Chapter 36

Book:The Lycan Twins’ Abused Mate Published:2024-12-8

Miller’s POV
“Mia, please listen to me and listen to yourself. What will the pack elders say about Aiden choosing a human as his queen? She is a human, a weak one who is not entitled to rule with Aiden, my son. I am not saying Aiden should not accept her as his woman. He can accept her as his mistress, but to accept her as the Lycan queen, it’s impossible. Over my dead body.”
“Enough, Miller! Enough! I don’t know what your problem is. What exactly do you want? I’m correcting you just now about your manners, but you are still doing the same thing over and over again. When will you start listening to my advice as your mate? What the hell is wrong with you, huh? Don’t make me go mad at you. All I want is my son’s happiness, and I would not sit and watch you divert happiness away from my son. Go please, let me be,” she answered me back. I angrily left her.

Lycan Queen’s POV
I didn’t know what was wrong with Miller. Why is he behaving stubbornly all the time? Why won’t he listen to others? Why won’t he listen to me as well? He claims all the time that he loves me, yet he never listened to me. I hate him.
Firstly, Isabella. Now he is targeting my twins as well. I will never sit down and watch him divert my son’s happiness away from him.
The first time I met him, he wanted to kill me as well. Just because I am a wolf. A wolf he thinks of as a sassy weak she-wolf that does not fit to be crowned as the Lycan queen, I think a Lycan wolf that refuses to kill me. That makes him imprison me inside the castle.
Flashback to the Lycan King Miller and Lycan Queen Mia’s love story.
I went out one evening to go for a run since my wolf kept pestering me for a run. I felt my body move and shift as my wolf took over. We ran and we played in the forest. Suddenly, I heard a very dangerous animalistic feral growl on my back. It sent down some cold chills in my body. I turned back slowly to meet a black gigantic Lycan wolf. I inhaled the air thinking it was a rogue and ready for some fight, but I sniffed something different. It was a scent, an exquisite scent that only belongs to no other Lycan, than my unwanted mate. So I took off. I ran, twisting the branches as I pounded through the forest, pumping my claws as fast as they could go, which was pretty fast in my wolf form, as I thought I could outrun an alpha since he was more massive than me and I could squeeze through all the small spaces that I could.
“Stop!” he screeched. “You are mine.” he roared. His deep Lycan wolf voice whistled throughout the dark forest. Hearing what he said, I pushed my four claws faster.
“Mate,” he dubbed. “You can’t hide from me,” he sounded closer.
I never looked back as I keep running as fast as I can.
“Damn it, he’s getting closer to me.”
“I order you to stop!” he shouted in my head. So powerful, but he wasn’t my alpha. His command did not affect me. I gave my wolf a yap as I whisked up. So close. So close to my brother’s territory, I thought.
Suddenly, he scurries past me tugging me down. I tried to stand up but an angry savage growl halted me as he looked down at me doing nothing as he just glared at me.
Finally, I got up on my four paws and gazed back at the alpha, with my eyes filled with hatred. Pure hatred.
“Don’t run away from me,” he mumbled.
“And who are you to tell me what to do and not to do?” I snapped at him.
“I am your mate and your king,” he smirked.
“You were never my mate nor my king,” I shot back.
“I will be your king, as soon as I mark and mate with you,” he said. My eyes widened, and I bared my teeth at him.
I will never allow him to mark or mate with me. I want to run. Away from him again but I realized how weak I am as I passed out.
I flinched out of the bed, as I opened my eyes in my human form. My heart rate rose as realization hit me when I woke up in an unfamiliar place.
I was on a bed. The house is beautifully colored in white and the bed cover is also made of white color. The bed is big and comfortable. As I sniffed the sheet, it smelled like chocolate and strawberries, an alluring smell that made me drool. I began to panic as I realized that I was on his bed, my unwanted spouse. I looked down at my figure, and I realized that I have been spruced up.
“You’re awake,” a cold, husky voice said behind me.
I froze, and I slowly turned my head around, and there in front of me was my mate. He had silver hair and his electrifying ocean-blue eyes burned into mine. The shirt he had on showed his well-built muscle figure. He had a prominent cheekbone. He is too beautiful to be real.
“What is your name?” he asked as I stayed mute. “What is your name?” he asked again, feeling impatient.
“Mia Divas Blake,” I answered back.
“My name is Miller Reid Jones,” he introduced his name.
“I never asked for your name,” I said as he howled lowly at me.
“You have to show me some respect,” he growled.
“Or what?” I asked as I walked closer and poke him in his chest. “I am never going to accept you,” I told him.
I am pissed. Not only did I find my so-called mate, but he is also the ruthless man whore of alpha. I can sniff the scent of his whore all over his body.
“I, Mia Divas Blake, reject alpha King Miller Reid Jones as my mate. Alpha and my king,” I announced.
The next thing I know, he already slapped me on my face. It hurt and stung so hard. I cannot believe he can hurt me.
“How dare you slap me!” My blood boils.
“How dare you reject me!” he snapped back at me.
“I will never acknowledge you,” I whispered back.
“I will never love someone who hurts me and I have someone I love. I have a life and my boyfriend,” I shouted angrily at him
.
He gave out a creepy laugh at my face, forcing me with his hand and gripping me firmly on my face.
“Who gave you the right to reject me? Do you think you can reject me? A sassy, weak little she-wolf who does not know what is good for her,” he smirked and continued. “I never want you to acknowledge me. Who do you think you are? I never wanted a weak she-wolf like you as a mate and queen,” he spat. “Do you really think you deserve to seat beside me as my queen?”
“Then let me go,” I begged him.
“You are not going anywhere. I will keep you locked up in the room without you contacting anyone,” he announced, a smug smile plastered on his face.
“Be a good mate for my Lycan. I am only keeping you here because of him. You should be glad I did not kill you.”
I was stunned. My mate wanted to kill me.
“You can’t make me stay,” I said. “I want to break our bond. I don’t want to be your mate. I never even wanted a mate in the first place since I have my loved one.”
He never listened to me; he walked out of the room and locked it up.
