Her brain freezes, feeling Thomas’ lips against hers. Her back arches as his hands roam her body. Melina couldn’t believe what was happening. She thought she would never be with Thomas again. She closes her eyes, kisses him back, and allows him to devour her mouth. Melina has missed the taste of Thomas’s lips against hers. Thomas pinches her waist, causing her to open her mouth. His tongue enters her mouth, and the taste of him completely blinds her senses. With his hands around her waist, he pulls her into him. The warmth from his body spreads into her, and the taste of him fills her senses.
He moves his lips away from her mouth and takes her right breast into his mouth. Her eyes roll to the back of her head as Thomas sucks hard on her nipple, pulling it between his teeth. Taking his time, Thomas gives each breast the same attention.
A gasp escapes her lips as Thomas enters her. Thomas starts thrusting slowly to allow Melina adjust to him. Once he’s sure Melina is comfortable with him inside her, he increases his thrust, making them faster and harder.
Melina arches her back and fists the sheets in her hands. “Thomas,” she moans, feeling her release gradually building.
“I own you,” Thomas says, lifting her leg and placing it on his shoulder. “I fucking own all of you,” he thrust into her deeper. Melina’s toes curl, feeling Thomas hitting the spot. She can sense the pressure building in her stomach.
“Cum for me, Melina,” Thomas groans, thrusting deeper into her.
“Thomas,” Melina moans, her core tightening around Thomas’ member. And after a few more thrusts, she cums hard. Thomas follows suit with a few more movements inside of her. He groans into her hair as he cums.
“Fuck,” he whispers, dropping on top of Melina. He unhooks his belt from her wrist.
She feels the urge to touch him but doesn’t. He rolls off her and lies down on the bed. Turning around to face him, she finds him with his eyes closed. She moves her hands to push his hair out of his face but doesn’t. Thomas grabs her hand before she can. He flings her hand back to her body and sits up in the bed.
“Get out!” She looks at him, confused and unsure if she heard him correctly.
“I am giving you a minute to leave.”
Her eyes widen, realizing he’s serious. She understands that just because they had sex doesn’t mean everything is fine, but he should at least let her spend the night.
“Do you want me to fucking throw you out myself”
She quickly gets up from the bed, shakes her head, and searches the floor for her clothes. While doing so, she remembers they were torn by Thomas. Instead, she takes his shirt and puts it on. Fear grips her as she hears movement on the bed while looking for her shoes. She abandons her search for her shoes and bolts out the door, fearful that Thomas will get up to get his gun.
As she stands in front of his door, half naked with his cum between her legs, tears well up in her eyes. Her heart breaks recalling everything that just happened minutes ago. She didn’t process it at the moment as she couldn’t believe it, just like when Thomas stood naked in front of her. All she wanted was to feel him inside her again. Melina couldn’t believe she just had sex with him after he pretended to want to rape her. Worst of all, she still loves him. Her feelings for him haven’t changed much, even though he treated her like shit a few moments ago. Melina’s feelings haven’t changed because she believes she deserves what she’s going through. She broke Thomas’ heart, releasing the demons who are currently feasting on her.
Her chest tightens as she squeezes her eyes shut, she feels the pain as memories of what Thomas almost did cloud her senses. It pains her that he did something so cruel to her. Her heart shatters as she recalls how he ripped her clothes and pulled her to the ground. She winces as she lifts her hand to her nose. She will need to apply ice to it or it will hurt even more the next day. Tears stream down her face, pained that Thomas is the source of her pain. She just wishes all of this could stop; that Thomas would believe her and stop causing her so much pain.
Melina awoke the following day feeling gloomy. She lies on her back, facing the ceiling. Blinking her eyes that hurt from crying all night, Melina wonders if she should go to work today. She’d already gotten up late and didn’t feel like going. Knowing it’s not up to her to decide, she gets out of her bed and walks to the bathroom to get ready for work.
She observes herself as she stands in front of the bathroom mirror. Her eyes have bags under them, and her nose is a little bruised. Her eyes well up with tears as she recalls what happened the day before. She wishes to stay in bed and cry her heart out. Melina didn’t want to go to work today, but she didn’t have a choice. She fears that if she does not, Thomas will use it as an excuse to torture her.
Dragging her feet to the showers, she takes off her clothes before she hops in. Tears escape her eyes as she picks up her loofah. She recalls washing Thomas’ cum off her thighs the night before. She wasn’t disgusted by it but heartbroken. Thomas might not have forced himself on her, but he still hurt her by pretending to. Her shoulders quiver as more tears flows down her face. She recalls that she has no idea what sparked Thomas’ rage toward her. Melina knew saying she loved him made him even angrier, but she didn’t know what sparked his rage in the first place. Melina really wishes she knows what it is so she can prevent it from ever happening again. Her heart has had enough of the pain it has received since she arrived here. The loofah falls from her hands as wails rip from her. Dropping to the floor, Melina cries her heart out on the bathroom floor.
She later finds the strength to move and showers. Walking to her closet, Melina decides to act as if yesterday never happened. She believes that crying and remembering what happened won’t help her. Knowing it might not be the best way to handle what happened, Melina still decides to stick with it. She believes that’s the best way to deal with it.
Melina walks out of her room and goes downstairs to the kitchen to find something to eat. It’s not surprising that there’s no leftover breakfast. There are so many maids in the house, so they must have eaten everything that was prepared. Melina is surprised that neither Linda nor Serena came to wake her up for breakfast. She wonders why they didn’t. Melina walks to the mafia house to find something to eat before commencing her chores for the day.
Opening the fridge in the mafia house with her hopes high, Melina finds it empty. Her shoulders slump as she stares at the fridge, which is stocked with ingredients but has no leftovers. If Melina wasn’t such a bad cook, she would have made something for herself. She sighs, realizing she’ll starve to death today.
“Melina, dear, is that you,” a voice says from behind the fridge door. Melian closes the fridge door as Linda walks into the kitchen.
“I guessed right,” Linda says with a smile.
“Linda, I am so happy to see you,” Melina says as she walks toward her. Linda is one of the best cooks Melina knows. She hopes she won’t be too busy to make her something.
“Likewise, dear, how are you feeling?” Melian comes to a halt and looks at Linda. She wonders why she just asked her that.
“I heard you last night,” Linda says with pity in her eyes.
“I’m fine, thank you for asking.” Melina hopes she won’t ask her what happened last night. She may have chosen to pretend it never happened, but that doesn’t change the fact that it did, and her eyes are already sore from crying so much.
“I’m here if you need me,” Linda says, squeezing her hand and smiling reassuringly.
“I know,” she says, smiling softly.
Linda, thankfully, isn’t too busy, so she whips up a quick lunch for Melina. While eating, Melina hears a voice she hasn’t heard in six months from outside the kitchen. Melina drops her hair to cover her face once the person enters the kitchen. She’s hoping she doesn’t recognize her. She wasn’t ready to face the person who was hugging Linda, but it didn’t seem to matter.
“Hello Melina,” A beautiful feminine voice says from behind her. Melina’s shoulder sags. Realizing she failed in concealing herself, she pulls her hair away from her face.
“Hi, Mrs. Costanzo,” Melina greets, turning around to face the beautiful woman who is the sole owner of Thomas’ eyes.
“How are you doing, my dear?” Kat gives Melina the same look Linda gave her just a few minutes ago. Melina wonders if she looks that bad.
“I’m fine.” “How are you doing, Mrs. Costanzo?”
“I’m well dear but I don’t think you’re doing as you say.”
“Why do you say so?” Melina was hoping to forget about yesterday, but it doesn’t appear that will happen anytime soon.
“Did he hurt you?” Melina is taken aback by Kat’s questions. She looks at Linda and she shakes her head, indicating that she didn’t tell Kat anything about her crying last night.
“I can see you’re heartbroken, dear. You wear it like a second skin.” Melina’s eyes drop to the floor, embarrassed that everyone can see what’s going on with her.
“I must ask, Melina, why did you break my son’s heart to the point where he views love as the worst thing on this earth? I can tell you love him, so I don’t understand,” Kat says, sounding sad. Melina’s betrayal of Thomas must have hurt him more than she imagined. Melina wonders how she will explain herself to his mother. What happened was so complicated that it would take a miracle for Kat to believe her.
“I swear I didn’t want to, but I didn’t have a choice.”
“Could you please explain?”
