The servant’s eyes lit up.
Of course!
Flynn had always been boasting that Harriet would never go to Ipholn.
Those words had not only offended Lysander King but also Stellan Wallace.
How could anyone dare lay a finger on Stellan Wallace’s mistress?
If Stellan Wallace were to go and bring Harriet back, and Flynn dared to intervene, Stellan Wallace would surely kill him!

“Your parents left already?” Flynn asked as he returned to the hotel, finding Scarlet alone in the room.
Scarlet had just finished her shower and was drying her hair. Hearing Flynn’s question, she sighed and replied, “The Wong family always hosts a grand celebration during the holidays. They rushed back to help.”
Flynn nodded, smiling slyly. “Did your mom have a little heart-to-heart with you?”
Scarlet rolled her eyes at him. “I’m upset and you’re still joking around.”
She set the hairdryer down on the sink, walked over to the big sofa, turned her head away, and pouted in frustration.
“Alright! It’s not that big of a deal. Tomorrow, I’ll make sure the Wong family apologizes to you. How’s that?” Flynn said as he sat next to her, wrapping an arm around her waist.
“That’s not what I meant. I just feel bad for you. After all, I promised on the way here that if you had a good talk with Grandpa, he’d consider our relationship.”
“But who would’ve thought Grandpa wouldn’t even meet you and would kick you out instead?” Scarlet said, her voice tinged with sadness.
Flynn barely listened. His eyes wandered shamelessly over Scarlet.
With the way she was dressed, no normal man could resist stealing glances.
She had casually wrapped herself in a bathrobe, her long, fair legs fully exposed. The neckline was loose and open, revealing a deep, enticing curve that made her figure even more striking.
Scarlet’s skin was flawless-white and smooth without a single pore or blemish. From her neck down, not even a trace of hair could be seen.
“Snap!”
Scarlet kicked Flynn and grabbed his ear, tugging it gently. Puffing her cheeks, she scolded, “Hey! I’m talking to you! Why aren’t you responding?”
Flynn finally brought his gaze back to her face and said seriously, “Yes, I am indeed very angry. A mere verbal apology won’t calm me down.”
“Then… what do you want me to do?” Scarlet asked, looking aggrieved. “The Wong family is so stubborn, they didn’t even give us a chance to explain!”
Flynn grinned. “But I need to vent my anger somehow.”
“If you’re not willing to bear it for the Wong family, then I’ll have no choice but to level the Wong family to the ground.”
Scarlet saw the mischievous look in Flynn’s eyes and immediately understood what he meant. She placed her hand on his thigh, slowly moving it upward.
Locking eyes with him, she smiled slyly and said, “Then I guess I’ll have to sacrifice myself to save the Wong family…”
Hearing this, Flynn burst into laughter. He wrapped his arms around her, lifted her up, and carried her toward the bedroom.
The moment he pushed the door open, Flynn froze.
Red silk ribbons hung from the ceiling.
There was a pole connecting the floor and ceiling.
Even a hanging chair was installed.
A themed hotel? What the…?
“I only noticed this after my parents left…” Scarlet’s cheeks flushed as she buried her head shyly against Flynn’s chest.
It was her first time in such a place.
The red ropes, the hanging chair…
Just looking at them was enough to spark vivid images in her mind.
“Don’t overthink it. My mom didn’t do this on purpose. It’s her first time booking a hotel here too,” Scarlet quickly explained.
Flynn naturally assumed it was all a misunderstanding.
If her parents didn’t even want her to share a room with Flynn, why would they deliberately book such a hotel?
It was purely coincidental.
But Flynn didn’t seem interested in Scarlet’s explanation.
Seeing Flynn’s mischievous smile, Scarlet became wary. “What are you looking at? What are you planning to do? I’m warning you, I’m not sitting in that hanging chair, and I definitely won’t tie myself up!”
Flynn ignored her protests. Carrying her toward the red ropes, he chuckled mischievously. “I guess I have no choice but to follow the arrangements.”
Scarlet’s eyes widened in shock, and she began frantically slapping Flynn’s shoulder, her face burning red.
“What? Hey! Flynn, what are you doing?”
“I’m telling you, if you dare try those weird positions, I’ll… Ahhh! You jerk! You’re really tying me up? No, no, stop… Mmm…”

The next morning.
“Ugh, look at my legs. They’re covered in marks-bruised all over!” Scarlet groaned as she stretched a long leg out from under the blanket, angrily rubbing it.
There was a faint rope mark on her skin.
Flynn glanced at it and smiled. “Last night, after half an hour, I asked if you wanted me to untie you, and you said you were fine. Now you’re blaming me?”
“Ugh! I’m going to strangle you! You’re so annoying!” Scarlet’s face turned bright red as she pinched Flynn hard. Remembering the events of the past two hours, she shyly pulled the blanket over her face.
Flynn chuckled and got up to wash.
At 10 a. m., the two checked out of the hotel and drove to the outskirts, heading to the location Rolando had arranged.
The meeting spot was a private clubhouse in the suburbs, hidden and rustic.
Nestled in a garden surrounded by trees, it featured rock formations, small bridges, and flowing water, creating a serene atmosphere.
But stepping inside, the grandeur was overwhelming. The interior was massive, luxuriously decorated like a palace, resplendent and magnificent.
Dozens of tall, elegant women dressed in red dragon-and-phoenix-patterned cheongsams moved gracefully through the space, their hair styled in intricate buns, resembling palace maids serving an emperor.
As Flynn and Scarlet entered, they saw the hall bustling with guests. Seven or eight round rosewood tables were filled with young people, each dressed in designer clothes, exuding an air of sophistication.
The glitter of luxury watches and diamond necklaces reflected brilliantly, a testament to their wealth.
Indeed, as the Wong family had said, this gathering had attracted half of Pelens’ elite youth.
As Flynn and Scarlet walked in, the room fell silent. All eyes swept over Scarlet before eventually landing on Flynn.
The Wong family’s feud with the Gray family was well-known.
Pelens had a “Beauty Rankings” list, featuring women of extraordinary looks. Scarlet ranked third in Pelens, a testament to her stunning beauty.
Naturally, everyone was curious to see the man who had won Scarlet’s heart.
But when they saw Flynn, disappointment rippled through the crowd. These heirs of the elite had met many distinguished figures and prodigies through their families.
Yet, in Flynn, they found no trace of greatness.
There was no aura of a hero or a genius.
All they saw was a man walking casually, with no sign of poise or maturity.
Brows furrowed across the room.
“Scarlet, you’re here,” a man in his twenties stood up from the main table and walked over to greet her.
“Brother,” Scarlet smiled lightly and introduced him to Flynn. “Flynn, this is my uncle’s son, Alexie.”
Flynn was about to greet him, but Alexie ignored him completely, brushing past Flynn and pulling Scarlet toward the main table.
“Come, let me introduce you to someone…”
Before he could finish, a young man with a fair complexion and long hair, sitting near the head of the table, interrupted with a cold laugh.
“No need for introductions. We’ve already met, haven’t we, Ms. Scarlet?”
Scarlet looked over and froze.
He was the man from Promenade Lane-the one driving the Cayenne!
Now she understood how the Gray family had found out.
It was him who had tipped them off!
