“That girl… I just can’t stand her nonsense!” I stormed, heading back to my room.
So what if the question I asked didn’t sound right? This is my mansion! The least she could have done was say no or try not to utter a damn word. But a dildo? Disgusting!
“That’s how a sneaky vermin acts when they want to keep someone’s nose out of their business. And now…” I got into my room and reached for my system where I had dropped it earlier, at the side of the bed.
“Now I can watch your every move, Anna,” I smirked, knowing well that I succeeded in achieving something when heading down to Anna’s bedroom.
The Surveillance camera, she hung her sweaty top on it, covering the view. She pretended not to know the object on the wall, just to deceive me into thinking she’s innocent. But I know quite well that she’s faking all that attitude. She must be pissed off!
“I will find out what you’re hiding in that box. First I need to make sure you haven’t covered up the camera in my absence.” I turned on the system, ready to check the surveillance footage when suddenly… RING! RING!! My phone buzzed out from my pocket, taking my attention off the System.
“Who’s calling?” I groaned lightly, placing the system aside and taking out my phone. That’s when I saw my informant’s number on the screen.
“Finally,” I uttered with a smirk, taking my mind off Anna and placing my attention on the most important case on ground. That’s my main problem, and I need to focus.
Answering the call… “Talk to me,” I said, rising to my feet.
He responded, “Alpha, I just got an update on the Gamma from my second.”
“Go on, I’m listening.” I drew away from my bed, pacing about slowly.
“The Gamma parked his car outside a warehouse not too far away from Red Moon pack.”
“Not too far from Red Moon you say? I thought he left the pack for Blue Ray?” I uttered, suspecting the Gamma’s behaviour.
I can remember the info given to me. The Gamma planned to leave for Blue Ray that’s why he switched cars to keep his trail hidden. But it seems someone is playing games here.
“Still close to Red Moon instead of being halfway to your planned destination? This means he was lying. He’s keeping a look out, just to make sure no one is following him,” I observed, having full confidence in my words.
My informant also backed my point, assuring me that his partner would give us heads up on what’s going on there.
“What are you hiding at the warehouse?” I muttered, curiously.
Just then, my source got another report from his ally. “There are a lot of boys guiding the place. The Gamma went inside and came out with a crate of that… That drug! He has a lot of it!”
On hearing this, my body shivered out of delight! A warehouse filled with the substance? I knew he’d still have the drugs with him! That means he’s hiding everything in that warehouse.
“He’s making his move now, Alpha. Seems he’s leaving for Blue Ray now.”
“I think that’s enough. You hage done well. I’ll head down to the warehouse and see if there’s more of the drugs there.”
“Noted, Alpha,” He assured me, before I ended the call.
I knew I’d get another chance soon. And the best part is that there’s a crate of this substance with the Gamma. His warehouse must have a lot of it then.
Quickly, I grabbed my key and rushed out of my room, taking six of my guards along, and making sure they had their weapons on them.
“Be ready for anything. We might end up in a bloody battle,” I notified them, as we got into our cars and drove off, heading to the location.
The map to the warehouse was given to me. I immediately recognized the spot and scoffed at this. “It’s the same building I was gazing at the other night. Looks like it was a sign from the Goddess all along.”
After a long speedy drive on the road, we arrived at the location, and parked our cars far away from the site.
Under my order, I created a formation around the warehouse entrances, so that our attack would be smooth. When I took the boldness to get to the main entrance… “You’ve got to be kidding me!” I voiced on finding the warehouse empty!
No sign of anyone, not even a shadow!
It was only a large empty space that looked abandoned, with nothing but an empty crate at the center.
This made me annoyed! I walked up to the crate and saw a note written on it. “Too Slow,” I read, realizing the animal knew I was coming for him all along.
“Clever bastard. He must have put two and two and figured out informations on Sullivan’s death and Xavier’s sudden disappearance. I bet he took more than one of that crate!” I suspected, lifting my gaze to notice another door at the end of the warehouse. “He got his men to ship out the rest. God Dammit!” I sparked, kicking the empty crate out of my sight.
I thought I almost had the drug in my possession, but that Gamma turned out to be smart. “I doubt if Blue Ray pack is his final destination. He wants to trick me. But he can’t hide from me forever. I’ll make sure I get him, no matter what!”
With this mission failed, my men and I had to fall out at once, leaving that environment just in case the Gamma’s boys placed some kind of trap to hold us down. But there was none.
“I need details now!” I demanded restlessly, storming into my car and contacting my source.
“There’s nothing there. Head down to Blue Ray and get me more information. And if possible, do a background check on that fool and send at once.”
“Alright, Alpha.”
“Just be careful out there. That Gamma isn’t as dumb like the others. He’s a tricky wolf,” I gave him the heads up, ending the call with him.
If I can have some tip on his personal life, maybe I’d know how to tackle him down. That would make things easier for me.
