In the next moment, before Brandon Shaw could fully form his attack, Fairy casually flicked her wrist, and her long sword flashed with a cold light.
It was an ordinary strike, so ordinary that it didn’t even tear through the void!
However, what made Brandon Shaw despair was that although he sensed the sword light and reacted, it still passed through him as if he were not there.
The most despairing part was that after the strike, not only did his physical body perish, but even his soul was not spared.
His spirit was utterly annihilated!
At the moment of his death, he finally understood the gap between himself and his opponent!
Such a powerful being was not someone he could provoke!
He couldn’t comprehend how such a strong person could exist in such a desolate place!
The Savage Demon Realm was in grave danger!
Time passed quickly, and in the blink of an eye, seven or eight days had gone by.
“Let’s try!”
On this day, Billy, inside The Tower of Heaven Book, narrowed his eyes slightly and muttered to himself.
Then, he raised his hand to form a seal and sent it out, causing the surrounding text to disappear again.
Next, Billy closed his eyes to sense the surrounding text.
Unlike before, this time he clearly felt it. He could easily discern the trajectory of the text and avoid it.
“It worked!” Billy opened his eyes after a while and couldn’t help but say.
He could sense the text, which meant he had grasped the true essence of the Invisibility Technique!
After staying inside for another hour, Billy’s soul left the book tower and returned to the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space.
“Billy, how is it? Did you comprehend the Invisibility Technique?” White Feather asked Billy.
“I think so!” Billy smiled.
“Really?” White Feather’s eyes lit up.
“Let me try!” Billy smiled again.
As soon as he finished speaking, a strong aura emanated from him.
The next moment, he began chanting softly, then his eyes narrowed slightly as a powerful mental force swept out, enveloping him completely.
Soon after, numerous talismans appeared around him, faintly visible, covering him entirely.
The whole process lasted about tens of seconds before Billy vanished like magic in front of White Feather.
She then released her mental power to probe around but found no trace of him.
He had truly become invisible!
“Billy, it worked! It really worked!” White Feather exclaimed excitedly.
After a brief pause, she continued, “Billy, can you hear me?”
“Yes!” Billy’s voice came from several hundred meters away from White Feather.
As soon as he finished speaking, a figure appeared in front of White Feather-it was Billy.
“Billy, this Heaven Book is truly amazing. I didn’t expect it to actually make you invisible!” White Feather said excitedly.
“Yes!” A hint of joy appeared on Billy’s face as well.
“Billy, with your current cultivation level, how long can you stay invisible?” White Feather asked.
“I haven’t tested it yet, so I’m not sure!” Billy replied. “But I estimate not for long!”
“Just now, I could clearly feel my mental power depleting rapidly. It won’t be long before it’s exhausted.”
“Yes!” White Feather nodded. “Your cultivation level is too low right now. Once you advance a few more major realms, this Invisibility Technique will be much more effective!”
“And even now, it can still be quite helpful!”
“Yes!” Billy nodded with a smile.
As White Feather said, even now, it was quite helpful!
After a brief pause, Billy continued, “Have there been any movements outside these past few days?”
“On the third day after you entered the book tower, a late-stage Controlled Kun Realm expert’s mental power scanned this hall. They were likely looking for you,” White Feather responded.
“There was no movement for a few days in between. Just yesterday, that mental power scanned again.”
“Other than that, nothing unusual!”
“Let’s go take a look!” Billy said before leaving the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space and returning to the palace. He then retrieved the Nine Dragons Cauldron into his body and went to the first-floor hall.
As soon as he arrived on the first floor, he felt a powerful mental force scanning the entire palace. It was clearly the same mental power White Feather mentioned earlier.
Soon after, a figure landed outside the palace gate and quickly walked inside.
The visitor was none other than Jodie, the old woman who had been following Erin Shaw a few days ago.
“Mr. Billy, you’re back!” The old woman spoke as she approached.
She was puzzled about where Billy had been these past few days. The city was so small that she had almost searched everywhere but couldn’t find him.
She thought Billy had secretly left but was speechless to see him appear today.
“What’s the matter?” Billy didn’t respond to her greeting.
“Miss Erin would like to invite you over for a discussion. Are you available?” The old woman asked.
“Lead the way,” Billy said calmly.
“Mr. Billy, please!” The old woman gestured respectfully.
A quarter of an hour later, they walked into a grand hall in the center of the city.
“Thank you for coming, Mr. Billy!”
Seeing Billy, Erin Shaw approached. Her face showed more seriousness than a few days ago.
Behind her were four elderly men and women. Billy roughly assessed their cultivation levels and narrowed his eyes slightly.
All four were late-stage Controlled Kun Realm experts; two were eighth-rank Controlled Kun Realm and the other two were seventh-rank!
“What do you need?” Billy asked.
“I do have a request,” Erin Shaw replied.
“What is it?” Billy said calmly. “It’s not about the Nine Dragons Cauldron again, is it?”
“Of course not. I know my limits. Even if I had the Nine Dragons Cauldron, I couldn’t use it,” Erin Shaw said.
“Then what is it?” Billy asked.
“To be honest, Savage Demon Realm is about to face a crisis,” Erin Shaw continued.
“What do you mean?” Billy was puzzled.
“An old enemy from ten thousand years ago has reappeared recently,” Erin Shaw took a deep breath and said.
“He has declared that he wants to settle old scores with Savage Demon Realm!”
“You can’t defeat him?” Billy asked.
“No,” Erin Shaw nodded. “From what we know, one of them has broken through to the true Mystic Kun Realm!”
“And here in Savage Demon Realm, our strongest fighter is my father. But he is only a False Mystic Kun Realm and can’t match them.”
“Aren’t you overestimating me?” Billy smiled faintly. “If you can’t handle them, do you think I can?”
Hearing her words gave him a basic understanding of Savage Demon Realm’s strength.
It was slightly weaker than he expected; he thought there would be true Mystic Kun Realm experts here.
“It would indeed be difficult only with your help,” Erin Shaw took another deep breath and continued. “So we want to ask if you could request that white-clad lady for help?”
“The white-clad lady?” Billy was puzzled for a moment.
“The expert who is with your wife and others!” Erin Shaw replied.
“Miss Fairy?” Billy paused before continuing. “How do you know she can help you? Maybe she’s not their match either!”
“You’re joking!” Erin Shaw said once more. “There are probably very few people in the entire eighth-tier star domain who are her match!”
“Is that so?” Billy’s eyes narrowed slightly.
“So you’re saying you’ve sent people to find her again in these past few days?”
