“Miss Shaw, don’t!” many people shouted.
“Mr. Billy, this time it was our Savage Clan’s fault. Please, Mr. Billy, be magnanimous and spare the young lady and our clan members,” Jodie pleaded.
“You don’t want revenge because you’re incapable!” Billy continued to look at Erin Shaw.
“I’ll take the Heaven Book as compensation. If you want revenge or to reclaim the Heaven Book, feel free to come find me anytime!”
“Thank you, Mr. Billy!” Erin Shaw took a deep breath and bowed.
A quarter of an hour later, led by Erin Shaw and Jodie, Billy reached the exit.
“Once again, I apologize to Mr. Billy!” Erin Shaw said.
“Farewell!” Billy replied before flying away.
This trip to the Savage Clan was quite fruitful!
Not only did he obtain a volume of the Heaven Book, but he also seized the soul of a Mystic Kun Realm expert!
After leaving the Savage Clan, Billy sat cross-legged on White Feather’s back and began refining the soul of the Blood-Soaked Evil God.
With his current cultivation and bloodline power, refining such a soul was no longer difficult.
The process lasted nearly two to three hours, and a powerful aura erupted from Billy, overwhelming everything around him.
White Feather shivered involuntarily and stopped, then asked in surprise, “Billy, did you break through to the seventh-rank Condensed Kun Realm?”
“Yes!” Billy smiled after adjusting his breath slightly.
As White Feather had said, with the help of the Blood-Soaked Evil God’s soul, he had indeed broken through three small levels at once!
The Blood-Soaked Evil God’s soul was intact and complete, making it an excellent supplement.
Now, by activating his bloodline power, his cultivation could reach the half-step Controlled Kun Realm.
“That’s great!” White Feather replied joyfully.
After a brief pause, he asked, “Billy, where to now? Back to Endless City?”
“Yes,” Billy nodded. “Let’s go back and check on Miss Sanaa and Harleen.”
“Okay!” White Feather responded before flapping his wings and flying away.
Billy then took out Victor Shaw’s volume of the Heaven Book. After dripping blood on it, relevant information appeared.
Billy roughly interpreted it. As Greta had said, this volume of the Heaven Book was one of those lost by the Azure Clan and was the key to the third layer of The Tower of Heaven Book.
Billy’s soul then left his body and entered the third layer of The Tower of Heaven Book.
The scene inside was similar to the second layer, with towering bookshelves filled with numerous books as far as the eye could see.
Out of curiosity, Billy picked up a few books and glanced at them but found them full of talismans that he couldn’t understand!
After walking a bit further inside, Billy’s eyes lit up.
Like the second layer, there was an open space not far ahead with fist-sized characters floating in mid-air.
The only difference was that these characters were no longer invisible; they could be seen clearly with open eyes.
Billy stood still and observed carefully.
Soon, he noticed something unusual!
All characters disappeared upon entering a specific area.
Over time, Billy observed that the characters didn’t disappear but were instantly transferred to another area hundreds of meters away.
The term “transfer” seemed inappropriate because Billy couldn’t see how the characters moved.
It was like a magic trick; they vanished from one spot and reappeared in another.
After about ten hours, Billy had a basic understanding of this third layer’s mystic art.
Translocation Art!
Of course, this referred to spatial translocation rather than temporal!
The most appropriate term would be Spatial Translocation Art! Similar to directly tearing through space!
However, Billy didn’t know how far this translocation could reach; it required time to comprehend.
After staying in the book tower for a few more hours without new insights, Billy left the tower.
“Billy, someone seems to be coming!” White Feather said as soon as Billy’s soul returned to his body.
Before White Feather finished speaking, a crack appeared in the void not far ahead, and an old man in a black robe emerged.
Being able to tear through space regardless of distance indicated at least a Mystic Kun Realm level!
Billy symbolically probed the old man’s cultivation and found no fluctuations in his aura.
“Are you Mr. Billy?” the old man asked as he approached.
“I am,” Billy replied. “Who are you?”
“Tommy George from Grand Hall,” the old man responded.
“Grand Hall?” Billy was puzzled. “A force from the eighth-tier star domain?”
“Mr. Billy hasn’t heard of Grand Hall?” Tommy George’s mouth twitched slightly.
“No,” Billy shook his head. “Is it famous?”
He genuinely hadn’t heard of it!
However, having a Mystic Kun Realm expert indicated it wasn’t an ordinary force; it was likely an ancient sect.
“Few in the eighth-tier star domain haven’t heard of Grand Hall!” Tommy George replied.
“Then I must be ignorant!” Billy smiled faintly. “What do you want?”
“I’m here to deliver an invitation to Mr. Billy!” Tommy George said while taking out a card-sized item from his storage ring and sending it to Billy with a wave.
It was semi-transparent with faint watermarks of ‘Grand Hall.’
“And this is?” Billy asked while examining it.
“In two months, Grand Hall will host a summit in Prime City with the theme ‘Together Against Heaven’s Scourge!’ This invitation card is your pass!” Tommy George explained.
“Together Against Heaven’s Scourge? Interesting!” Billy smiled faintly. “Did you invite all forces from the eighth-tier star domain?”
“Mr. Billy, you’re kidding!” Tommy George also smiled. “Victory does not depend on the number of people!”
After a brief pause, he added, “We invited five forces in total, all top-tier forces from the eighth-tier star domain!”
“I see,” Billy responded with a smile. “Where is Prime City?”
“Mr. Billy might not be familiar with the eighth-tier star domain,” Tommy George said.
“Prime City is the central city of the eighth-tier star domain and its largest city, at least ten times the size of Endless City!”
“That big?” Billy was surprised.
Endless City was already large!
Ten times its size seemed exaggerated!
“You’ll see when you get there,” Tommy George nodded.
“How far is it from here?” Billy continued to ask.
“Using conventional methods like starships and teleportation channels, it would take about two months,” Tommy George replied.
“If Mr. Billy wants to arrive faster, I can take you there in about ten days.”
“That fast?” Billy was slightly surprised.
Although he knew tearing through space saved time, he didn’t expect it to be this fast.
He eagerly anticipated how fast he could be once he mastered the third layer’s mystic art!
“You flatter me; this is still relatively slow. At full speed, it would only take a few days!” Tommy George said.
“Amazing!” Billy couldn’t help but reply before asking again, “Do I have to go? What if I don’t?”
“I suggest you attend,” Tommy George replied.
“Otherwise, some people might be displeased, putting Mr. Billy under great pressure!”
“Really?” Billy’s eyes narrowed slightly. “Tell them I’ll definitely go!”
