Now, she remained calm on his chest while his thoughts wandered about, ranging from when he ignored her romantic advances to when he began to love her. Above all, their visit to the tombs.
‘What if these men come up and she abandoned me? But Williams approved my love for her,’ he assured himself.
Now, he held her firmly to his chest as though someone wanted to snatch her away from him. Then, he encouraged himself further, ‘He would not allow another man to have her either.’
Nevertheless, Nichole, who could not go back to sleep with such a suffocating grip, mistook his action for being horny and reciprocated by slipping her hand into his shirt and rubbing his chest. Now, he was more interested in protecting her, than anything else and remained calm, but she continued with caressing and massaging him. She moved her hand from his stomach to his manhood and looked up to his eyes.
When their eyes met, she whispered to him, “Arthur, I love you and will always be yours.”
Instantly, Arthur was soft and melted. With such reassurance, she allayed his fears and doubts, and his energy returned.
He responded with a deep kiss, and afterward, he acknowledged, “Yes. You are mine. I am sorry I kept you waiting all along. Permit me to make it up to you now and always.”
“I will,” she responded, looked into his eyes, and said, “We have each other now, and nothing can stop us.”
Likewise, her words made Arthur’s blood rush to his penis and he was erect and waiting for penetration. By now, his body chemistry was different from all other days, so he warned her, “Can you withstand me today? I will be wild like never before.”
“You are free. I’m yours.”
“Kindly permit me,” he pleaded and penetrated her.
She moaned in ecstasy. He stopped and looked into her eyes to know how she felt but discovered that she loved it and continued, and he penetrated deeper.
She moaned louder and Arthur had the fulfillment and reassurance that he needed.
“I love you, Arthur,” she assured him again.
Now, he looked into her eyes again as though he was searching for something, when he found it, he inquired, “Do you want more?”
She nodded in agreement, and they had the craziest kind of lovemaking that they could imagine. Afterward, Arthur muttered audibly, “What would I have done without my Nichole?”
“Your Nichole would have waited for you.”
Arthur laughed joyously as though Christopher and Stephen did not exist.
At Nicholas’ Apartment
Denise stopped suddenly and enthusiastically checked his phone to see the caller. Then, Nicholas looked at him attentively, hoping that it was Louis, but to his consternation, Denise picked up his call and greeted another person, “Hello, Uncle Stephen. It is good to hear from you.”
On hearing another name apart from Louis, Nicholas took his wife and walked to his bedroom, leaving Denise alone in the parlor. To avoid disturbing his wife, Denise sat down in the parlor to speak with Stephen.
“Hello, Denise, it is good to hear from you too. Congratulations on your marriage. I am sorry, I could not make it to your wedding.”
“It is all right. Thank you for your wishes, Uncle Stephen.”
“You are welcome. Em…”
When Denise noticed that he was fidgeting, he was worried and inquired, “Is anything the matter, Uncle Stephen?”
“Yes. No. I mean, how is your Mom?” he asked him nervously.
“My Mom is fine,” he responded sharply and waited anxiously to hear him out.
Then, Stephen continued incoherently, “It is all right. I just. I just feel you should let her know that she is still young and needs a man in her life. Did you get me?”
“Did I get what, please?” he asked bitterly.
“Did you get what I said?”
“What did you say, Uncle Stephen?”
“What I am saying is that you should let your mother know that she has to move on with her life. She cannot spend the rest of her life raising children for Arthur. He is only using her as a nanny.”
“I see. And what is your interest in how my mother lives her life?”
“Oh! Thank you for asking me. I am interested in her because I have made up my mind to marry, and I feel she is the right woman for me.”
At that point, coupled with Louis’ behavior, Denise’s anger had gotten the better of him and he was ready to vent it on his uncle.
Without mincing words, he poured out his mind, “In that case, I would prefer that Arthur should continue using her as a nanny. At least he is responsible enough not to have a child outside wedlock or abandon his child with a woman for almost twenty years. Idiot.”
“Denise!” The bewildered Stephen called out, but it was too late.
Denise cut the call and walked into the guest room to meet his wife. Instantly, he forwarded the recorded conversation to the family platform and commented, (Insult. Uncle Stephen, who cannot advise himself, is advising Mom.)
He met his wife, still sleeping, and sat on the couch to take a rest, too. Then, he got a call from his father, who saw his post on the family platform.
Nevertheless, he got up again and headed to the parlor, but his phone disturbed his wife, and she opened her eyes. He motioned to her to go back to sleep before he walked to the parlor and then to the courtyard to ensure that his wife was not within earshot.
“Father. Good morning,” he greeted and his father went straight to the point.
“Hello, Denise. What transpired between you and Stephen?”
“He called me a few minutes ago and was saying those rubbish.”
“What is the matter with Stephen? He left here about thirty minutes ago. I thought he should be gentleman enough to behave himself.”
“Really? So, he had the guts to come to the house?”
“Yes. I never knew that he would be stupid enough to call you.”
“Father, kindly stay out of this. I will handle him because he is not your class.”
(Cut)
Now, Denise called the security post at once. As soon as the call connected, the Chief Security Officer greeted him, “Hello, Young Master. How may I help you?”
Without responding to the greetings, he asked him, “I learned that my uncle, Stephen, was at the estate today?”
