Alison’s POV
“You did it, Alison. You saved it all.” Xander said pulling me into a short hug
I couldn’t wrap my head around why he was here but I was super excited to see him regardless
“Hey, you came?” before I could continue my father said
“He told us he’d be coming but wanted it to be a surprise so we couldn’t tell” my father said
My eyes darted to my mother’s side and the sweet smile on her face was so heart filling
“So everyone else knew except me, wow guys” I teased pretending to be angry
“It’s payback for not telling me about these too, now I got you back” everyone burst into laughter.
“Table is served everyone, we might as well celebrate this win together as a family since Xander is here” my mum said as everyone concurred to it, Xander threw his arms around my waist as we proceeded for the dinning.
The feast was massive, my mum had prepared so much in a bid for us to celebrate, by the time we were all done no one had the strength anymore to even rise from the table, by the time the staffs picked up the plates, my father and Xander were deep into conversations and all I did was watch the man I was going to be Mated to forever.
The man who had rescued me from Kendrick’s cruel hands, the man I loved with all my heart and suddenly Maya surges forward and whispers into my subconscious
“You know he’s yours right, we need him now” she taunted
“I know, but he seems to be having so much fun talking to my dad, I can’t take it away from him” I thought
“He wants you more, jus wolf is calling out to me, get him girl” she urged
Before I could think it through I spoke “Dad if you wouldn’t mind I’d like to have a little alone time with Xander, we have so much to catch up on” I said blushing heavily
“Of course darling, but careful not to give me grandkids before the mating ceremony” my father teased
“Father!!” I yelled turning purple with embarrassment as I sprinted without looking back smiling on my way up as Xander followed calling out my name, I rushed into my room collapsing on my bed laughing at how embarrassed I was
Then the door clicked shut cutting off the world outside like the flick of a switch, I looked to the door to see Xander standing in his glory. The tension in the air was palpable, a thick, electric current that had been building from the moment Xander’s gaze met mine downstairs. Now, standing in my room, I felt the weight of everything we’d been through pressing down on me, threatening to crush me if I didn’t let it out.
But it wasn’t sadness or fear I felt when I looked at him. It was hunger.
Xander stood there, his eyes dark and blazing with something raw and primal, and for a moment, neither of us moved. We were locked in a silent battle of emotions, both teetering on the edge of restraint.
“I’ve missed you,” I finally whispered, the words trembling on my lips.
“I’ve missed you more,” he replied moving close to me, his voice low and gravelly, sending a shiver straight down my spine.
That was all it took to break the dam as he sat beside me on my bed.
I closed the space between us in an instant, my hands reaching into his hair and I flipped through it in raw passion as I kissed him with everything I had. His arms wrapped around me, pulling me flush against his body as his lips moved against mine, fierce and demanding.
The kiss was a wildfire, consuming everything in its path. I felt his hands roam down my back, strong and possessive, as if he couldn’t get enough of me. My fingers tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, needing to feel him, taste him, breathe him.
“Alison,” he murmured against my lips, his voice thick with desire.
I pulled back just enough to look into his eyes, my breath coming in short gasps. “Don’t stop me,” I whispered, my voice trembling but sure. “I don’t want you to stop.”
His response was immediate and wordless. His hands found the hem of my shirt, and with one swift motion, he pulled it over my head, tossing it to the floor. His eyes roamed over me, dark and intense, making my skin flush under his gaze.
“You’re so beautiful, Ally” he said, his voice husky.
“Show me Xander,” I whispered, a challenge in my tone.
Something shifted in him then, something primal and unrestrained. He reached for me, his hands exploring every inch of my skin as his lips found my neck, trailing hot, open-mouthed kisses down to my collarbone. My head fell back, a soft moan escaping my lips as I gave myself over to him.
His hands slid to my waist, and he lifted me effortlessly, carrying me to the bed as if I weighed nothing. When he set me down, he stood over me for a moment, his eyes raking over my body with a hunger that made my pulse race.
I didn’t wait for him to make the next move. My hands went to the buttons of his shirt, fumbling slightly in my haste to rid him of it. He chuckled softly, a deep, rich sound that sent heat pooling in my core.
“Impatient, aren’t we my little sexy she-wolf?” he teased, but his hands were already helping me, making quick work of the buttons.
“Shut up,” I shot back, my voice breathless.
His shirt joined my top on the floor, and I couldn’t stop the gasp that escaped me as I took him in. His chest was a canvas of hard muscle and smooth skin, his body a perfect blend of strength and beauty.
From the last time we had sex, it’s safe to say he is finally back to the body I’d seen shirtless in heated make out sessions previously .
“You like what you see?” he asked, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth.
“Very much,” I replied, my voice soft but laced with a tone I myself never knew I had.
He climbed onto the bed, hovering over me, his hands bracketing my head as he leaned down to kiss me again. This time, the kiss was slower, deeper, but no less intense. His tongue slid into mine, coaxing and claiming, as if he was determined to imprint himself on my very soul.
My hands explored his back, tracing the lines of his muscles as I arched into him, desperate for more contact. His lips left mine to trail down my jaw, then to the sensitive spot just below my ear.
“Xander,” I breathed, my voice a mix of a plea and a command.
He grinned against my skin, his teeth grazing the spot before he moved lower, his lips and hands working in perfect harmony as he explored every inch of me. My body responded to him in ways I couldn’t control, every nerve ending alive and burning with need.
When his hands found the waistband of my pants, he paused, looking up at me as if asking for permission.
“Yes,” I said, my voice barely above a whisper.
That was all he needed. My pants and underwear were gone in an instant, leaving me bare and vulnerable under his gaze. But I didn’t feel self-conscious. Not with him.
“You’re perfect and you are mine,” he said, his voice reverent.
He leaned down, his lips finding my skin again, his hands tracing patterns on my thighs as he made his way lower. The sensation was almost too much, but I didn’t want it to stop. I wanted all of him, every touch, every kiss, every whispered word.
By the time he made his way back up to my lips, I was trembling, my body aching for him.
“Come on baby, fuck me already,” I said again, my voice desperate.
He smiled against my lips as he kissed me hard, his hands framing my face as he settled between my thighs. Then without warning he slammed into me, it was like the world shifted, everything falling into place.
“Ahh! Fuck baby! Ride me harder” I moaned without hesitation
We moved together, our bodies and souls intertwining in a dance as old as time. Every touch, every kiss, every sound was a testament to the love and trust we shared. It was raw, passionate, and completely overwhelming in the best way possible.
Suddenly his pace went faster and I felt like I was being taken out if this world in fantasy
“Oh fuck!! Faster!! Pound me” I growled in pure passion not recognizing my own voice amidst the ecstacy I felt
I felt him go stiff inside me before his movements slowed down as he had poured his seeds into me, out body’s dropping into each other, tangled together and our breaths mingling, I felt a peace I hadn’t known in weeks.
Xander brushed a strand of hair from my face, his eyes soft as he looked at me. “I love you, Alison,” he said, his voice filled with emotion.
“I love you too,” I replied, my heart full to bursting.
As I lay in his arms, my head resting on his chest, I felt a sense of hope I hadn’t dared to believe in before. The battles weren’t over, but for the first time, I knew we could face them-together.
