“What do you mean No?” Luciano demanded, his eyes flashing with something akin to amusement. I wanted to smack him in the face. I wasn’t a monkey tied up for his amusement!
“What you heard,” I mumbled, looking away. “We will not be showering together!”
Luciano grinned maniacally as if I had just cracked a dumbass joke and he was finding me -not the joke- hilarious. He leaned closer, tilting my head upwards until his face was a mere inches away from mine. I could never get over how warm his breath was.
“It’s adorable,” he said darkly, “that you think you have much of a choice, Raven. There’s no need to be modest all of a sudden. This was what you wanted wasn’t it?”
Oh shit, I should have known all my weeks of seducing Luciano would end up with me knee-deep in shit.
“I-” Whatever I wanted to say died down in my throat. The asshole hoisted me off the bed, heading towards the direction of the bathroom.
“Luciano,” I called, my voice shaking in both fear and excitement. I hadn’t planned for things to go this far and I suppose that was a major mistake I had made. Assuming that I would always have control over the situation was a major mistake.
“Do not worry, Cara,” Luciano teased, pushing the door to the bathroom open with his shoulders. “I will not touch you until you beg me to.”
“How confident of you,” I sniffed haughtily and he threw his head back in laughter. Okay, I just had to ask. “Are you sick? I could swear that you have laughed like a hundred times today.”
He grunted, placing me gently on the shower floor. Pain drifted up my arms and my legs shook as I struggled to stand upright. Luciano wrapped his arm around my waist, helping me stand.
“Easy Cara, I’ve got you,” he muttered.
I turned my neck so I could look up at him. Here in this space, he looked different. From the mafia lord who had hell as hell almost chopped off that old doctor’s head. I shuddered at the thought and the brute thought I was cold.
“It’s okay, we’ll be quick, Cara.”
“Stop calling me that,” I snapped. It was getting to my head and honestly, I was starting to like the sound of it. “You’re being weird.”
Luciano grinned again, obviously enjoying my discomfort. With a hand still around my waist, his other hand grabbed the hem of the shirt I wore. I sucked in a breath, holding his molten gaze in anticipation. “Am I, Raven?”
“You used to call me Gonzalez all the fucking time,” I grumbled.
“Do you want me to call you Gonzalez then? Trust me, it won’t stop me from wanting to take you.” He grinned. “Raise your arms, Gonzalez.”
Blood rushed in my ears at the underlying meaning behind his words, at the tone of his deep dark voice. Shivers lined my arms, bruised or not and my body pulsed with desire. A desire for the forbidden. I raised my arms, holding my breath in anticipation.
Luciano slowly pulled the shirt off me, taking care not to upset my bruises too much. With the shirt out of the way, I stood in only my panties, cold without his touch and every inch of me begging for his caresses. The cold air whipped around my nipples causing them to harden even more into pebbles.
Fuck! Focus Athena. You cannot get carried away.
“Ah, Cara,” Luciano sighed gustily, throwing the shirt to the ground, and stepped closer until I was almost pressed flush against him.
“You just tossed your ‘favorite’ shirt to the ground,” I whispered.
“I’ll just have you wear another one of my shirts,” he replied subconsciously, reaching out to touch me.
Alarmed, I tried to step away. He growled at me, his arm around my waist tightening further.
“You said you wouldn’t touch me!” I accused, placing a hand on his chest to fight him off.
“I lied,” he whispered seductively. “I am not made of steel, Gonzalez,”
I glanced down at his pants, swallowed at the obvious tent in his trousers, and looked back up at him. “That looks like it is made of steel,”
Luciano grinned like an idiot, reaching for my shoulders, cradling me like I was some exquisite dinner he wanted to devour. I wasn’t sure if I ought to be pleased or scared as hell. “I could take it off if you want. We can check if it is truly made of steel, Si?”
“No… that sounds like a very bad idea…” my voice trailed off in a moan when rough capable hands reached for and found a nipple. Luciano pinched it, growling when I cried in pleasure and reached for the second one. Jolts ran up my spine. Okay, that felt so fucking good. I melted like jelly in his arms, mewling like a drunk idiot.
“Still a bad idea, Non?” He teased and chuckled when I flashed him a glare. “Have you given a thought to what I said, Raven?”
“Ah, what?” I asked, unable to think with his hands on me. No woman would be able to think when hands like Luciano’s danced on her breasts like he was playing the piano.
“My proposal? The one I made before you hightailed your ass out of my office like it was on fire and refused to show up the next day?” He said and stopped kneading my breasts.
It took a while to process what he had just said. The fog of desire that clouded my head cleared a bit and I tried to trace back what he said. A proposal? What proposal? All I could remember was his promise of ravenous passion and endless destruction if he ever gave in to my charms.
“I don’t remember a proposal,” I replied, nudging him so he could continue. There was no use stopping something we both enjoyed.
Luciano did not seem impressed by my reply. His hands flew off my skin and he stepped back, folding his arms.
“What’s wrong?” I whined, feeling the obvious loss of his touch.
“I need you to remember Raven. I will not get into the flames unless you’re willing to as well.” He bit out dryly.
For fuck sake what was this man saying?! No one asked him to get metaphorical on me. I just needed a little taste of the pleasure he could afford to give and then I could kill him and the universe could breathe a little easier.
“What are you going on about?!” I asked, placing my hands on my hips and ignoring the stinging pain in them.
Luciano scrutinized me like he was just seeing me and dragged a hand down his face. He reached for a loofah hanging on a wall and doused it with soap while I watched the whole interaction in confusion.
“Step in the tub, Raven,” He ordered, my dumbass would have almost stepped in if I didn’t catch myself quickly and stop myself.
“I need to get this right first,” I sighed, rubbing my forehead. “You’re confusing the hell out of me, Mr Moretti,”
He let out a growl, tossed the loofah to the ground, and yanked me into his arms. I had to be a misogynist because I felt relieved after he did that. This was the Luciano I knew. The brash, forceful, incredibly panty-dropper Luciano. Not the one pretending to be sweet and cuddly like he was some hard teddy bear.
“Perhaps I need to remind you!” He bellowed, grabbed me by the hair, and placed a rather punishing kiss on my mouth.
And I loved every second of it.
My hands reached into his hair, grabbing the thick mass by fistfuls, mewling under the ministrations of his demanding mouth. Our tongues tangoed languidly against each other. His hands slipped roughly into my panties, finding my core and driving me crazy.
“Oh, my God!” I cried, wrenching my lips away from him to watch him touch me roughly. Fuck me, I had never seen anything hotter. “Oh, Godddd!”
“Mine,” he whispered harshly, placing his lips against my ears. “We’ve crossed the fucking line, Raven. There’s no turning back-”
“Stop fucking talking and do it right!” I grunted, tossing my head in pleasure when I felt a finger slip into me. Damn, I really shouldn’t be losing my head like this.
I was being shameless and I knew it, but no one had ever felt this good.
“That’s it,” he urged. “Ride my fingers, just like that Cara. Sei cosi bagnata. Good girl.”
“What… what does that even mean?” I panted.
“It means,” he said, darkly, pulling away so he could look down at me, holding my eyes. “You are so fucking wet, Raven.”
Ah fuck. That was hot.
Burying my face into his arm, I felt pleasure build up within me until I exploded into a million stars.
If this was what he meant when he promised damage and destruction, I didn’t think I minded it one bit.
