Alpha Arthur;
Elara rushes toward her Father who is lying still on the floor. Tears fill her eyes as she wraps her arms around him, pleading for him to wake up.
I hate seeing her this way. It hurts me whenever there are tears in Elara’s eyes. And I understand why she is weeping for him. He’s her only blood related family, and with how shocked he is, he has no idea about his wife and daughter’s crimes. He has been living in the dark.
It’s funny how even in my moments of rage, I still care so much about Elara’s feelings. She is always, and will always be my priority.
Turning to take a look at this woman. The monster who took the life of my Mother and Aunt, the rage in me grows like hell. She crossed her boundaries. She dares to kill a Luna, and a royalty.
Fucking shit!!!
I don’t know. I don’t know what to do or how to react. I’m still in fucking shock. All these years, I thought my Mother died a natural death even though her death seemed off. Don’t know she was…. She was murdered. The same as my Aunt. I’ve been waiting for her to return someday to me… but. But she’s gone also.
This woman also killed Elara’s mother who was very peaceful, accusing an innocent nanny. Gosh.
But why was Leona’s Mother involved in this? What reason does she have to kill Mother? Oh, Goddess, please help me cause my head is about to fucking explode.
“Ralph,” I call out, and he rushes forward. I hand over my sword to him, “Cut off her head.” If there is something I hate so much is laying a finger on any woman. Ralph just has to do the job.
“Please, Alpha,” Chloe rushes forward, falling to her knees before me. Her hands clasped in a desperate plea. “Please spare my Mother’s life. You can banish us from the pack, Alpha, but please don’t take my Mother’s life,” it’s her stinking audacity for me.
The fact she thinks I will banish them. That’s like giving them the freedom to carry out their evil acts outside the pack. She sure doesn’t know what’s coming for her.
Without taking a glance at her, “Ralph, now.” I give the order, and Ralph cuts off the head of the evil woman. My lips drag in a smile as the painful scream of Chloe echoes in the courtroom.
I can’t help but laugh harder. I love it. The fact that I made her experience the death of her mother in a gruesome way is interesting. If she lives to see the next day, she will never forget this day.
“Take Chloe out of my sight and lock her up. The one who holds more grudge against her will soon be here. As for the man, take him to the hospital, and make sure he’s properly taken care of,” and with that, I storm out of the courtroom.
This is enough madness for the day.
Entering my living room, I notice the presence of some men. With their outfits and looks, I can tell they are from the RedMoon pack. They all bow their heads as I walk right to the living room.
“Greetings, Alpha Arthur. Alpha Drakon is here to see you,” Alpha Drakon’s Gamma utters.
“And where is he?” My eyes dart through everywhere.
“Over here,” I hear his voice from the side. Snapping my head in the direction of his voice, my eyes find him. He was seated in one of the dining chairs, eating an apple.
“When did you arrive? This was fast ’cause I called you not quite long.”
“I never left your pack, Alpha Arthur. I didn’t get to carry out justice for my sister the way I wanted it. I was waiting for the return of that stupid Delta wolf before your good news came in,” disposing of the apple on a plate and raising to his feet. “Where is the bitch who killed my sister?” His eyes narrowed as he stared right at me.
“You can pick her up in my dungeon.”
Forcing a fucking fake smile on his face, “Thank you for your kindness, Alpha Arthur.” He makes to leave but I call back his attention.
“One more thing, Alpha Drakon. I need a favor from you.”
Spreading his hands and wiggling his fingers, “Tell me whatever you desire. I will grant it to you.”
“I want you to help me capture Leona and her parents. Bring them to me. They’ve committed a great sin before me, and I can’t make them pay because they have the protection of the Lycans. You’re the only Alpha who has a say when it comes to the Lycans.”
“Granted, Alpha Arthur. Expect it soon,” he bows his head in salute and storms away. His men follow behind him.
I’m grateful things are playing out this way, and at the right time. Never believed I would ever need the help of Alpha Drakon, or that we could be useful to ourselves. But the Goddess always has her special plans.
Alpha Drakon is the only Alpha who does business with the Lycans and he has a connection with them. Something like a family tie that ever until this day, no one knows how it is created.
I start for my bedroom, getting in and gently closing the door. The blood stains on my body are already drying into my skin. I have to watch them off. I take off my bloody clothes, trashing them in the trash bin before stepping into my bathroom.
Having a very cold bath, I notice the door of the bathroom pushes open. Elara strolls in. She holds this excitement on her face and I can’t tell why. Her father has just collapsed and she’s happy? Woohoo!!
“Sorry, Alpha Arthur. I will just wait for you in the bedroom,” her eyes are solely fixed on my shaft. I still have a little hardness from playing with her in the courtroom.
“You don’t need to be sorry, Elara,” I turn off the running water and slowly amble toward her. “You look excited. What’s going on with you?” Standing right in front of her, and looking over her.
“I just want to say thank you, Alpha Arthur. Thank you for helping my mother get justice and my innocent nanny will finally be free. Thank you for making Chloe pay for everything she did to me. Thank you for requesting that my father be taken to a hospital, not a prison. Thank you for bringing a smile back into my life, Alpha Arthur. Than..”
“Hey, Elara, enough. You will take the whole of the day saying thank you for things you deserve. If there is someone truly grateful, then that should be me. You came back into my life after many years.”
“What do you mean, Alpha Arthur? This is the second time hearing you say this to me.”
“You don’t know?” I move closer to her. “You’re the young girl I fell in love with when I was still a boy. Your late Mother always brought you to that quiet garden when you were still a little girl. I was that strange boy who always came to play around with you.”
Her hands fly to her mouth, cupping it. Her eyes open in shock.
“I thought I lost you, Elara. But I’m glad you’re here with me,” pulling my face closer to hers. “But this is not the best time for this discussion, we have unfinished business,” I take her hands away from her mouth, placing my lips on her lips.
