
His other hand pinned my flailing arm against the locker.
My back slammed into the locker door again, and I let out a low moan as the door swayed slightly.
His towering frame naturally overpowered me.
Kael’s kiss was intense, demanding. He sucked on my lips, stealing my breath. My mouth was filled with the taste of him, and my body was enveloped in his embrace.
His fingers brushed over my breasts through my clothes, and when he pinched my nipple, I nearly cried out.
“Kael, stop! Please, just stop!” I begged between ragged breaths.
This was my sensitive spot, and Kael’s rough handling sent electric shocks through me.
My body was starting to lose control.
But my mind still held onto reason, screaming that this wasn’t the place for such things.
“Why? Seraphina, you want this too, don’t you?” Kael didn’t stop. He released my hand only to unzip my pants and pull them down.
A cold sensation hit me as my jeans were tugged down to my calves.
My deep purple lace underwear was now exposed to Kael’s gaze.
He stared at it, licking his lips like a starved wolf.
“Seraphina, your scent is intoxicating.”
His gaze, his words-they shattered my resolve.
I felt like I was on the verge of climax. Tears welled up in my eyes, a physiological response to the overwhelming stimulation.
But my rationality still tugged at me.
“No, Kael, this is the locker room. Someone could walk in any second.”
God, last time it was the gym, and now the locker room.
Why did Kael always drag me into these thrilling situations? I struggled to twist free, but his strength was overwhelming.
Even with just one hand, he had complete control over me.
“Don’t move, Seraphina. Don’t worry, I locked the door,” Kael said.
His fingers slipped beneath my underwear, entering me.
He massaged my body, leaving my mind blank.
My body curled uncontrollably as he plunged me into a whirlwind of pleasure. Damn it, this was madness. Absolute madness.
Just then, a voice came from outside the door: “Who’s in there? Open up!”
The moment I heard it, my heart sank.
It was Lucian!
The last thing I wanted was to run into Lucian at the Eagle Club. He would undoubtedly pester me.
He had been texting me nonstop these past few days, and I had ignored every message.
I avoided him during classes and even took a different route back to my apartment. I’d rather go the long way than risk bumping into him.
But now, he had suddenly appeared at the door.
And here I was, entangled with another man.
We weren’t a couple anymore, but for some reason, I still didn’t want him to know who I was with.
This strange, thrilling sensation made my body even more sensitive.
My mind was on edge, but my body felt weak, limp. I clung to Kael’s waist, using him as my only support to keep from collapsing.
Lucian kept knocking: “Is anyone in there?”
Kael didn’t respond, too focused on what we were doing.
I held onto Kael, trying to stifle my broken moans.
“Stop! There’s someone outside,” I whispered.
But instead of stopping, Kael’s fingers dug deeper, moving faster and harder.
My entire being trembled with his movements.
“Focus, Seraph,” Kael growled, biting my ear. “Don’t you think this is more exciting? Letting everyone watch us making love, seeing you like a wild mare getting fucked by me-doesn’t that sound fun?”
Why did he call me like this? That annoyed me. We weren’t close enough for that.
But I couldn’t protest. My attention was entirely consumed by the sensations below.
Kael’s words sent another shiver through me-whether from fear or arousal, I couldn’t tell.
My legs gave out, waves of pleasure coursing through me, running down my spine. I clung tightly to Kael.
I came!
My body was completely drained, and I slumped against Kael’s chest.
I felt feverish, especially my face, which must have been bright red by now.
The knocking at the door had stopped. Clearly, Lucian had given up when he got no response.
Or maybe he went to get the manager for a key.
Whatever the case, I knew I had to leave.
I didn’t want Lucian to find me like this. It would only bring trouble.
But today, I had fallen so far.
With that thought, I pushed Kael away and stepped back, hastily adjusting my clothes.
Only after putting some distance between us did I feel slightly calmer.
I glared at Kael angrily. “Don’t bother me again. If you want a bed partner, there are plenty of girls lining up for you. But I’m not one of them!”
My tone was stern, furious. I hoped it would make Kael realize the gravity of the situation.
“I thought we had something good.”
“Screw your ‘good.’ I don’t want to be a toy for you and Vivienne!” I spat.
“Vivienne? She’s just a friend,” Kael explained.
Everyone thought they were a couple, but Kael claimed they were just friends?
“Do you say that to every girl?” I sneered.
We hadn’t fully undressed, so I quickly pulled up my pants and grabbed a rag to finish my work.
I didn’t want to let my emotions interfere with my job.
“Anyway, I don’t have the energy for your games. Leave me alone,” I said, wiping down the last area before heading for the door.
“Not a chance, Seraphina. I’m not letting you go,” Kael said, grabbing my arm and forcing me to look at him.
In the face of his absolute strength, I felt like a child.
“Your body already depends on me. Your soul will, too, eventually.”
