Five days later, Billy slowly opened his eyes.
“Billy, you’re awake?” White Feather’s voice sounded.
“White Feather, you’re okay?” After adjusting to the light, Billy looked at White Feather. “I’m not dead? Where is this place?”
As he spoke, he glanced around and found himself in an indoor room.
“We’re in Everreach City now!” White Feather responded. “This is a small manor Miss Fairy found; she saved us.”
“Miss Fairy?” Billy was stunned. “She found us?”
Clearly, he had no memory of what happened after he went berserk that day.
“Yes!” White Feather nodded.
“You should discard that unorthodox bloodline cultivation method of yours, or you’ll end up killing yourself sooner or later!” At that moment, Fairy walked in from outside.
“Miss Fairy!” Billy’s eyes brightened. He then got out of bed and bowed. “Thank you, Miss Fairy!”
“Have you obtained the seven volumes of the Heaven Book?” Fairy asked.
“Yes!” Billy nodded.
“The eighth volume of the Heaven Book is with the Barbarian Tribe?” Fairy continued.
“Yes!” Billy responded.
“White Feather mentioned that you know the whereabouts of the Barbarian Tribe?” Fairy paused before adding, “Consolidate your cultivation for the next two days, then we’ll go to the Barbarian Tribe together to get the eighth volume of the Heaven Book!”
“Consolidate my cultivation?” Billy was puzzled.
As he spoke, he checked his body and his eyes lit up. “Miss Fairy, did you help me advance two levels?”
“It has little to do with me; it’s your bloodline’s merit and also a result of your berserk state!” Fairy responded.
“By the way, Miss Fairy, isn’t Miss Sanaa with you?” Billy continued to ask.
“She’s busy with other matters!” Fairy replied. “You’ll see her in a while.”
“As long as she’s okay.” Billy nodded and asked again, “Miss Fairy, when you saved me, didn’t Diego Walter intervene? Did he just let you take me away?”
“Billy, Diego Walter is dead!” White Feather smiled from the side.
“Dead?” Billy looked at Fairy in shock. “Did you kill him?”
“Who else?” Fairy retorted.
Billy couldn’t help but gasp!
Even those above the God Realm were no match for Fairy?
“Miss Fairy, Diego Walter was one of the eight High Kings of the Heaven Alliance. You killed him; the Heaven Alliance won’t let this slide.” Billy continued.
He truly hadn’t expected Diego Walter to die just like that. Fairy was too decisive!
“The Heaven Alliance is now full of all sorts of people. If it isn’t reformed, it should be disbanded!” Fairy didn’t directly answer his question.
“Diego Walter was a disgrace to the Heaven Alliance and colluded with the Barbarian Tribe. I cleaned up for the Heaven Alliance; they should be thanking me!”
“Diego Walter really colluded with the Barbarian Tribe?” Billy was stunned. “Was the death of the High King in Everreach City related to Diego Walter?”
This thought had occurred to him during a conversation with Charming Fox, which led him to test her with the whereabouts of the Barbarian Tribe.
Now, hearing Fairy’s words, his suspicion was confirmed.
“Yes!” Fairy nodded. “That’s enough for now. Consolidate your cultivation for the next two days. I’ll come for you in three days to get the eighth volume of the Heaven Book from the Barbarian Tribe!”
“Okay!” Billy responded.
Fairy then greeted White Feather and left.
For the next two days, Billy obediently stayed put, practicing with White Feather in the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space.
White Feather was also seriously injured this time and had to rely on a healing pill from Fairy. Otherwise, it would have taken her months to recover.
Once in the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space, White Feather went into seclusion. The previous battle had shown her a glimmer of breakthrough, so she wanted to give it a try.
Harleen and others were unaware of what had happened in recent days. After hearing Billy’s account, they all showed expressions of lingering fear.
If it weren’t for Miss Fairy, wouldn’t they be doomed this time?!
Three days passed in a blink.
That morning, as Billy and others emerged from the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space, Fairy walked in from outside.
“Miss Fairy!” Everyone bowed simultaneously.
“Not bad, but keep working hard!” Fairy briefly checked everyone’s cultivation before responding.
“Thank you for your praise, Miss Fairy!” Stout and others replied.
Then everyone asked Fairy various questions. Some she answered directly; others she said it wasn’t time to tell them yet.
“Can you track down the Barbarian Tribe’s whereabouts?” After some casual conversation, Fairy looked at Billy and asked.
“I can only track the last known location of a Barbarian Tribe member but can’t be sure if he’s with his tribe.” Billy responded.
“Let’s go check it out!” Fairy replied.
“Okay!” Billy nodded.
Harleen and others returned to the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space while Billy and Fairy flew out of the courtyard.
With the Soulbrand from a Barbarian Tribe member last time, finding him wasn’t difficult.
And with Fairy’s presence, their travel speed was beyond his imagination, covering hundreds of thousands of miles instantly.
He felt that Fairy’s strength had significantly increased since their last parting.
He truly didn’t know how Fairy cultivated. Such high levels seemed to improve as easily as drinking water!
“Miss Fairy, what is above the God Realm?” One day, as they arrived at an unknown star domain, Billy asked Fairy.
He had wanted to ask this last time but hadn’t had a chance before parting ways with Fairy and Sanaa.
“Empyrean Realm!” Fairy responded. “It also has three stages: Entering Empyrean Realm, Comprehending Empyrean Realm, and Heavenly Empyrean Realm!”
“Which stage are you at now?” Billy asked again.
“I’ll tell you next time!” Fairy replied.
He knew it would end like this!
“What does being in the Heavenly Empyrean Realm mean in a ninth-tier star domain? Are they considered true powerhouses?” Billy continued to ask.
“It depends on who you’re comparing them to!” Fairy said indifferently before adding, “Compared to that guy in the Nine Dragons Cauldron, a Heavenly Empyrean Realm would be nothing!”
Billy’s mouth twitched as he continued to ask, “Is that white-robed uncle one of the strongest in the ninth-tier star domain?”
“Don’t ask me; I don’t know either!” Fairy shrugged.
“Alright!” Billy said.
“So, are we there yet?” Fairy asked again.
“It should be around here…” Billy responded.
Before he finished speaking, a powerful oppressive aura swept through the air as a dozen figures flew towards them from ahead.
“Who are you?” The leading man scrutinized Billy and Fairy.
“Barbarian Tribe!” Fairy replied. “Who are you?”
