Thursday morning
Yawning as she slid her arms from the covers and raised them over her head, Alex turned over on her side and forced her body to stretch even more. Relaxing a few seconds later, she thought about the photoshoot and talking with Bryce, Wade, and Toni last night, then remembered the teasing that Bryce had left her with.

Toni started brushing her teeth but then continued to talk. “He seems to be, you know?”

For Alex, school was as normal as it always was. During the class she had with Toni, she was focusing on taking notes when she saw her twin reach over into her backpack and take out her phone.
“What do you want with my phone?” she whispered, looking at her as she put in the passcode and started clicking.
“You’re off work this afternoon, right?”

“Me too,” she replied, as if that explained everything.
Rolling her eyes, Alex shook her head and turned to listen to the professor. After a few minutes, she looked back over at Toni, who smirked and tossed the phone into her backpack. Sighing, she reached over and grabbed it, seeing the mischievous look on her twin’s face and wondering what she’d done.
Checking her messages, she saw that some had been sent to Bryce. Inwardly groaning, she clicked on his name and prepared herself to find something embarrassing. Surprisingly though, she’d just had a normal conversation with him, ending it by inviting Bryce to come and hang out with the two of them that afternoon.
Tossing it back in her bag she offered her sister a grin, then focused on taking notes.
After her classes were done, the two headed home.
“What are you planning?” she asked, stepping into her twin’s room after she’d gotten settled.

“I’m Alex,” Alex said with a laugh, his gaze moving over to her. “Maybe,” she added, turning back as she led the three toward Toni’s room.
“I’m going to have to figure out a way to tell you two apart, that’s for damn sure,” he said.
Toni slid in front of the two, then led them into her room. “Sorry to say that we’re identical, handsome. Make yourself at home.”
He chuckled and sat in Toni’s computer chair while the twins relaxed on the bed. “How does Wade do it then?”
