Chapter 1186

Book:Surprised With Her Real Identities Published:2025-2-5

Sabrina was shocked!
The male doctor was shocked!
Almost all of Sabrina’s admirers were shocked!
“The founder and operator of that highly esteemed medical forum is actually Sylvia?”
“I… I even went there for information when writing my thesis.”
“Our mentor said that if there was anything he couldn’t answer, we could definitely find the answer on that forum!”
Everyone had originally expected to see Sylvia get fired from the hospital or be harshly criticized online.
Now the situation had reversed, and the person who posted… would be held legally responsible…
Many medical students were frantically searching for the person who posted, daring to defame their idol.
A medical forum is not something just anyone can create or operate, even with money.
The free yet rare medical resources and case analyses there surpass everything.
Some internet experts quickly identified the male doctor who posted it.
Once identified, they wanted to dig up everything about his family history.
For a time, almost all medical students and many doctors were online, furiously humiliating and cursing the male doctor.
The male doctor was trembling with fear and had no choice but to seek help from Sabrina.
“Sabrina, please help me. I really didn’t expect this post to go viral. What should I do now? Will the hospital hold me accountable?”
He was pacing in circles, regretting having posted it. What good did it do him? With so many people in the department, why was he the only one so stupid?
Sabrina gave him an awkward glance, “I didn’t ask you to post it. No one could have predicted this outcome. Maybe… you should try apologizing to Sylvia?”
What a joke, this incident had offended almost everyone in the medical community, especially the highly emotional medical students. Who would dare intervene? Sabrina didn’t want to get involved.
The other people in the department, who usually fawned over Sabrina, now felt like they were walking on eggshells.
No one dared to speak up; everyone just went about their own business.
“I’m going to check on my patients.”
“I think one of my patients is being discharged today.”
“The head nurse needs to see me.”
As everyone was about to leave, the secretary from the dean’s office walked in with a document.
With a stern face, she walked straight up to the male doctor, “This is your termination letter. You are fired.”
“I have a contract and labor laws. If you fire me without cause, you must compensate me! You owe me severance.” The male doctor shouted defiantly as he grabbed the termination letter and glanced at it.
The secretary sneered, looking at him with disdain, “You violated hospital rules. The hospital has the right to fire you without any severance or compensation. So pack up and leave.”
“I’m not leaving! What rule did I violate? I don’t know anything about it!” The male doctor stubbornly argued, trying to make a case out of nothing.
“Defaming a colleague and spreading rumors. Do you want the hospital to sue you or do you want to leave? Choose for yourself.” The secretary turned and left, not bothering with this fool any longer.
These people just don’t get it.
They don’t realize Sylvia’s status in the medical community.
Ridiculous!
Not long ago, she saved a woman with severe postpartum hemorrhage. She wasn’t even an obstetrician but managed to pull someone back from death.
The incident was highly publicized, with women’s organizations and medical professionals sharing it widely.
Now this male doctor had to go and mess things up.
The hospital’s official social media account quickly posted the result of dealing with this male doctor-termination!
This outcome was quite satisfying.
When Sylvia returned to the Hipps Family, she saw everyone smiling warmly.
“The general hospital handled it well.”
“They did a great job standing up for Sylvia.”
“Absolutely!”
“Sylvia is amazing.”
Sylvia shook her head helplessly; she knew she had been trending online all day again.
But she didn’t pay attention to such trivial matters.
The Hipps Family members were quite excited.
“That guy was too much.”
Queena cursed a few times, “I scolded him too!”
“Grandma, why did you join in?” Sylvia took off her scarf and changed into slippers.
“No one can insult our Sylvia. I’ll scold anyone who tries.” Queena took off her reading glasses and smiled at Sylvia. “Don’t you want to play Princess Sharon? I saw online that Princess Sharon has excellent medical skills!”
“Today everyone found out you’re the founder of the medical forum, so… some fans suggested that Princess Sharon has superb medical skills and that you fit the role perfectly.” Clare sat down next to Sylvia. “Since the investors are all close friends, would you consider it?”
Sylvia rubbed her forehead in frustration, “Uncle, Grandma, why are you both trying to persuade me?”
Clare couldn’t help but laugh at her rare look of distress, “Sylvia, we just think this project is worthwhile.”
“If I mess it up, I’ll lose all $9 billion.” Sylvia shook her head. “I need to rest; I have to leave for Middle Evroya tomorrow.”
She feared she couldn’t handle more discussion.
“Alright then, you’ve had a long day.” Queena quickly signaled her son not to say more. “Good night, Sylvia.”
Sylvia slept restlessly, perhaps because of discussing Princess Sharon with the Hipps Family.
She dreamed she traveled back in time and swapped marriages with Tammy. She was supposed to marry the crown prince but ended up in Tammy’s place. And the crown prince turned out to be Isaac.
How absurd!
Franklin became some war god crippled prince.
Unbelievable!
She hadn’t thought of Tammy for a long time.
In the morning, she stood in front of the bathroom mirror brushing her teeth and washing up, wondering why she dreamed of Tammy and Franklin as a prince?
It seemed everyone was obsessed with Princess Sharon lately, including herself.
She applied extra BB cream to cover her dark circles.
Feeling dizzy and unwell.
She went downstairs for breakfast and saw Franklin already seated at the table. She was momentarily confused, “When did you get here?”
So early? It felt like he stayed at the Hipps Family last night.
“Just arrived. I wanted you to sleep longer, so I didn’t wake you.” Franklin gently pulled out a chair for her. “Come have breakfast.”
Sylvia walked over listlessly and sat beside him.
He seemed more familiar with the Hipps Family than she was.
Yawning, Sylvia reached for chopsticks. Franklin’s narrow eyes scrutinized her tired appearance, “Didn’t sleep well last night?”
“Don’t mention it…” Sylvia casually recounted her bizarre dream from last night. “So unbelievable.”
Franklin’s lips curved slightly, “Maybe it was our past lives!”
“Nonsense, how could that be?” Sylvia took a bite of pickled radish. “If there were past or future lives, that would be nice.”
Franklin didn’t respond further and started eating breakfast quietly.
The Hipps Family members gradually arrived at the dining room, greeted each other, and began eating breakfast.
“Is your luggage packed?” Clare asked Sylvia. “Shall I drive you to the airport later?”
Franklin shook his head, “No need. We’ll drive ourselves.”
“Alright then. The Fire Dance Festival lasts only three days; you’ll be back soon.” Clare smiled. “I heard it’s the grandest festival in Middle Evroya.”
“They take it very seriously there; this invitation signifies friendly relations.” Franklin’s voice was magnetic. “It’s been a while since we went out; we just want to take a trip.”
“You two recently snuck out to investigate Princess Sharon,” Mollie interjected. “We were so worried.”
“Alright dear, let’s not bring that up.” Clare patted Mollie’s hand; complaining after receiving Sylvia’s gifts wouldn’t be appropriate.
Mollie immediately understood and whispered, “I didn’t mean anything by it.”
Clare affectionately patted her hair, “I know.”
“Oh dear, showing off your love so early in the morning.” Sylvia put down her chopsticks and teased them.
Franklin also put down his chopsticks, “I’m done eating too. Let’s go.”
He checked his watch, “It’s getting late.”
“Okay. I’ll go upstairs for my luggage.” Sylvia stood up but heard Franklin say, “The servants already brought it down. We can leave directly.”
Queena felt a bit worried; sending off Jenna yesterday and now Sylvia today made her reluctant even if it was just for three or four days.
“Be careful on your way! I’ve heard Middle Evroya has poor security.”
“Grandma, don’t worry; I’ll take good care of Sylvia.” Franklin held Sylvia’s hand and reassured Queena. “No need to worry.”
“Alright then.”
The couple bid farewell to the Hipps Family and got into their car.
The car slowly drove out of the Hipps Family estate towards the airport.
Meanwhile, in a hospital in the red-light district, EMPEROR lay on a bed with a cold expression. “What did you say? Sylvia and Franklin went to the airport?”
“Yes, they seem to be leaving. We don’t know their destination yet.”
