“If you listen to me then I don’t have to raise my voice like this, but you just won’t listen,” Reiner retorted as his hand tightened on my arm.

“Does this even have to do with the job? Aren’t you just jealous because you’re scared that I’ll run into Charles if I go there?” I asked as I glared up at his face.
A dark look settled on Reiner’s face, and I immediately regretted my words. I probably stepped way across the line just now and I probably also landed my foot into a landmine as well.
“Take that back right now, Natalia…” Reiner said, and his voice was dead cold.
“No. You wanted to bring him up first even when he has nothing to do with this!” I screamed back at him.
Reiner decided not to respond to my outburst with words but with actions.
