Meanwhile, in an unknown star domain, White Feather was carrying Billy on their journey.
At that moment, a temporary teleportation channel suddenly appeared in the distant sky, and an overwhelming aura swept out from it.
White Feather instinctively slowed down and said, “Billy, be careful, the visitor is not friendly!”
“Got it!” Billy nodded in response. “White Feather, you go into the Nine Dragons Cauldron Space first!”
Although he hadn’t seen the person yet, he could guess from the aura that it was definitely a late-stage Controlled Kun Realm expert.
“Alright!” White Feather said and then disappeared into Billy’s body.
Soon, two men, one middle-aged and one old, emerged from the teleportation channel.
Billy released his spiritual power to probe their cultivation levels but found no fluctuations. This meant that both of them were at least seventh-rank Controlled Kun Realm or higher.
“Are you Billy?” The middle-aged man asked as they approached.
“People from the Savage Demon Realm?” Billy asked.
So far, the only enemies in the eighth-tier star domain capable of sending such experts were from the Savage Demon Realm.
“Did you kill Evan Shaw and David Shaw?” The middle-aged man named Brandon Shaw confirmed Billy’s words.
“Are you here for revenge or for the Nine Dragons Cauldron and Heaven Book?” Billy countered.
“Both!” Brandon Shaw replied.
“Greed can be troublesome,” Billy said.
“I’m not afraid of trouble,” Brandon Shaw responded.
“Alright then,” Billy shrugged.
“Will you surrender or suffer some pain first?” Brandon Shaw asked.
“So, you’re not planning to kill me here?” Billy questioned.
“If you give up struggling and come with me, you can live,” Brandon Shaw said. “By the way, I should remind you that I am a ninth-rank Controlled Kun Realm cultivator, so think carefully.”
“That strong?” Billy said. He had already guessed that the opponent was a late-stage Controlled Kun Realm expert. He just couldn’t understand why they wanted to take him away instead of killing him directly.
“I can also tell you that with my strength, I’m not even in the top three in the Savage Demon Realm,” Brandon Shaw added.
“So, there are Mystic Kun Realm experts in the Savage Demon Realm?” Billy’s eyes narrowed slightly. The Savage Demon Realm’s strength exceeded his expectations!
He also thought of the Azure Clan. He had thought Greta was the strongest in the Azure Clan. Now it seemed that wasn’t the case!
If the Azure Clan only had that level of strength, Greta wouldn’t have let her clan members leave that space.
“You can guess,” Brandon Shaw responded.
“Are you planning to take me to the Savage Demon Realm headquarters?” Billy asked.
“If you don’t go, you’ll die,” Brandon Shaw said.
“Then let’s go,” Billy replied.
“You agreed?” Brandon Shaw’s eyebrows furrowed slightly. He didn’t expect Billy to agree so readily! From what he knew, Billy wasn’t someone who would easily give in. Something unusual must be going on!
“I don’t want to go either, but I can’t beat you. Do I have another choice?” Billy shrugged. Agreeing to go with them had its purpose. If he truly didn’t want to go, with all his cards on the table, his opponent might not be able to defeat him!
However, he was thinking about the Heaven Book in the Savage Demon Realm. He was just wondering how to get to their headquarters; then he got a chance to be there. It was perfect! As for whether he could get out once he was there, that was a problem for later. There would always be a way out when the time came.
“You better not play any tricks, or you’ll regret it!” Brandon Shaw stared at Billy.
“I’m just a little lamb in the Condensed Kun Realm entering your tiger’s den. What tricks could I play?” Billy responded.
“Let’s go!” Brandon Shaw pointed to the teleportation channel after giving Billy another look.
“Alright!” Billy flew forward.
After an unknown amount of time, the three of them emerged from the teleportation channel.
Billy looked around. It was an unknown star domain with nothing but endless starry skies.
Next, Brandon Shaw flipped his wrist, and a pitch-black broadsword appeared in his hand. He slashed forward, creating a crack thousands of meters long in the void, from which dark matter began to spread out.
“Let’s go!”
Brandon Shaw walked into the crack in the void, followed by Billy and the old man.
Billy hadn’t expected Brandon Shaw to have the power to tear through space. However, he estimated that they weren’t too far from their destination; otherwise, even with Brandon Shaw’s cultivation level, he wouldn’t be able to manage it!
As Billy had guessed, after flying for less than a quarter of an hour through the void, they arrived at another star domain.
The three continued flying for about ten thousand miles. Billy noticed a barren mountain floating in mid-air ahead.
It was called a barren mountain because apart from some ground cover plants, there were no large trees on the entire mountain range. The rocks were jagged and pitch-black, with no birds in sight, making the environment seem very eerie.
“Let’s land!” Brandon Shaw said after a while and descended onto the barren land.
“This is your Savage Demon Realm headquarters?” Billy asked as he landed. “Don’t you find it oppressive?”
“Follow me,” Brandon Shaw didn’t directly answer Billy’s question. He led Billy forward with the old man following closely behind.
“Hmm?”
After walking for about a quarter of an hour through a canyon-like crevice, Billy’s eyes narrowed slightly at what lay before him.
A small city covering about four or five million square meters appeared before him. It was filled with orderly palaces, lush trees, birds singing, flowers blooming, and abundant spiritual energy.
The streets and alleys were bustling with people, making it very lively. If he hadn’t seen it with his own eyes, he would have found it hard to believe such a place existed here.
“Interesting,” Billy couldn’t help but say.
Soon, Brandon Shaw and the old man led him into one of the palace halls.
“And now?” Billy asked as he sat down on a chair.
“Wait,” Brandon Shaw said and then sent a message using a sound transmission stone.
About ten minutes later, footsteps echoed as two women, one young and one old, walked in leisurely.
The young woman appeared to be around Billy’s age with delicate features, a graceful figure, noble temperament, and a faint smile on her face. The old woman behind her wore a gray robe with a serious expression and no emotion on her face.
Billy probed their cultivation levels; the young woman was seventh-rank Controlled Kun Realm while the old woman had no aura fluctuations, indicating she was late-stage Controlled Kun Realm.
“Miss Erin!” Brandon Shaw and the black-robed old man bowed simultaneously upon seeing her.
“Thank you for your hard work!” Erin Shaw smiled faintly and then walked over to Billy and bowed slightly. “Erin Shaw greets Mr. Billy. I’ve long admired your name; it’s an honor to meet you today.”
