Isabella
One year later
“Maxwell,” I screamed at my little baby who had thrown the pillow on the bed to the floor again. I glared at him, but instead, he laughed.
“I think he takes after his father,” Ava said as they helped me get ready for my wedding.
After I gave birth to our son Maxwell. Tristan and I thought it was important we renewed our vows again, this time not as a mistake, but because we wanted to be with each other and wanted to be married.
“You look beautiful,” Amelia said, and I sniffed staring at myself in the mirror. I was wowed, I looked good, I looked so beautiful.
“Isabella,” Mom gasped immediately as she entered the room, and I almost cried, but I couldn’t ruin my makeup.
“You look stunning,” My dad said and I couldn’t help but cry out.
“Your makeup,” Ava screamed and I chuckled immediately.
“I’m so glad you and Tristan are doing this, at least this time, I will watch you walk the aisle and your dad will hold your hands,” Mom said and I nodded my head.
“Are you ready?” Dad asked and gave me his hands and I nodded locking my hands with his. We stepped outside the room heading for the hall where everyone was waiting for us when Mr. George stood in front of us.
“Hi,” He said and it reminded me of how Tristan said hey.
“Give me a minute Dad,” I said and walked away to a corner.
“You are so much like Tristan,” I said and he chuckled.
“I want to thank you for coming into his life,” He said and I blushed at his words.
“I’m glad to have him in my life, “I responded.
“Thank you for helping me have a relationship with my son. Thanks to you he no longer looks at me with hatred, thanks to you I can call him son,” He stated and I smiled.
“Thank you too first cooperating,” I told him, and we both burst out into laughter.
“Come on, go marry my son for the second time,” He said and gave me a side hug, before leaving. I walked back to my dad and locked hands with him as we walked out to the hallway where everyone was already sitting waiting for us.
Slowly my dad and I walked to the aisle, I looked at the smiles on everyone’s faces as we walked, making me smile with joy.
I looked at the altar and there he was, my husband, the love of my life the reason I chose to live. He was standing there looking dashing as always, making me smile.
“You look breathtaking,” He said as he received my hands from my father making me smile.
“You look handsome,” And he smiles at my words.
The priest said his part and wed us, and then it was time to say our vows.
“I, Dominic Tristan Dominic,” He looked into my eyes and backed to the paper where he wrote his vows.
“Promise to love you for as long as I breathe, to worship you, adore you, and treat you as the queen you are for as long as I live,” He smiled.
“I exist for you muffin, I live for you, and with every breath I take in, I will cherish them because they are a reminder of the beauty in my life. I love you now, I love you tomorrow, and I will always love you forever,” My eyes watered as he said that to me.
“I Isabella Tristan Dominic,” I sniffed in and stared at him while he smiled at me.
“Promise to be your wife, your woman, and yours truly for as long as I live. With my new given chance at life, I will create memories with you, grow with you, live with you, be with you, and cherish all our days together,” I smiled.
“Life fucked me up, I hated me, I hated everything, I felt miserable, and then I blamed him for it. I hated him, and yet he was my blessing, my own reason to live. The reason why I’m choosing to breathe right now. Tristan Dominic Tristan, The love of my life,” I thought staring at him deeply.
“I love you, Tristan, for I am yours as you are mine, forever,” I said and he smiled and pulled me in for a kiss, while the crowd cheered.
