~Violet’s Pov ~
Ash slid his hands around my shoulders and looked down at my gaze.
“You look beautiful tonight, Violet.” He smiled innocently. “Your wedding gown looks gorgeous on you.”
“Ash.” I whispered. “I’m glad you are okay.” Was all I could say. “You don’t know what happened while you were in a coma. A lot has happened and-”
“I know.” He interrupted me and I couldn’t say anything. I just feel relieved and happy that he is back.
I don’t know if I should jump up and shout to the world that Ash is awake or if I just feel calm and cry until I get exhausted enough to move.
Seeing him standing in front of me feels like a dream. If this was a dream, I don’t want to wake up but to cherish this moment and savor it.
If this was a reality, I don’t want him to leave me again and go back to bed, because I’m afraid that if he sleeps again, he wouldn’t be waking up for another three years.
I guess I’m just being paranoid over nothing.
Staying for three years without this alpha was a piece of work. How did I survive without him by my side?
“I miss you so much, Ash.”
He rested his forehead on mine. “I miss you more, baby.”
We stared at each other without moving an inch. I felt his fresh breath on my face and didn’t know when I started wheezing and licked my lower lip.
My heart was beating so fast. What was this tension between us?
Ash softly kissed me. What! He kissed me?
I couldn’t believe it. He slid his tongue under my tongue and sucked it. He slid his tongue up my lower lip and pulled back away from me with a smile.
“What! Ash, I -”
“What is it, baby cakes?”
“Ash, what did you just-” He slammed his lips on mine and kissed them again. I couldn’t help it anymore.
I couldn’t hold back.
His lips tasted hot and forbidden. It was sweet and sent this sweet sensation down my spine.
I could feel this excitement in my stomach and how twitching my vagina was.
I grabbed his tongue and sucked it so much; I wanted more of him. He took back his tongue and slowly licked my lower lip upwards, and kissed me.
He kept repeating the process and slowly kissed my mouth and deepened it.
I groaned and grabbed his crotch in his trouser. I hung my right leg around his waist.
Ash moaned as he slid his tongue from my chin to my upper lip.

Ash kissed me and sucked on my tongue again and snickered. “Did you just call me babe?”

He pushed me on the bed and hovered over me, ripping off every piece of clothing on my body except for my black undies.
“What did you-” I felt his bulge on my abdomen and hesitated, realizing what we just did as we kept looking at each other.
Ash’s eyes were full of want and lust.

I was still in utter disbelief at what we had just done and pushed him off me.
“What do you think you are doing?” My hands yanked through my hair. I got out of bed. I don’t know why I was panicking, but I was.
Why did I allow him to go this far? This is a horrible mistake.

“Ash, I’m Violet and I’m not…” What the fuck am I even saying? “Listen.” I cleared my throat. “This was a mistake. Okay…let’s.” I stopped when Ash shifted his body away from the bed and sat down on it, facing the floor with his hands clenched together.
“Ash, what’s wrong?”
Did I offend him?
“How long are you going to keep pretending like we don’t want each other?!”
“Huh!” What are you talking about? Want each other?”
No, I hope it wasn’t what I’m thinking right now.
I truly need to get out of this.
“I’m asking you.” He authoritatively let out without taking a glance at me. “How long are you going to keep this up?!”
“Ash.” I whispered. “Let’s all go to sleep.” I voiced out. “You know. We are all just tired from a long day, doing things we aren’t supposed to do.”
“Siblings don’t lust after each other when they are tired from a long day.”
I opened my mouth to speak, but I shut it instead and sighed. “Let’s…umm…”
“You haven’t given me the answer to the question that I asked you.”
“Ash, what are you talking about?”
“How long do you wanna keep this up? This pretense. This facade of being the perfect siblings of the Silvermist Pack.”
“Ash, don’t tell me you are getting serious about this.”
“Of course I am. What else will I be serious about?”
“Ash, just go to bed. We will come to our senses by morning.”
“That’s never gonna happen.” He muttered.
“Huh! What’s never gonna happen?”
“Will you stop pretending and talking to me like a child?” He flared up and looked at me as I stood in front of him in shock.
“What are you saying? Why the sudden mood?”
This is not happening.
“We kissed, Violet. You wanted to swallow me up? You hung your leg on my waist. You wanted me to devour you and take you right on the spot. I can sense all that coming from you.”
“That was-”
“Stop acting dumb. I’m sick and fucking tired of pretending and acting like we both don’t know what’s going on. We are not kids anymore, Violet? We can do whatever the shit we wanna do and you are gonna listen to me.”
“Ash.” I clenched my left hand and turned away from him. “No! We can’t, Ash.”
He stood up and came up to me. “Look me in the eye and repeat those words to my face.”
