Edd’s face twisted in defiance as he clenched his fists and shouted through gritted teeth, “Let me go! Let me go! I’m warning you, this is a grave insult! I’ll report you to your superiors. I’ll sue you!”
Even in a situation like this, he still carried himself with an air of superiority, his tone dripping with disdain. This arrogance wasn’t innate-it was nurtured.
Kayden slowly lifted his foot off Edd’s chest. For a moment, Edd thought Kayden was backing down.
He snorted arrogantly, his confidence surging. “I’m telling you, you’re finished! Even if you apologize and kneel before me now, I won’t forgive you. You’re done for!”
Before Edd could fully revel in his smugness, Kayden moved without a word. His hand shot out, grabbing Edd by the collar. Edd’s smug expression dissolved into panic as he began to struggle, his voice trembling with fear.
“Let me go! What are you doing?!” he screamed.
No amount of thrashing could break Kayden’s iron grip. Though Kayden appeared lean and unassuming, his strength was far beyond Edd’s imagination.
Kayden lifted him effortlessly, like a parent picking up a misbehaving child, and slammed him down onto the desk. His expression darkened as he growled, “You enjoy hurting students, don’t you? Flaunting yourself? Tell me, which part of your body are you most proud of?”
The question sent a chill down Edd’s spine. Sweat poured down his face as he stammered, “No… no, you can’t do this. You can’t do this to me.”
“This part, isn’t it?” Kayden’s hand moved to a specific area, and Edd’s face turned ghostly pale.
“No! What are you doing? What are you doing?!” Edd screamed, his voice shrill with terror.
Kayden’s expression didn’t falter. His voice was calm, almost cruel. “If this is what you’re most proud of, then today, I’ll break your pride.”
For Edd, this was a thunderclap on a clear day. His eyes widened in horror, his voice cracking as he howled, “You can’t! You dare?! You can’t do this to me!”
Though Edd was over six feet tall, in Kayden’s grip, he was utterly powerless. The difference in their strength was insurmountable.
“Principal! Help me! Principal, save me!” Edd shouted desperately, his voice echoing across the room.
But the principal stood frozen, her mind blank. She was still processing the call she had just received-the one informing her that she had been relieved of her duties. Edd’s cries fell on deaf ears.
“No one can save you!” Kayden declared.
The next moment, Kayden’s grip tightened. A sickening sound filled the room, followed by Edd’s anguished scream. The pain was so intense that he nearly passed out.
“How could you do this?! How could you?!” Edd gasped, his voice barely audible as he tried to cling to consciousness.
Kayden’s voice was cold and unyielding. “This is just the beginning.”
He turned his gaze toward Leah and the young girl standing nearby. “You two should leave now. What happens next isn’t something you should see.”
The two froze for a moment, but after a few seconds of hesitation, they obeyed and left the room.
Outside, Leah was utterly shaken. She had never witnessed anything so brutal. It was far beyond anything she could have imagined. Kayden was undeniably strong, but this… this was too much.
Still, as she thought about all the harm Edd had inflicted on so many girls, she couldn’t entirely condemn Kayden’s actions. In some twisted way, Edd deserved this. Kayden wasn’t cruel-he was just extreme. His sense of justice, while sharp, often veered into dangerous territory.
“Leah, what’s he going to do? He’s not really going to kill that teacher, is he?” the young girl beside her asked, her voice trembling.
Leah shook her head. “I don’t know. But it’s possible.”
She recalled Kayden’s earlier words-his promise to end Edd on sight.
“Then why aren’t you stopping him?! If he kills someone, he’ll go to prison! Murder is a crime. You have to stop him!” the girl urged, her panic growing.
Leah swallowed hard, realizing the gravity of the situation. If Kayden killed Edd, it would be her fault too. Her sister would never forgive her. Leah took a deep breath and prepared to step back into the room.
But before she could act, Kayden emerged, his expression calm and composed. Leah nearly collided with his chest.
“Kayden, what… what did you do to him?” she asked nervously.
Kayden smiled faintly. “Nothing much. Just taught him how to be a decent human being.”
Leah didn’t believe him for a second, but Kayden’s tone left no room for argument. He grabbed her hand and said, “Come on. Let’s go grab some food.”
Leah blinked in confusion. “But-”
Before she could protest, Kayden pulled her and the other girl along, leaving the scene behind.

Meanwhile, Audrey stood on the school grounds, watching Kayden walk away with the girls. She couldn’t shake her unease. Despite knowing that Kayden wasn’t an ordinary person, she worried he might have gone too far.
As she wrestled with her thoughts, her phone buzzed. She answered it, and a woman’s frantic voice came through the line.
“Audrey, open the school forum now! Mr. Edd just posted a video. It’s blowing up-absolutely blowing up!”
Audrey hung up and quickly opened the school forum. At the top of the page was a pinned post-a video uploaded by Edd himself.
The comments below were a storm of outrage. No one held back their contempt for Edd. From the looks of it, his reputation was entirely destroyed.
Audrey hesitated for a moment before pressing play.
In the video, Edd appeared disheveled, his face streaked with tears. There were no visible wounds on his face, but blood was faintly visible on his lower body. He looked utterly broken, his expression filled with despair.
The video was clearly self-recorded. Edd had filmed himself.
But what came next was even more shocking. His words would send shockwaves through the entire school-no, the entire community of Inassea.
