Xavier Caldwell respectfully escorted the Watson couple up the mountain and stood guard at the entrance to the summit of Jade Dragon Mountain.
His gaze looked into the distance.
Still no sign of Flynn.
It seemed like he really escaped.
But where could he possibly go?
Even if he ran abroad, it wouldn’t do him any good!
But just then, Flynn appeared in the distance, pushing through the crowd and walking towards Xavier Caldwell.
“Hmm? You’ve got some backbone, knowing that escaping would bring trouble to your family. You come here to die!” Xavier Caldwell narrowed his eyes and sneered.
Flynn didn’t bother with his words and kept his gaze fixed on the path leading to the mountaintop. “Has Jack Jenkins arrived?” he asked.
“What does it have to do with you?” Xavier Caldwell laughed.
Was he hoping that Lord Valerian Nox would kill Jack Jenkins and suppress his master?
What an idiot!
Shocked by the scene of Stellan Wallace being killed by Lord Valerian Nox, did he begin to worship Lord Valerian Nox from that moment, believing him to be invincible? How naive! A country bumpkin!

Even Peter Gray and others were shocked by the scene.
Simone Watson had always been seen as elegant and graceful as befitting someone from the Jenkins family and Lysander King’s wife. But now she was shouting like a shrew.
However, Simone Watson’s anger was exactly what they wanted. They hoped to use Zion Watson’s hand to get rid of Flynn. This little bastard made them lose face last time.
Peter Gray and Adria Langford exchanged a glance, their eyes gleaming with anticipation.
