“Elder Dorian, Saul… his Souljade Token shattered…”
Talon mustered his courage to speak, then immediately knelt before the elder, not daring to look at his expression.
The elder was initially stunned, then sharply questioned, “What did you say?”
The immense pressure nearly suffocated Talon, forcing him to almost collapse to the ground.
“Elder Dorian, Saul’s Souljade Token shattered…” Talon repeated, trembling.
“Saul’s Souljade Token shattered!? How is that possible!?” Elder Dorian’s face darkened as he roared.
Though unwilling to believe it, Elder Dorian knew the servant disciple wouldn’t dare lie to him.
Elder Dorian’s powerful aura suddenly erupted, a blood-red beam shot from the tranquil courtyard towards the Souljade Palace.
“I will see who dares to kill my disciple!”
In a matter of seconds, Elder Dorian arrived at the Souljade Palace.
The disciples of the Bloodsoul Sect heard Dorian’s roar and looked towards the source of the sound.
“That’s Elder Dorian’s voice!”
“I think I heard Elder Dorian say his disciple was killed…”
“Elder Dorian must be heading to the Souljade Palace. Could it be Saul and the others…”
The disciples of Bloodsoul Sect were filled with uncertainty and fear.
Elder Dorian was known for his fiery temper within the Bloodsoul Sect.
Dorian stormed into the Souljade Palace, his eyes instantly locking onto a shattered Souljade Token on the offering table.
Dorian extended his withered hand, and the broken Souljade Token flew into his grasp.
“Saul…” Elder Dorian clutched the Souljade Token, staring intently at the name inscribed on it.
“Who killed my personal disciple!?” Dorian roared, his violent aura bursting forth.
Soon, three more figures shot towards the Souljade Palace.
In the center was a man in a dark purple robe, with sharp eyes and a stern face. This was Tyler Hopkins, the current Sect Master of Bloodsoul Sect.
To Tyler Hopkins’ right was an elderly man with a slightly plump face and white hair and beard, Peter Barker, the Grand Elder of Bloodsoul Sect.
To Tyler Hopkins’ left was an old woman holding a blood jade cane, Jade, the Third Elder of Bloodsoul Sect.
The three landed outside the Souljade Palace entrance as Elder Dorian rushed out.
“Elder Dorian, are Saul, Lawson, and Tristen truly dead?” Tyler Hopkins asked solemnly.
Upon receiving the report from the servant disciple, Tyler Hopkins immediately brought Peter Barker and Jade over.
As one of Bloodsoul Sect’s top three genius disciples, Saul was a future pillar of the sect. If Saul broke through to Spirit Saint, Bloodsoul Sect would gain another powerful figure.
Additionally, Lawson and Tristen were also highly talented core elite disciples nurtured by Bloodsoul Sect.
The loss of these three was a significant blow to Bloodsoul Sect.
For this reason, Tyler Hopkins hurried over as soon as he heard the news.
The Second Elder nodded grimly.
At that moment, an elderly man in a gray robe hurried over. This was Elder Ma, responsible for managing tasks and assessments within the sect.
“Elder Ma, you’re just in time. What task did my disciple Saul take on this time?” Dorian asked directly.
Elder Ma quickly replied, “Elder Dorian, Saul, Lawson, and Tristen took on a task together at the mission hall. The target was to hunt the Blood Python of the Plains.”
“An adult Blood Python of the Plains should be at the Demon Sect level,” Elder Ma added.
“Blood Python of the Plains?” Dorian’s eyes narrowed.
Blood Pythons of the Plains frequently appeared in the Southern Marches grasslands. This meant Saul and the others likely went there and perished there as well.
Tyler Hopkins looked puzzled. “Saul and the others are all at Spirit King level. Even if they faced a high-level Demon Sect beast, they shouldn’t have fallen. Could they have encountered a high-level Demon King beast?” Peter Barker speculated.
Although adult Blood Pythons of the Plains were generally at Demon Sect level, if they encountered a king among them, it would be much more formidable.
Dorian shook his head grimly. “Even if they met a king python, Saul could easily escape with his strength.”
“Elder Dorian, perhaps they encountered something other than a Blood Python of the Plains. It could be a stronger beast or another cultivator,” Jade guessed.
“I will go personally to investigate. I want to see who dares to kill my personal disciple!” Dorian’s face was cold and stern as he spoke harshly.
On Earth, Atraria, Seven Stars Sect.
After returning to Seven Stars Sect, Leo informed Abel that he had killed Saul and the others. He also warned Abel that strong figures from Bloodsoul Sect would soon come for revenge and advised WONDER and Atraria to prepare.
Leo then used his Dark Alliance leader token to summon all dark clan elites to Seven Stars Sect in preparation for the impending battle.
Finally, Leo went to Spirit Crocodile Cliff to meditate and recover.
Killing Saul and the others had drained Leo significantly in both spiritual power and mental strength. His body had also suffered some injuries.
However, the battle with Saul and the others had been beneficial for Leo. It not only enhanced his control over spiritual power but also deepened his understanding of spiritual cultivation.
Leo felt he was on the verge of breaking through to Spirit Saint. He just needed one more step to reach lower-level Spirit Saint.
Before the enemy arrived, Leo focused on improving his strength as much as possible.
Fortunately, with enough Spirit Stones as a foundation, Leo only needed time now.
Three days later, Abel and Fire Rose arrived at Seven Stars Sect.
Fire Rose handed Leo a small syringe filled with light blue liquid.
Seeing this syringe made Leo pause. His fate had been changed by such a syringe on that rainy night.
Fire Rose explained, “This is WONDER’s latest achievement. Injecting it can greatly enhance combat power for about two hours. Leo, Earth’s safety depends on you.”
“Can this be mass-produced?” Leo asked.
Fire Rose shook her head. “No, this single syringe took WONDER three years to develop.”
