THOMAS
“Where is she? Where the fuck is she?” Thomas barks at the men in the basement with him. He was asking for Kimberley. He just found out that she took Melina out of the house and handed her over to James.
Thomas wouldn’t have caught on to Kimberly’s plans if Melina hadn’t told him Kimberly apologized and took her out. He didn’t believe it for a minute. He knew immediately Kimberly was up to something.
On getting home, he realized she used it to get Melina out of the house. And that’s not all he discovered. He asked Richard to look through her phone and discovered she was the one who had told Rafael about Melina. Thomas couldn’t believe she would betray him in this manner. He’s enraged by what she did and wants to rip her head off her body right now.
“They found her boss. They’re bringing her in,” Leo informs him.
A few seconds later, two men walk into the basement with Kimberley. She barks at them to let her go, but they ignore her, throwing her in front of a seething Thomas.
“Thomas,” Kimberley says softly, getting off the floor. “Why did you ask the men to bring me here?” she asks, confused.
“You should be grateful my mother taught me well. I’d have fucked you up the second you opened that dirty mouth of yours.”
“What is going on, Thomas? Why would you want to hurt me?”
His blood boils as he stares at her, pretending not to understand why. His hands itch to draw his gun and shoot her in the eyes for what she did. He’s not surprised she delivered Melina to James. He is simply disappointed that she would betray and hurt him in this manner.
“You’d better start talking because what you have done is unforgivable, Kimberley. Tell me where she is, and I might spare your life if she’s unharmed.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Thomas closes his eyes and tightens his fists. He tries to calm down because he’s on the verge of beating the shit out of Kimberley if she doesn’t stop acting like she has no idea where Melina is.
“I swear to God, Kimberley, if you don’t tell me where she is, I’m going to let the men have their way with you, and we both know you’re not going to survive. ”
Kimberley’s eyes widen in terror. They’re all monsters who would destroy her if they had their way with her body. She swallows hard before speaking.
“I don’t know.”
“Kimberly,” Thomas growls, seeing red. He pushes her against a wall and wraps his hands around her neck. He feels like squeezing the life out of her for all the pain Melina went through because she told Rafael about her. And more, what she might go through again as James has her right now.
“Thomas,” Kimberly manages to say as she drags her nails on Thomas’ hand on her neck.
“Boss, she is the only one who knows where Melina is,” Leo whispers in his ear, and Thomas lets go out her neck. Kimberly massages her neck as she coughs out her lungs.
“I’m giving you five seconds to speak the truth,” Thomas says, waiting impatiently for her to speak.
“I swear I don’t know. I dropped her off in front of a warehouse, but James told me he was going to move her in case you found out I helped sneak her out.”
“Then fucking call him and ask,” Thomas yells.
“H-he wil-ll,” she stammers as she trembles against the wall, terrified of Thomas’ wrath.
“Fucking speak well,” he barks at her. She drops to the ground and buries her head in between her knees crying.
“Fuck!” Thomas moves away from Kimberly and paces the room, engulfed in fury. He knows he is the reason she’s too shaken to speak, but he can’t control his anger right now. Melina suffered greatly the last time she was abducted, and it’s all Kimberly’s fault. It was hard for him not to lose it in front of her. But he needs to find Melina, and she is his fastest way. Thomas stops pacing the room and takes a deep breath. He crouches to Kimberly on the floor.
“Kim,” he softly says. Having to say her name so calmly makes his skin crawl with disgust. “What were you trying to say?” he asks, gently patting her hair. His nose flares up as he tries not to grab her head instead and smash it against the floor. He will never hit a woman, but Thomas badly wants to kill the bitch for what she did to Melina.
“He will suspect, you know if I ask where he is holding her?”
“Tell him you are asking because you want to join in the fun of torturing her.”
“Okay. Let me try.” Kimberly retrieves her phone from her back pocket and calls James.
Thomas prays to God that James falls for it and gives Kimberley the new address where he’s holding Melina. Even if James doesn’t fall for it, he bets Richard can get James’ current location once he picks up the phone. He’s even a little grateful the bitch betrayed him. It is making it easier for him to find Melina, unlike the last time when it took him weeks.
