Ava’s POV
“I have countless scrapes and blotches on my body. Thanks to my new parents, who are Oliver’s parents, some scars faded on my arms due to the therapy I was given, but those on my back can never fade due to the deep cuts,” I said. “Mr. David enjoyed torturing me before urging himself on me. He said my screams and pains enhanced more pleasure for him. I abhor the touch of a man, but I don’t know why yours are different.”
My past wasn’t a good one.
“Mr. David was assaulting me on such a fateful day when I heard a gunshot that went straight through his head. He stifled and fell dead on me. I screamed when I saw blood gushing out of his head. There was blood everywhere. It was the first time I saw so much blood and a dead body, and his assailant was none other than Mr. Drake, my former master. He killed him because he was never pleased selling me to him. He was forced to sell me. He took me back, and that’s when my real misery began. He was furious when he assaulted me and discovered I was no longer a pure lady. Every night, he offered me to his guards and auctioned me off to his client, until I finally fled. I met Oliver’s parents, who adopted me, loved me, and cared for me.”
“I’m afraid he’ll hurt the two of you. Not only that, but I’m afraid he’ll kill you like he did Mr. David. He’s still out there looking for me,” I sobbed, my shoulder shuddering, as they both tried to calm me down.
“I know you’re going to break up with me. I’m sorry, I’m not a decent girl, and I am not entitled to be your girlfriend. I am not worthy of you.”
“Sshh, shhh. It’s okay, honey. It was never your fault. Everything that happened to you was your father’s fault. None of them is your fault. We are proud of you for fighting hard and not giving up until the end. We love you. We love your soul, not your torso. Nothing on this planet can make us stop loving you. We love you,” Aiden and Ethan declared.
I never expected to hear such words from them. I thought they were going to despise me, but they never did. They loved my soul, not my body.

Ethan and Aiden’s POV
We were sad and our blood simmered when we learned more about our mate’s yore.
Our Lycan wolves howled in grip and horror knowing about what she told us. I feel like seeing those bastards that hurt our mate. I don’t care whether he is Ava’s father or not, they must pay for what they owed her. They were cruel and they both deserve a painful and slow death.
We were happy when we learned she never submitted to them until the end. She had a sweet soul. How did those bastards have the heart to hurt and crush her?
I doubt that bastard was our mate’s father. How could a father treat his child like that? Our Imperial father was always strict with us, but he never treated us badly.
She despised the touch of a man. We were happy she never abhors us. We vowed to protect her from any evil beings, including our father. She said Mr. Drake is the evil of all evil. I guess not because we still don’t know what our father will do when he gets to know her.
Our father was the devil himself. The greatest of all evil. We would never let her go through the hell she once went through. We couldn’t afford to lose our mate, so we must drill hard for the forthcoming fight between us and our father.
She was worried that an evil being would kill us. Could he? He was just a weak human. Just a little snap of his head and he would tumble dead, but we wouldn’t do that.
We would make him visit the netherworld, but not so soon. We would make sure he would go through what our mate passed through even millions of eternities, and her father wasn’t left out. We must teach him a vicious lesson before we make him visit the netherworld king so that in his next life, he would know how to treasure his daughter.
She wanted to build our relationship on trust. What about us? I think we should tell her about us not being human, but supreme beings.

Ethan’s POV
“Don’t you dare, Ethan! Do you want to scare her even more now? She will never accept us. Are you not scared she will run away if she finds out about us? If you are not scared, well, I am,” Aiden roared through the mind link.
“But, brother, we should tell her. We can’t keep this a secret forever. We will take over the throne soon, and she is our mate, and her fate is to be our queen and mother to all the Lycans. She shall rule beside us. She will never forgive us if she has to find out for herself,” I said.
“Find out? How? How can she find out about us if you do not tell her anything? Tell me,” Aiden blurted.
“She will. I know she will because we are not the only supreme beings in our school. Remember when we smelled the disgusting scent of vampires? If she finds out about the vampires, it won’t take long before she finds out about us. I’m warning you, brother,” I warned him.
“Don’t you dare order me around,” his Lycan growled at me.
“How dare you, Aiden? How dare your Lycan howl at me? Calling you brother is out of respect. We are twins. We are the same age, dude. Give me the respect I deserve,” I roared back.
“End of this discussion. But I’m warning you, Ethan. Don’t ever say a word to her, or you won’t like the outcome. I know you won’t dare cross me,” he warned before cutting off the mind link.
