The bodyguard glanced at Johnny, then at Tilda, hesitated for a moment, and finally opened the door.

Rosalind came out of the ICU just in time to see Tilda going upstairs. Her eyes lit up with joy, followed by a guilty bow of her head.
“I’m sorry… for disappointing you and Malcolm.”
Tilda waved her hand nonchalantly. “Don’t talk about that! I can see that you’re in much better spirits than when you were lying in the hospital bed! Did you see Ulric?”
Rosalind nodded. “Yes, but he hasn’t woken up yet.”
“Well…”
“But he’s not in any danger!”
Tilda nodded. “That’s good. But how did you get in? I was stopped by the guard at the entrance earlier.”
“Ulric’s father let me in.” Rosalind concealed the deal she had made.
If she were to reveal it, with Tilda’s temper, she would definitely go and argue with the Walters family!
She knew just how much Tilda and Malcolm loved those two kids. They would be so disappointed when they found out about the deal she had made with the Walters family.
