Chapter 1935: A Treacherous Attack

Book:The All-powerful Son-In-Law Published:2025-2-5

Beau, Brody, and others launched their attacks one after another.
Feeling the incoming assault, the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard let out an angry roar. Its massive mouth opened, and a huge icy white beam shot out, destroying all the attacks aimed at it.
The Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s breath grew weaker, its four hooves trembling slightly as it stood in the giant pit. Fresh blood seeped from the large wound on its back.
It was clear that the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard was at its limit.
The Gold Horned Kirin Leopard, possessing a certain level of intelligence, knew it was in a dangerous situation. If it didn’t find a way to escape, it would likely be killed by these detestable Cultivators.
With a roar which showed its resentment, the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard surged its remaining demonic power.
Hundreds of massive icy spikes appeared around the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.
Once formed, the icy spikes shot towards Brooks, Beau, and the others.
Seeing this, Brooks and the others quickly channeled their spiritual power and dodged to the side.
At the same time, the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard spread its wings and transformed into a swift white streak, disappearing over the mountain peak.
Seeing the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard flee made their expressions change.
The Gold Horned Kirin Leopard was known for its speed. After such a hard fight to heavily wound it, if it escaped into the beast-filled Azure Dragon Mountains, killing it would be extremely difficult.
However, instead of pursuing it, they wore expressions of confidence.
“Ha-ha, Gold Horned Kirin Leopard, you can’t escape!” Beau laughed loudly and then looked at Leo. “Mr. Bloomer, it’s your turn!”
Leo nodded. The direction in which the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard fled was precisely where he had set up a trap formation.
Leo’s fingers quickly formed a spell.
On the mountain peak, a green light screen covering a radius of five hundred meters rose up.
Within the light screen, a green formation appeared.
From the green formation, hundreds of thick green spiritual vines burst through the rocks and wrapped around the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.
The Gold Horned Kirin Leopard, not expecting a formation trap, showed a look of terror in its eyes and hurriedly maneuvered through the vines.
But facing the overwhelming green vines, it couldn’t completely evade them in its heavily injured state.
One thick green vine struck the wound on the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s back, causing its massive body to stumble in mid-air.
Immediately, more than ten green vines wrapped around the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s body.
The Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s icy demonic power surged, and frost began to form on the green vines.
Leo’s eyes turned cold as he changed his spell.
The green vines wrapped around the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard began to constrict like pythons.
Fresh blood spurted from the wound on the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s back once again.
On the brink of death, the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard roared deeply and desperately channeled its remaining icy demonic power.
The green vines wrapped around it quickly froze and began to crack.
“Attack quickly!” Beau shouted urgently.
However, Leo had made his move.
The Dragon Sword flashed out, transforming into a sharp streak of light that descended from the night sky and pierced into the wound on the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s back.
In the next second, the Dragon Sword emerged from the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s abdomen, spraying blood everywhere.
With the Dragon Sword piercing through its body, the light in the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s eyes quickly dimmed, and its massive body fell from mid-air.
Under the moonlight, on this snow-covered mountain peak, a huge corpse lay among the rocks.
Everyone’s eyes turned fervent.
Leo dispersed the formation.
Eagerly, they all turned into streaks of light and rushed towards the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard’s corpse.
Standing beside it, they couldn’t hide their excitement.
“Ha ha, we finally killed it…” Beau’s eyes gleamed as he laughed first.
It was known that even mid-stage Spirit Saints found it difficult to kill a Gold Horned Kirin Leopard of this type.
“Great! We actually killed a Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.” The twin sisters from Falling Blossom Palace were overjoyed. They had left their palace for training and unexpectedly managed to kill a Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.
“Thanks to you, we managed to slay this leopard!” Brooks was in high spirits, his eyes fixed on the snow-white wings of the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.
According to their agreement, those wings belonged to him.
“Leo…” Violet smiled at Leo with joy on her face.
However, Leo’s gaze suddenly turned sharp as he looked at the mysterious man cloaked in gray robes.
The mysterious man let out a sinister laugh.
Before his laughter ended, he swiftly attacked with his weapon towards the backs of two people closest to him.
One bone spike pierced directly into Timothy’s body, emerging from his abdomen.
Another bone spike aimed at Brooks’ back.
Sensing sudden danger, Brooks’ excited expression turned fierce as he instinctively activated his Vajra Body technique.
Even so, half of the bone spike still embedded itself into Brooks’ body.
Brooks spat out a mouthful of blood and turned to strike at the mysterious man with his palm.
The mysterious man seemed prepared. He quickly withdrew his bone spikes and moved like a ghost across the snow, easily dodging Brooks’ attack.
This scene shocked everyone who had been celebrating their victory over the Gold Horned Kirin Leopard.
Next to Brody, Timothy spat out a mouthful of blood before his pupils dilated and vital signs faded.
“Timothy!” Brody’s face changed drastically as he hurriedly supported Timothy.
“You bastard! What are you doing?” Brooks glared at the mysterious man. His previously joyful face now filled with rage.
“I’m killing you. Can’t you see?” The mysterious man let out a triumphant laugh.
“You!” Brooks’ anger surged as he spat out another mouthful of blood.
“Too bad I only managed to kill one useless person. You’re too vigilant,” said the mysterious man with a hint of dissatisfaction in his voice.
“You bastard! How dare you assassinate my brother?” Brody’s face turned extremely grim as he looked at the mysterious man.
After cursing him out, Brody gently laid Timothy’s body down. With a wave of his right hand, a golden battle knife appeared in his grip.
