“Nasia can’t shift so he will journey with Ruarc. You sweetie, I guess you would have to do the same,” Massa says.
After much persuasion, Ruarc finally let me come with them. I’m so excited, Sia thinks it’s stupid. I changed into better clothes, a cashmere sweater and woolly pants. I even put on some gloves.
“No, thank you. I’m a wolf and I’m going to run as one.”
Massa shook his head. “I once told you that wolves aren’t tolerated in the palace. If you go there running as one, I won’t be able to save you from death.”
I shudder. “Fine.”
I walk over to Ruarc and Sia, and Ruarc immediately shifts. I gasp in awe as I stare at his wolf.
It is ten times bigger than an average wolf, and I guess that’s a perk for Icelanders. His eyes are icy blue. There’s a white mark on his nose and I wonder why it’s there. His fur is pure black, but his paws are an icy blue.
“Stop staring and come on.”
Sia is already seated on his brother, holding a hand out for me. I took it and he pulled me up. I sit before him, my fingers sinking into Ruarc’s fur. He lets out a soft purr.
Then I look at Massa who is standing some distance away watching us with an amused smile on his face.
“What about you?”, I ask him.
“Well, I would have loved to disappear and not go through the stress of traveling but that won’t be nice on my part so I’m just going to fly.”
I blinked. “You’re kidding right?”
He doesn’t answer, just unbuttons his shirt, sliding it down his arms. My gaze runs through his washboard abs. His leather pants hung dangerously low on his lips revealing a V. I stared particularly at the light strands of hair at the beginning of the V. He caught me staring and smiled. His abs stretched as he bent and my gaze lingered on his arse. For a moment, I wondered how it would feel under my touch.
“Don’t think my brothers would like that Crinka,” he says shooting me a small smile as he takes off his shoes, standing barefoot on hard ground.
I stared at him bewildered. “How… How did you know what I was thinking?”
“I can read you like a book sweetie. You should work on your poker face more often.”
Right.
I gasp when I see ash wings poking out of his back. They are huge, the end tips touching his feet. I want to feel them.
He smirks. “They’re beautiful.”
“Just like the owner,” he says with a wink.
I roll my eyes. “So, you’re fae?”
He made a gagging sound and I wonder if they are that bad.
“Nope.”
“Then how do you…”
He takes off into the sky. The bastard. Ruarc surges forward and I grip his fur, afraid of falling. The trees are a blur around us, and I unconsciously lean into Sia, gazing up at the sky. Sia wraps his arms around my waist, pressing his front to me. I gasp when I feel his erection against my butt.
“Just feel how hard you make me Crinka,” he whispers.
“I… I didn’t know.”
Ruarc charges on with so much force, I dig my nails into Sia’s arm. I’ve never ridden on a wolf bigger than mine before.
“Well, now you do. What do you say about a quickie? Right here, right now on my brother’s back?”
My eyes widen. That would hurt Ruarc, a lot.
“You’re… You’re so bad,” I stutter.
He chuckles. “But you love me all the same.”
I suck in a sharp breath. Do I love Sia? I don’t even know. There’s Ruarc and there’s Sia. I am torn between the two. I want Ruarc, no scratch that. I need him but the bond between Sia and me won’t let me be with him in the way I want to.
And there are his wives.
Sia’s cool hand on my flat stomach jerks me back to the present.
“So, what do you say?”
“It’s not going to be right,” I mumble.
He scoffs. “Like you have ever cared about what is right.”
“I have, but how would you know?”
“Am I getting a yes or…”
I sigh. “Sia, I don’t know if you know but…”
He cuts in. “Turn around.”
“What?”
“Turn around. I want to look at you while I speak.”
I give in to his demand. I look at Sia, my eyes fixed on his face. I dare not look away afraid I’ll stare at his erection.
“So, the quickie?”, he asks wiggling his brows. I glared at him. “Even if I were to agree, which I haven’t and wouldn’t, how do you even intend to do that on your brother’s back?”
“Well, it’s very simple. I pull out my dick and take you from behind.”
Godess help me.
I shake my head. “No. Absolutely not.”
Sia looked like he wanted to speak, then his eyes widened and before I could ask him what, he pushed me down. It’s when he looms over me, my legs on either side of his legs that I realize he had saved me from hitting my head on a tree branch.
He smirks after seeing the position we’re in. He leans in and I shake my head fully aware of what he’s trying to do. I am not going to have sex with Sia on Ruarc’s back.
“Sia stop. It’s not…”
His lips met mine, shutting me up. Do I fight him? No. It’s been a long time since I’ve been intimate so yeah. He wraps his arm around my waist so I wouldn’t fall as Ruarc quickly turned. He breaks the kiss, grinning. “I knew you would like my idea.”
I roll my eyes. “I’m not doing it.”
He grips the hem of my sweater and my eyes widen when I feel it going higher. I don’t want him to…
“Sia, what are you doing?”
His darkened gaze meets mine. “Is there a reason as to why you don’t have a bra on?”
I nearly choked. Keyword nearly.
He taps his finger on my belly button, waiting for an answer. I give him one, my cheeks reddening. “I… I didn’t have any.”
He chuckles. “Not that I am complaining.”
“Then why did you…”
A moan from my own lips interrupts me. Sia’s mouth is latched on my nipple, and I love what he is doing with his tongue.
“Yeah, baby scream for me.”
“Sia, Oh God, there ahhh.”
His hair tickles my cleavage. as he sucks hungrily at my breast. Drowning in pleasure, I didn’t even realize he was cupping my sex beneath my panties until he pushed two fingers in.
“Look at you, already wet.”
His fingers move at a steady pace, and I arch my back, welcoming it.
“Harder Sia please.”
He thrusts his finger in deeper, quickening his pace, while he kisses my neck. I let out a loud moan when he kisses his mark.
“Sia Fuck!”
At this rate we’re going, we are actually going to have that quickie he suggested earlier. At least that’s what I thought until Ruarc galloped. And we all know wolves don’t gallop.
Sia buries my face in his chest and wrapped his arms tightly around me as we are sent crashing into the ground. I’m only lucky that he had covered up my lower body before the fall. I’m fine but I think I’ve got a few scratches. I scoot away from Sia, pushing my sweater down.
“What the fuck man?”, Sia yells, and I turn to see Ruarc’s wolf glaring at Sia.
“Uh, I think you were supposed to say wolf,” I say quietly.
Sia blinks as though he just remembered I was there. He scoots to me on his knees, grabbing my face gently.
“Fuck Crinka are you alright?”
I nod dully. Sia is ripped away from me and thrown roughly at a pine tree.
“STAY AWAY FROM MY MATE!” Ruarc barks.
He has shifted, eyes as dark as night as he approached a bleeding Sia. I’m bleeding too. I feel dizzy as I try to stand. I end up falling and choose to crawl instead. My sweater is getting soaked with the blood dripping from my back.
Ruarc forces Sia to his feet, fangs down. He glared at him with so much hate and my eyes widened at the talons instead of fingers.
Talons, not claws. What the hell is he?
“Ruarc I can…”
Ruarc pummels his fist in Sia’s belly. With fingers, he won’t get hurt, but with talons, it would definitely hurt. I gasp in pain, clutching my belly. This is all my fault. If I had kept my hormones in check, none of this would be happening.
“Ruarc listen…”
Another punch to his face. If I wasn’t in pain before, I am now.
I stop counting the number of punches Ruarc has given Sia as I lay in my pool of blood, awaiting death. Sia might survive this, but not me. And being an omega doesn’t help either.
“RUARC STOP!”
That voice belongs to Massa. I can hear ragged breaths. I know he has stopped because my headache has subsided.
“He was touching my mate,” Ruarc growled. “He had his fingers up her…”
“Shut up! Just shut up and look at what you’ve done.”
“I did nothing wrong.”
“Look at her. Take a look at your mate Ruarc!”
Ruarc’s face comes into view as he takes my bloody hand. A tear lands on my cheek. He’s crying again and it’s all my fault.
“Crinka..”, he trailed off.
I managed to smile. “But how? I didn’t even touch her. She was…”
Massa cuts him off. “But you touched him. they’re bonded Ruarc. Blood bonded. His pain is hers and vice versa.”
“I didn’t know. I didn’t…”
I want to reach up and wipe away his tears, but I can’t do that, not when my arms hang limply at my sides.
It even hurts to talk, but for him, I try.
“Ruarc.”
“Oh, baby I’m here,” he says, stroking my head softly.
“You… you can’t k… keep hurting people b… because t… they touched me.”
He frowns.
“Why isn’t she healing Massa?”
“They will heal together. And since Sia has been latent for quite a while, the healing process will be slow.”
“Quicken it. I want her hale and hearty before we get there Massa.”
“I don’t think I can do that Ruarc,” Massa says lowly.
“Why not? You’ve done it before, haven’t you? Quicken their healing Massa, I don’t care if you have to wake him up just do it.”
Him who?
“I can’t do that. We would get in trouble and…”
Ruarc cuts him off. “I. Don’t. Care,” he punctuated each word with a growl. “Speed it up now.”
