“Is it placed in the cockpit?”
“Yes boss, it’s done.”
“Good. I transfered the money to your account. Don’t let anyone know your financial status right away. Get out of New York first, then do whatever you want with that money.”
“Yes boss. Good deal.”

Zayn quits the meeting after a while. He makes an excuse to use the washroom when he was actually heading towards Cassandra.
“Cassie, you gotta listen to this.” Saying, he quickly shuffles inside. Cassandra was listening to her class when she pauses to hear him speak. Muting herself, she goes towards him as he tells her everything, in soft whispers.
“There are cameras in here, right?”
“Yes. But I think this is the blind spot. Anyway, spill it.”
“He’s going to California on 23rd as we were said. He’s boarding the fucking private service which doesn’t allow anyone else but him.”
“It’s already so suspicious…”
“I know right. But… how do we prove it right? I don’t wanna be told I’m a psychic or something.”
“Me neither, Zayn. But I think we have to look for whatever is wrong with it first. Maybe a clue.”
“A clue… tsk!” Zayn hisses as he looks at his palm. Again, Cassandra feels the same after a minute and a half.
They look at each other instead of panicking this time. However, they feel a chill aura on their shoulder again.
Who was sitting on them? The dark, mystic creature was way too powerful and they were freaked out for the second time that it appears.
Third time as well, if they include their peculiar dreams.
After a few minutes, they were able to hear to each other and they read whatever was on their palm.
“Find it on Friday,”
“… fifth floor bathroom.”
Zayn and Cassandra look at each other as the wordings were the same on each other’s hands.
“Okay, okay. So fifth floor bathroom.”
“How many bathrooms are on the fifth floor?”
“Let’s check it out.” As Cassandra makes a call, the two rush to the fifth floor by the elevator.
Jogging through the whole floor, they find two bathrooms on the floor. One to the east and one to the west. There was women’s and men’s washrooms side by side, but that shouldn’t be a problem since…
“Cassandra. Look up.” The girl furrows her eyebrows as she looks up.
“A ventilator…”
“It’s a large connection and it can take our weight.” Zayn assures, judging by the screw fitting and everything.
“Okay. But let’s check it out. I’m sure we gotta wait the whole day to find someone talking or a text or… I don’t know.”
“Don’t stress it, Cassie. I’ve got everything with me.” Saying, Zayn shows her a piece of equipment he found from the genius lab of Louis.
“What’s this?” She asks, Zayn shows her an aluminium coated body and a digital screen for display.
“This is a recorder which can read messages like radio waves. I’m not sure how it works, but let me try. Text me something from the bathroom.” Says Zayn.
“What?”
“Just trust me. Louis blew my mind away with this invention.”
“Okay. I trust you.” Saying, Cassandra locks herself in the bathroom as she takes the phone of Zayn with her as well.
[Big fat dick] she texts out of the blue.
Zayn widens his eyes as he watches the display.
“You can come out, Cassie.” He says.
“What the hell did you just text me?” He bellows as she giggles.
But as Zayn turns the display, Cassandra’s smile fades.
“That’s one fucking stalking tool right there.” She concludes.
Beside the text with green digital display, the person’s number was on display as well.
“Maybe that’s why it remained unlaunched. It’s dangerous even in the hands of the military.”
“I agree. I hope he destructs the idea on the whole.”
“I hope so too. The team who worked with him were said to dismantle the idea and everything related to it, but I just know I need to use this to save it’s creator’s life.” Cassandra looks up Zayn as she bites down on her lip.
“You’re a fucking genius, Zayn.”
“Thanks, Cassie.”
“I feel like a criminal now.” The man chuckles.
“Let’s focus on not being caught.”
Zayn and Cassandra successfully lock themselves in the stalls with the swollen gadgets and their phones.
Zayn checks the durability of the ventilating channel above as he assures her it can stand their weight.
“But it’s too creaky.” Says Cassandra, having entered, crawled around and got down the pipe as well.
“I know, but we have to move slower than snails to reach the center of this gadget’s range.” Zayn explains while dabbing his shirt on his sweaty face.
“I can’t believe I’m doing all this to find one fucking clue to save his life. Fifth floor bathroom. Really?”
“Yeah. It’s our only chance, Cassie. Please bear with me.”
“Oh no, I’m not complaining.” Cassandra says as she smirks.
At 10, the two walk out of the building without anyone noticing. Zayn was driving the car as he slowly and carefully drives back home.
They were well prepared for the Friday adventure.
As they got home, they had dinner while Cassandra talked to Alex for awhile.
“It’s alright, Alex. The world isn’t exactly made of butterflies and flowers for people like us.”
“That’s easy for you to say, Cassie. You’ve never been in love.”
“And maybe that’s why I never want to fall in love with the wrong person too. Louis, then you. I’m not saying that Ravine is a wrong person. What’s wrong is the place and situation you two met each other and decided to become lovers.” As Cassandra speaks, Alex intently listens to her poetic ramble.
“Where do you even learn all these? You should write a book for broken hearts like me.” Cassandra laughs softly, patting his hair as he laid on her lap.
“Don’t be silly, Alex. I don’t have time to console thousands of broken hearts. I’ve spoke to two of them and that’s enough.” Alex chuckles as well.
“Thanks, Cassie. You’re a good company.”
“Thank you for enjoying my company.” Alex shakes his head, giggling.
“Goodnight.”
“Nighty night.” And the two go to bed.
She didn’t know how and when, but living with five other lively people and a loving father had changed her completely. Suddenly, she became a master of healing hearts.
While her own heart was shut down from expressing her sorrows.
And for now… losing her brother.
