Brooks replied without hesitation, “Mr. Bloomer, the location of the Three-Crowned Golden Flower Python is not difficult to find. It should be in a valley called Golden Snake Valley in the Azure Dragon Mountains.”
“Golden Snake Valley?” Leo raised an eyebrow.
Brooks reached into his Storage Sack with his right hand and pulled out a Spirit Scroll map of the Azure Dragon Mountains.
With a flick of his hand, the Spirit Scroll emitted a bright light, projecting a large map.
“Mr. Bloomer, it’s right here, about two hundred miles from here,” Brooks said, pointing to a valley on the map.
Leo nodded, memorizing the location of Golden Snake Valley.
“Mr. Bloomer, the Three-Crowned Golden Flower Python has a noble bloodline. Although it was injured in a fight with the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard, it is still very powerful,” Brooks reminded.
Being able to injure the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard, which contains dragon blood, meant that the Three-Crowned Golden Flower Python was indeed formidable.
However, Leo was not afraid; if he couldn’t win, he could always run.
“Also, Golden Snake Valley is filled with venomous snakes and poisonous mist. Even a Spirit Saint must tread carefully.”
“Mr. Bloomer, you are powerful and have nothing to fear, but Miss Violet might not go,” Brooks said, glancing at Violet.
“Thank you for the reminder, Master Brooks,” Leo nodded.
As dawn approached, everyone packed up and descended the mountain.
“Mr. Bloomer, Miss Violet, farewell.”
At the foot of the mountain, Beau, Brooks, and the twin sisters bid farewell to Leo and Violet.
After they left, Violet looked at Leo reluctantly. “Leo, are you going to Golden Snake Valley?”
“Yes,” Leo smiled slightly and patted Violet’s head. “You should train with Holden. If you encounter any danger you can’t handle, make sure to crush the Spirit Scroll I gave you.”
“Alright, I’ll do as you say,” Violet nodded despite her reluctance.
Using the Spirit Scroll to locate Holden and the others, Leo took Violet with him.
They arrived at a place called Blue Maple Forest, named for its light blue maple leaves.
Soon, Leo and Violet entered Blue Maple Forest.
The light blue maple trees were strikingly beautiful in the dawn light.
“Master, Violet,” Holden and Aimee greeted them with joy under a giant blue maple tree.
“Holden, Aimee,” Violet responded happily.
Leo smiled and looked at them.
“Master, there are many beasts here. Fighting them helps us improve quickly,” Holden said enthusiastically.
“That’s good. Keep working hard. Violet will stay with you while I go meet the Demon King-level beasts in the Azure Dragon Mountains,” Leo said.
After entrusting Violet to Holden and Aimee, Leo’s figure turned into a stream of light heading towards Golden Snake Valley in the Azure Dragon Mountains.
Along the way, he encountered some beasts that he easily killed.
Half an hour later, Leo arrived at a large valley.
Dawn had broken, and the valley was silent.
A faint mist covered the valley.
This mist was highly toxic.
Leo glanced at the mist-covered valley and reached into his Storage Sack for an emerald green Alchemical Pill.
After taking the pill, Leo smiled slightly. With his spiritual power protecting him, he flashed into Golden Snake Valley.
The valley was spacious and clear without the mist obstructing his view.
Pale golden flowers bloomed throughout the valley, swaying gently in the breeze.
Leo quickly recognized these flowers as Golden Lilies.
Despite their beautiful name, Golden Lilies were highly toxic. Their scent promoted the growth of venomous snakes.
Moreover, when the flowers wilted, they produced poisonous fruits that were highly beneficial to venomous snakes.
Leo soon noticed numerous colorful venomous snakes slithering among the flowers, making his scalp tingle.
Even on the few tall trees in the distance, colorful snakes coiled around them.
Clearly, this valley was a nest of venomous snakes.
Leo’s presence caused many snakes to raise their heads, flicking their red tongues and staring at him with cold eyes.
Almost simultaneously, hundreds of snakes lunged at Leo.
Leo snorted and released his spiritual power as spirit fire.
The nearby snakes were instantly turned to ash.
Leo’s figure turned into a stream of light as he shot deeper into Golden Snake Valley.
Along the way, countless snakes tried to bite him but were incinerated by his spirit fire before they got close.
The deeper he went into the valley, the fewer snakes there were, but their levels increased.
Ten minutes later, Leo had reached the depths of Snake Valley.
There were fewer snakes around, but those he encountered were at least at the Demon Sect level or higher.
However, even Demon Sect-level snakes were no match for Leo’s Spirit Saint-level power.
After scanning with his spiritual sense, Leo continued forward.
A few minutes later, there were no more snakes in sight, not even insects chirping.
Instead, there were more trees bearing Spirit Fruits, most of which were highly toxic.
Leo knew he was close to the territory of the Golden Flower Python.
Just as he was about to move forward again, a powerful surge of spiritual energy came from ahead.
He could faintly hear shouts and beast roars.
Leo’s heart skipped a beat. Could someone have beaten him to the Three-Crowned Golden Flower Python?
With this thought in mind, Leo flashed forward again.
After passing through a grove filled with toxic Spirit Fruits, his view opened up once more.
The most striking sight was a large dark spring ahead.
Beside the spring lay a giant python over ten feet long.
The python’s body was incredibly thick, requiring two or three adults to encircle it fully.
Its massive body was covered in golden patterns resembling blooming golden lilies.
More uniquely, there were three golden bumps on its head that formed a crown-like shape, giving it an air of nobility.
This was undoubtedly the Three-Crowned Golden Flower Python.
At this moment, however, it was in poor condition.
Its massive body bore numerous deep sword wounds and a large bloody hole near its vital spot as if pierced by some animal’s horn.
