June and her team were seated in one of Ambrose Corporation’s meeting rooms, where they were set to present the final design of the new office project.
While they waited for Rafael, June felt her nerves twist. She wanted her husband to like this design. With every project she embarked on, she aimed for perfection but with her husband in the picture, she was reaching for the stars.
The last thing she wanted was to get this deal solely because she was his wife. Hence, when Rafael delayed to show up, her nerves twisted all over the place.
Soon enough, Rafael came into the meeting, and they all stood up to welcome him. “I am sorry for my lateness.” He said with his eyes fixated on June.
Lucy and Joel smiled awkwardly. They could wait a lifetime if it meant meeting with such a royalty-personified human! They must have done something right in their former lives to be blessed with such an opportunity!
“It’s no problem,” June said and they all had their seats.
Throughout the viewing, Rafael kept his eyes fixed on his wife. He thought of the many ways he could utilize the room and achieve a goal that seemed to be all he could think about.
To have her bent on the table, crying out in pleasure as he performed his marital duties. Suddenly the room went a few degrees hotter. Everyone wriggled in their seats with discomfort while June stood from one foot to the other.
However, the reason for their discomforts were on two extremes. While the others were scared that Rafael didn’t like the presentation, taking to account the manner he stared at June without sparing a glance at the slides presented, June who felt her husband’s eyes on her couldn’t help the wild thoughts that flooded her senses.
So much so she felt a wet patch on her centre. Her husband had that much control over her. When she finished the ordacious task of presenting the design, it took everything not to rush towards the convenience and help herself out.
She was that far gone.
“Approved.” Rafael said, shocking the panel. “I’d like to have a word with the presenter.” His eyes darkened. “Alone.”
Lucy and Joel were glad to leave the intimidating environment, and happier to know they nailed the design. Now they could proceed to the next step of things.
The room soon emptied and June and Rafael were left alone. Staring at each other, daring the other to make the first step. Rafael was bait. June watched her husband get up graciously from his seat, loosened his tie as he approached her with a predatory look.
Her knees weakened as he came close to her, and dragged her flush against him. She wanted to drown at the depth of his cologne which invaded her senses like air.
“That was beautiful.” Rafael cooed in her ears and her breath hitched when she felt his lips brush her ear. “I was hard the whole time.”
He didn’t need to tell her. She could feel it alright.
“My wife is such a genius. I can’t help but think of the many ways I could reward her.” Rafael pushed closer to her, letting her feel him closer as he slowly grind on her. “Or myself for landing such a perfect wife.”
June felt like she was running a thousand miles. She enjoyed the risque of their current display of exhibitionism but she couldn’t find the strength to push him away. If she told herself the truth, she needed this much more than he did.
And that was a lot, judging from how he attacked her the moment the coast was clear. However, much more than getting herself off, she needed to know for sure that she hadn’t performed below standard and this was not his way to avoid speaking to her on the matter.
June stepped away when Rafael’s lips were inches close to hers. It took the restraint the size of South City to pull away from the georgeous man that lived to tempt her in all the good ways.
“I need to know.” She muttered, biting her lips as she stepped aside. “I need to know that you liked the presentation. Do you have reservations? You didn’t even look at the slide.” Now her tone was accusatory.
As much as Rafael would rather be involved in a rigorous exercise that would leave them satisfied and ready to tour the world, he needed to reassure his wife. Ultimately, his wife came first. Even before his insatiable needs.
“I didn’t need to.” Rafael looked into her eyes. “I already studied the copy you sent to me before getting to this meeting. Why do you think I was late to the meeting I have looked forward to the entire month?”
June blinked. “You already knew.” She frowned. “If you already studied it then why let me go through the three hours long presentation?”
No matter how much she loved her husband, watching her squirm for three hours straight when he read the entire blueprint before hand, and could have listed the things he liked and didn’t like made her feel a certain way.
Talk about the time wasted. No wonder he was so body-present and absent-minded during her presentation. She proudly wore a pout to express her discontentment which Rafael thought was cute.
“I wanted to watch my wife in her element. Is that a crime?” He teased and she smiled, hating herself for how easily she fell for his teasing.
“So… what do you think about it?”
Rafael closed the gap between them. “I think I might abandon my office at the headquarters and plant myself in this new building you have designed. I also think we shouldn’t waste time talking when we could use our mouths for more productive exercises.”
“Like what?” June teased, their lips closer than ever.
“Would you like a demonstration?”
Rafael closed the gap between their lips and June sighed in relief. The couple let their hands rummage their bodies as their exchange grew heated as the time past. Soon enough, June was bended on the table she made her presentation, while Rafael exerted his dreams come true.
And what’s worse, She liked it. Much more than she’d admit.
Weeks passed and soon, everyone returned to their business. June was head deep into the new project as they had begun construction and April was busy, seeking out ways to destroy her sister.
One day, Evelyn decided she’s had enough of her daughter’s tyranny and decided to seek her out with a demand for her husband to be let go. She arrived the Lontoc family house, fuming and impatient.
“Where is she? Where is that curse of a girl?!” She asked, mind made up.
She was done playing nice. If April didn’t produce her husband, she was going to drag her down the pits of hell with her. Everyone would hear just how terrible of a woman she was.
She had no problem getting behind bars if it meant she could drag her down too. Despite the attempts to stop Evelyn from accessing the door, she forced her way in and stumbled upon an impressive sight.
April, seated over a strange man kissing and groping each other on the couch. The sight of them were bleach to her eyes. The worst part of it was that they were so caught up in their business that they didn’t hear her come in.
Evelyn had never felt such secondhand embarrassment in her entire fifty five years of living. “Are you not ashamed of yourself?!” She growled, causing the wild young adults to jolt apart.
“You just buried your entire family! How quick are you to jump into another man’s arms? Ethan’s body is not even decayed properly and here you are defiling yourself with this… this… nonentity!”
April didn’t feel a twinge of embarrassment. She leaned into the strange man’s face, kissing him the more, right in front of her mother. Only when she was done did she respond.
“Colton. His name is Colton.” She said with a smirk. “I planned to introduce you at a later time but since you are here, I figured it’s best we do the honours.”
“You are such a shameless whore! You dare to be so proud after getting caught sleeping with another man in your late husband’s house?! Have you no shame?!”
“I did sleep with him on our bed, and every surface in this darned house that might I add, belongs to me.” April said with a stern look on her face, “The last thing I want is to show you what happens when I get upset so I suggest you keep your mouth shut and becareful what nonsense you spew in front of my man.”
April sent an awestruck look at Colton who was happy to massage her shoulders sensationally – an attempt to ease the stress that built at the appearance of her mother.
She loved this man. Always have, always will. It was time they took over, they had waited so long for this moment. April was glad to break the news to her mother,
“Before you rudely interrupted me, I was introducing the beautiful man before you.” She smiled, “Evelyn, meet Colton, your boss and the new CEO of Rivera stores.”
