Alpha Nelson was really not happy staying in his mansion any longer; he couldn’t just wait for Sophia and Grace to leave already.
He had left for work before Sophia had left earlier in the morning and had, at first, strictly warned Grace, Cassandra, and Sophia that he didn’t want to see them in his house if he returned; if not, he would throw them out by himself.
‘Grave is not going anywhere; she is your wife, and Morgan and her son are the ones leaving.” Alpha Nelson’s mom has opposed what he had said.
“Mom, this is my house; whatever I say stands.” Alpha Nelson had said in the morning before leaving.
Alpha Not has also promised himself that he will run a DNA test on the son to know if truly it was his son because sometimes people can have similar looks, and he really didn’t trust Morgan so well.
He was still at his office when he received the information that Morgan is dead, and he read everything; to his surprise, he was really not incorrect about the fact he had called the lady Morgan.
“What the hell! I would have gotten her arrested if I had found out earlier, but I love the fact that she is dead; I guess Sophia will be the next.” Alpha Nelson murmured to himself. Ashe typed on his laptop.
He was still busy with his laptop when he received a text message from an unknown source that caught his attention.
“Nelson, you know what? I have always wanted to let you know that you are stupid and foolish at the same time. Get ready to face my wrath; I guess you have no idea who I really am.” This was the text.
The person chatted him up as though they were normally talking.
“Who the hell is this?” Alpha Nelson sneered; he has been angry ever since every little thing used to piss him off.
He picked up his telephone from his desk so he could call his personal assistant; her name is Everly.
“Hey Everly! Come to my office right away; I need your service.” Alpha Nelson said on the phone before ending the call.
“Okay sir, right away.” Everly had said this, but before she was done, Alpha Nelson had already hung up.
Alpha Nelson roughly kept the telephone on the area meant for it, then he hissed bitterly.
Everly, who was at her duty post, stood up to her feet with a scowl on her face. She arranged her dishevelled clothes and made sure her collar was well arranged before murmuring some rough words, leaving for Alpha Nelson’s office.
Alpha Nelson had really been rude to everyone, all his workers; he normally comes to work to transfer all the aggression to his staff.
“Come in!” Alpha Nelson immediately knocked slightly on the door.
“Always rude, damn it.” Everly said before holding on to the door handle and opening the door slightly as she entered into the office.
“Yes, sir!” Everly said immediately she walked into Alpha Nelson’s office.
“I will send you some details right now; send it to my personal investigator. I really need to find out who this threatening person is and arrest him or her. I want everything to be done quickly; is that understood?” Alpha Nelson sneered as she tried to finish up something he was doing so he could hand over to her a file.
“Yes, sir,” Everly said, nodding her head in obedience.
“Take this and leave already.” Alpha Nelson said and roughly handed the paper to her, which she took a little bit rudely before leaving, relief washing over her.
“The key to my room, please?” Sophia said to the lady in charge of giving out the hotel keys.
Sophia had lodged in a hotel; she made sure to lodge in one of the best hotels in the country, and it was close to Alpha Nelson Mansion. Her mission has not been completed.
She was going to show Alpha Nelson and his mom something really so strong that in their next world, when they see someone like she is, they will be forced to treat him or her right.
“Yes, ma’am, your name, please?” The lady at the desk asked with a smile as she waited for Sophia to say something so she could check out for her keys.
“Sophia ma’am, I was the one that paid for one of the VIP rooms.” Sophia said rudely, and the lady with her glasses had to take a look at Sophia.
Immediately she knew she was not just a person, but the daughter of one of the richest Alphas; she stood up to her feet, brought out her keys quickly, and stretched her hands, giving them to her.
“Sorry ma’am, this is the key; enjoy yourself at our convenient space.” The lady said with a sweet smile, but Sophia just hissed and walked away, while a man took her bag and followed; he was also one of the hotel workers.
Sophia Dad was really not a small man, he was wealthy as fuck, Sophia was really so prideful, but not very prideful on Sophia media about her father’s wealth.
Sophia was supposed to go back to the city where her father lives, but she won’t go back until she is done with her plans.
Immediately she got to the VIP section she had lodged in; she used the key to open the room and was really so cool with how beautiful and standard the room was.
“Your bags, ma’am.” The man dressed in a uniform said to Sophia.
“Take it in already!” Sophia sneered at the man; he was supposed to get angry, but he returned a sweet smile and rolled the bag into the room so he could drop it and leave.
About six minutes later, Sophia was settled, her heart flashed back to how they had humiliated her, and this made hot tears roll down her cheeks.
She felt so angry and bitter. Alpha Nelson’s mom, who was as always in support of her, had to chase her off of their home too.
Sophia was still in her sad state when her phone rang. She saw the name that flashed on her screen; it was her dad.
“What the hell? Why was he calling?” Sophia murmured.
Her daddy really doesn’t call her always; he just normally sends her a lot of money every week, and he knows she will be fine.
“Ohh, he had seen the video of her online?” Sophia had really forgotten about that; she really didn’t care. She had missed Blake; that is not bad; after all, Alpha Nelson was not even her fiance or husband.
Sophia didn’t pick up the call; she just said inside of her that she would call her dad the next day when she was calm and ready to talk.
Just when the call died off, she fell to the bed, her mind reeling; she was about to go deep into thinking when a message popped in.
“What the hell? What is all this?” Sophia said and struck her forehead in frustration, anger and frustration evident in her tone.
She still stood up, stretched her hands to take the phone to know who had sent her a text, only to discover it was Blake.
The message he had sent was really scary; she had just skimmed through it, and she was shaking already.
Blake was the guy she met in the restaurant, and she had a small crush on him. She had observed he loved her so much while Nelson treated her like a fool, so she somehow started developing feelings for him, with the mindset to get married to him if all her effort to make Alpha Nelson hers didn’t go smoothly.
“Sophia, I loved you, and you know it. I gave the key to my heart to you, but you broke it, huh? You told me you were single and had nothing with anyone; you told me he is your brother. I have done my necessary research, and I know every single thing about you now. For your own life, leave the city and go far away. I will kill you; I will send men on you. Regardless of who your father is, I am not frightened because I know who my father is. Also, this is not a threat!” This was the text message she got from Blake; for some seconds, she couldn’t believe what she was reading.
Her mind started beating so fast and she swallowed the hard lump that formed in her throat, her breath hitched and her eyes flickered on the screen of her phone. She really wanted to read it once more and be sure it was really real.
“Damn! What the hell have I gotten myself into? I know this guy is really a killer and doesn’t let anyone play with his feelings, but I really don’t love him to get married to him. Even in death I will still choose Nelson; he is the one my heart beats for. Either I get married to him or no one does; maybe we all will have to be dead; I really don’t care.” Sophia said with red eyes.
