In other words, the formation of the Golden Core marked the Cultivator’s entry into the Spirit Saint realm, with their power increasing several times over.
The moment the Golden Core formed, the Heaven and Earth Thunder Tribulation would descend.
Only those who survived the Heaven and Earth Thunder Tribulation could be considered true Spirit Saints.
Leo looked inward at his dantian, frantically operating the Nine Heavens Star Chart.
The Nine-Petal Ice-Soul Lotus also began to spin, continuously channeling a stream of extreme cold energy into the compressed liquid sphere.
A massive vortex of spiritual energy formed above Leo’s head, drawing in spiritual energy from a radius of several kilometers and infusing it into his body.
Three minutes later, a muffled sound erupted from within Leo, breaking through the barrier of the Spirit Saint realm.
In Leo’s dantian, a golden core the size of a baby’s fist floated.
The core shimmered with nine-colored spiritual light, dazzling and beautiful.
The Nine-Turn Golden Core had finally formed!
Leo’s eyes snapped open, filled with joy.
Boom!
As the Golden Core formed in Leo’s dantian, dark clouds in the sky above seemed to respond, enveloping Leo with a powerful pressure.
The pressure was so intense that even from a distance, it made one’s heart race.
Fierce Wave and his companions stopped after running a considerable distance and looked back towards Leo.
“That cunning little brat almost tricked us,” Elder Bloodmoon said with lingering fear.
“Elder Bloodmoon, that little scoundrel has only two outcomes: either he dies under the Thunder Tribulation, or he survives it and is then killed by us,” Fierce Fire said solemnly.
Elder Bloodmoon nodded slightly. Indeed, even if Leo survived the Thunder Tribulation and broke through to the Spirit Saint realm, the three of them could still easily kill him.
“Big brother, Elder Bloodmoon, the range of the Tribulation Clouds is still expanding,” Fierce Wave said, pointing to the distant sky.
When Fierce Wave had broken through to the Spirit Saint realm, the Tribulation Clouds had only covered a range of about a hundred meters.
But now, the Tribulation Clouds above Leo’s head had already exceeded two hundred meters!
“It’s over two hundred meters!” Fierce Fire exclaimed.
The Tribulation Clouds continued to expand.
“Two hundred and fifty meters!”
“Three hundred meters!”
“Four hundred meters…”
Seeing that the Tribulation Clouds showed no signs of stopping, the three of them looked increasingly puzzled.
“What’s going on? Why is the range of these Tribulation Clouds so large?” Fierce Wave said in disbelief.
“Could there be other Cultivators in the nearby mountains?” Fierce Fire speculated with a puzzled expression.
Typically, when a Spirit King-level Cultivator broke through to the Spirit Saint realm, the Tribulation Clouds would cover an area of about a hundred meters. Now, with the range exceeding four hundred meters, it seemed highly unusual.
Elder Bloodmoon retracted his divine sense and said, “There are no other Cultivators within a hundred miles.”
“Five hundred meters! This…!” Fierce Wave’s face showed astonishment.
Under the Tribulation Clouds, Leo stood up from his cross-legged position and looked up at the rapidly expanding clouds with deep, dark eyes.
Even at five hundred meters, the Tribulation Clouds continued to expand.
This unexpected situation made Leo’s expression grow serious.
Within the Tribulation Clouds, lightning flashed like dragons, creating a terrifying pressure that made Leo’s scalp tingle.
“Eight hundred meters! It’s reached eight hundred meters!” Fierce Fire said with wide eyes, feeling uneasy.
“That kid is just breaking through to the Spirit Saint realm. Why are there Tribulation Clouds covering eight hundred meters? Are they trying to kill him outright?” Fierce Wave said with a strange expression after his initial shock.
“Perhaps we won’t need to lift a finger. The power of these eight-hundred-meter Tribulation Clouds should be enough to obliterate him,” Fierce Fire said confidently.
Elder Bloodmoon’s expression grew serious. “I’ve heard that for some geniuses with great potential, the Thunder Tribulation is stronger to prevent their rise.”
“The range of these Tribulation Clouds is so vast and still expanding. It seems that kid’s potential is extraordinary, even heaven can’t tolerate him.”
Fierce Fire and Fierce Wave’s expressions changed slightly before they nodded in agreement with Elder Bloodmoon’s assessment.
“That kid is doomed tonight. With such massive Tribulation Clouds, even if he survives by some miracle, he’ll be gravely injured. At that point, I could crush him with a single finger.”
Despite feeling the oppressive force of the Tribulation Clouds from afar, Fierce Wave felt relaxed because he would soon receive his reward from the Golden Family.
“When that kid challenged us to a one-on-three fight earlier, I thought he had some kind of trap. Now it seems we won’t even need to act,” Fierce Fire said with a smile.
As Water and Fire Dual Heroes and Elder Bloodmoon watched the enormous Tribulation Clouds in the night sky, several streaks of light shot towards them from behind.
These newcomers were Spirit Saints from Marquis Manor and the Kaufman family.
The Cultivators who had swarmed out of Zratol were still on their way and hadn’t arrived yet.
The group from Marquis Manor stopped first.
“Lord Marquis, what is that?” The old man in white robes asked in surprise upon noticing the Tribulation Clouds.
“It’s Tribulation Clouds,” Alejandro Gray said solemnly.
“The range of these Tribulation Clouds is enormous. What’s going on?” The old man asked in shock.
“It seems that young man named Leo is undergoing his tribulation,” Alejandro Gray said as he squinted towards the base of the Tribulation Clouds in the distance.
Then Alejandro Gray and the old man noticed Water and Fire Dual Heroes and Elder Bloodmoon not far away.
“So that’s it. He must have sensed the Thunder Tribulation coming and lured Water and Fire Dual Heroes and Elder Bloodmoon here,” Alejandro Gray finally understood Leo’s plan.
“To trigger such vast Tribulation Clouds, could that young man be someone extraordinary?” The old man exclaimed in surprise.
“His talent is indeed exceptional,” Alejandro Gray said with a gleam in his eye. “If he survives this ordeal, he might be an excellent match for Liberty.”
In another part of the sky, Ignacio and the Kaufman family’s elder also stopped.
Seeing the situation in the distance, their faces were filled with astonishment.
Soon, more than ten figures arrived; they were Cultivators coming to watch.
“What massive Tribulation Clouds.”
“Who’s undergoing their tribulation?”
Boom…!
The chilling sound of thunder made everyone’s hearts tighten.
Underneath the vast Thunderclouds, Leo’s figure seemed tiny.
Compared to the vast universe, humans were indeed insignificant.
