ANASTASIA
Diego proved Cassandra wrong.
He bought a lot of beautiful sexy dresses for me and sent the girls to bring in some more, almost emptying the store.
I kept stepping out of the dressing room in different wears, showing off my figure and flaunting my Alpha’s lavish spending on me.
I know Damian and Casey can’t compete with my Alpha Lord. They just stood there watching how he kept demanding for more sexy attires, sitting on a comfy chair to enjoy the show.
“Waw, seems I found my favorite dress, ” Diego smirked, hovering his eyes around me while I twirled to show off the wine dress I wore.
But someone was out to spoil the moment.
“Isn’t it too tight? ” Casey, who was filled with jealousy after witnessing Diego’s spending spree on me, asked while pointing at the tight gown I wore.
“I don’t think it’s your type of size. What if it rips open just from twirling?” She asked, trying to sound smarter than us.
Tired of her nonsense, I decided to give her a reply that’ll keep her shut.
“That’s what I want,” Diego and I chorused unexpectedly. We looked at each other and gave out a laugh, amused at our sudden oneness.
“If it splits open, my Alpha will handle that problem,” I bragged, walking up to Diego to sit on his lap. “I don’t mind if he rips it apart himself.”
“You took the words right out of my mouth, you naughty girl,” He flirted, grabbing my tooshies.
I played along by wrapping my arms around his neck and being all romantic in the open.
The workers found our relationship quite interesting while my step sister and her husband found it disturbing.
I turned to look at them and found Casey glaring at Damian. Her Alpha was staring at me and didn’t even glance at his wife’s raging gaze.
She’s really jealous.
“Casey, I think that dress would fit you,” I said, pointing at a tighter gown right behind her. “It’s going to look hot on your body for sure,” I said, messing with her.
She spotted the dress and had this desire to try it on, after witnessing how my body hugged perfectly well in all the dresses she dimmed as less attractive.
Tempted, she took hold of it and said to Damian, “I think this gown would fit me.”
“No, it won’t,” Damian objected, almost taking it away form Casey. But my stubborn step sister held it close and decided to try it out.
She walked into the second dressing room and later came out in this tight gown, struggling to walk in it.
When I say tight like hell, I meant really tight.
“I hope you’re okay in that gown? ” Diego asked, faking concern for Cassandra.
She smiled with a response, placing her hands on her waist, “It fits me well. Just look at how well it hugs my curves.”
She turned around slowly, forcing the girls the gasp and look away immediately.
My mouth dropped down on what I saw. I had to look at Damian, who shamefully walked up to Casey and swiftly turned her over, whispering into her ear.
In a flash, her face went red. She carefully dragged herself back into the changing room with Damian following to help.
Once they were out of sight, I turned to face Diego and found him grinning funnily.
It made me laugh.
He chuckled and ran his hand on his chin, saying, “Next time she won’t compete with you.”
Casey didn’t know that her gown was torn when she came out to flaunt her body. It got ripped from her bare back down to the upper part of her tush.
She just twirled around and showed us something she was expecting to happen to me.
Serves her right.
“When we get back to the hotel…” Diego whispered to me, caressing my lap. “I want to rip this dress off your body.” He ran his face closer to my arm, taking in my scent.
His naughty words got to me. I felt my body triggering again.
“Shit! Why did you have to say that?” I frowned at him, getting tingling in between my legs.
Diego smirked with pleasure and grabbed my behind harder than before. He then said, getting me aroused even more, “How about we try it here? I’ll help you take off your dress in the changing room. It’ll be quick.”
Naughty. He purposely got me aroused just to get all dirty with me.
And am I going to say no to that?
“Make it quick,” I said, getting off his lap and heading for the dressing room. He followed me from behind, acting like one who just wants to assist me with my gown.
Assist indeed.
.
“Why didn’t your boyfriend come along with his guards? Isn’t he the Alpha?” Cassandra asked while walking with me.
We left the boutique after our shopping spree, making plans to head back to our place.
Casey and Damian decided to tag along, engaging us in conversations we had no interest in.
Diego and Damian walked behind Cassandra and I. That gave my step sister the opportunity to ask me that question.
“As a king, isn’t he supposed to have men that’ll carry all these bags for you two than stressing your poor arms?” She interrogated, pointing the bags I held.
Diego had so many shopping bags in his hold, and let me with a less. Trust me, he agreed to do this after our steamy moment inside.
“It’s not appealing to the eyes,” Casey scoffed, swaying her head. “People would think the Alpha of Crescent is a poor wolf. Oh Goddess.”
“And how’s that affecting you?” I asked, lifting my brow at her.
She found my question insulting and asked, ” How do you mean?”
“The person you’re targeting doesn’t have an issue with this, but you are the one who’s complaining on his behalf.”
“Sis, I am only looking out for you. He’s an Alpha.”
“An Alpha who doesn’t give a damn,” I pointed that out, smirking at my foolish step sis.
“Look Casey, you don’t expect every King you see to move around with bodyguards, showing off their power and wealth to the public. Not all of them like that kind of high profile recognition stuff. Not even my Diego,” I said with pride, looking back to glance at his charm, before gazing at my red face step sister.
She didn’t look pleased with the way I sang Diego’s name. It felt irritating to her eardrums.
“If Diego wants to brings guards along, you might not get the chance to stand this close to me, ” I pointed the little space between us, surprising her.
“When he wants a sweet and peaceful moment with me, he won’t take the guards along. He doesn’t mind about the stress that comes from taking care of my needs by himself. He enjoys it because it’s another way for him to show me how much he loves his naughty girl.”
I held my bags close, putting on a sweet smile to show off to Casey.
“And that simple sweet gesture blooms my heart. It only increases my love for that beast.”
“Fine, love and all that. But what about security? You know the dangers lurking outside in this world. Isn’t he supposed to consider your safety before…”
“What is danger?” I asked, chuckling at Casey.
That question interrupted her. She couldn’t utter any other word.
With pride, I replied, “My Alpha is enough. That’s why he’s by my side.”
She looked back to stare at Diego and Damian before facing me again.
Her eyeballs were shaking in anger. She was looking for something else to use and make herself superior, but I doubt she has none.
She scoffed out while we were stepping out of the mall, and said, “You are making it sound like Diego is better than Damian.”
“That’s because he is,” I responded boldly, annoying her.
“Damian is also an Alpha.”
“I know, but he’s no match for Diego,” I stood on my word, spiking Cassandra’s fury gradually.
I saw how she tightened her grip on her phone, using her strength to crack the screen. She calmly held back her rage, trying to endure everything.
But her pain is my amusement. I want her to see how much I’ve gone far, thanks to her selfishness.
“Not that I’m trying to make you feel bad or anything, or not at all Casey. You of all people should remember that Damian was once my mate. I have seen some things that you haven’t while I was with him. That’s how I’m able to judge.”
Getting to our vehicles, the sight of our cars increased Casey’s envy.
Diego’s car was bigger than Damian’s, despite all the guards and bragging she did inside, it felt like her pride was for nothing.
She swallowed her jealousy and went silent.
Diego opened up the vehicle and kept our shopping bags in it. He pulled me closer and said to both Casey and Damian, “It was nice having you two around. We hope to tag along some other time in the future.”
“How about next week? ” Damian asked, sounding suspicious to me.
“Let me invite you over to Wolf Blood pack as my guests. It’d be nice to have you and Anastasia in my home.”
That invite sounded like an invitation to doom. I didn’t like it at all.
Luckily for me, Diego politely rejected the invitation and claimed to have important work this week and next.
Damian didn’t look pleased, but hid that behind his smiles.
“How about we pay you a visit then?” Cassandra suggested, drawing closer to Diego!
“We can come over to your place this Saturday. At least I’ll get to see my sister again.” She placed her hand on Diego’s arm, flashing a beam at me.
Her constant touch and closeness to Diego was annoying to watch, but I kept my cool and acted calm with her demeanor.
Besides, Diego wants this so that Casey would end up spilling hidden informations to us.
He wants her to dig her own grave herself.
