*Mate* Roa growled out, forcing Ace to turn and came face to face with Amora*
*Mate* He growled out loudly again
Roa was trying hard to take over Ace’s body but he disagreed
*She’s our mate!!!* he growled
His loud growls made everyone including Carla and Luna Cleo rushing towards his location.
*Alpha*Everyone bowed.
“Son” Cleo called, are you alright she asked staring at both Ace and the trembling Amora.
“I’m fine mother, Everyone leave he ordered in his Alpha’s voice.

*Shut up and lay low!* Ace yelled at him.
*Mate….. Amora…. it’s our mate!!* Ora waggled joyfully and as Amora was dumbfounded
*What are you talking about?* she asked, not getting it
*I can smell him Amora, I can feel him!! We found our mate!!* Ora repeated
Amora’s s eyes met with Ace ‘s cold face, he was also looking at her
*Amora ….. it’s…. it’s…. the… the scaring man from the other night…. he’s alpha of snow pack* She trembled as she said that
*We are mated to an Alpha!! That’s it!!* Ora screamed and Amora swallowed
Ace’s eyes were still on her and she was getting uncomfortable, her mate is not supposed to meet her in such a manner , but then being an omega and a poor one for that matter….. Oh ….. Moon goddess…. She muttered..

A car drove into the palace, a man in his late thirties and a young lady in her twenties came out of it. She yawned tiredly and smiled, looking around.

“Thank you, thank you” Lisa waved excitedly at the guards.
“Is brother in his chamber?” She asked.
“Yes your highness”
“You” prince Eric called out to a maid, arrang and clean my chamber at once .
“Yes” your highnesss.
Brielle smiled and immediately started walking, the guards followed her.
Amora was watching from afar as everyone kept bowing for her.
‘Who are they?? A princess and prince? She thought and she doesn’t even know where those thoughts came from.
“Hello !” Samantha shouted into her ear and she flinched which made her laugh.
“That was… scary” Amorasaid.
“I’m sorry about that”Samantha said. I’ve been looking for you.
“Who are they ?” Amora asked curiously.
“Prince Eric and princess Brielle… They’re the Alpha’s siblings
“He has siblings?” Amora was surprised.
“Why did you come back?” Alpha Ace asked, pouring a drink for Brielle.
“It’s beginning to look like you abandoned me there” Brielle pouted.
The Alpha sat down and handed her the drink.
“Why would I abandon you?”
“Brother come on, I’ve sent letters to you countless time but you never replied” Brielle said.
“So are you here to stay for a while or…..”
“I’m not leaving again, never. I’m staying beside you forever” Amora said.
“Even when you get married?” Alpha Ace asked
“I don’t want to get married, don’t worry I don’t believe in love, if you think I might leave you, quit that thought” Brielle said and the Alpha scoffed.
“Can you ever just trust anyone brother? Including me?” Brielle groaned.
“I see you haven’t started smiling either, now I know I have more work to do here. I will see you later brother” She stood up after she finished her drink. Before I forget Brother, I came back with Prince Eric.
“What”? Ace asked standing up.
“Yes brother” Brielle smirked and walked out of the chamber.
She met some maids outside waiting for her.
“Welcome Princess, we are here to walk you to your chamber. We cleaned everywhere for you”
“Well thanks” Brielle smiled and followed them.
“Alpha” A guard called. Prince Eric is here to see you.
Let him in Alpha Ace ordered.
The guard immediately went out, seconds later Eric walked in.
He’s the oldest son of the late Alpha and was supposed to be the next Alpha if Ace wasn’t born with the Alpha blood. They never got along well enough like brothers anyway.
“What an August visitor” Ace said calmly
Eric smiled and touched his shoulder
“Stop acting like you’re so happy to see me” he said
“I didn’t smile, and I’m not happy to see you either, brother” Alpha Ace said and Eric nodded
“I heard about the Beast attack, too bad I found out late” Eric said, I’d have left everything I was doing to come help you”brother ”
“It was a piece of cake, Which I ate and left no crumbles you don’t have to worry about it” Alpha Ace said and smirked at Eric
“Of course I’m not worried, I know the type of brother I have….. you wouldn’t get hurt” Eric smiled, the cunning smile which Ace hates a lot
Alpha Ace only maintained a cold and straight face.
“I will take my leave now, be safe… kid brother” Eric smirked at him
“I’m still your Alpha Eric , Alpha Ace groan staring at him. Address me with respect, I won’t miss any opportunity to tear you apart.
Prince Eric smirked and went out.
Alpha Ace rolled his eyes and left the lounge, he returned with his smoking pipe, which filled the air as soon as he started smoking.
The door opened again and this time, Carla entered.
“Are you okay?” Carla asked, I saw Eric leaving your chamber.
Apart from being Ace’s Beta, they were childhood friends and also best friends. Even with that, he knows when to drop the thoughts of them being friends, when Ace uses his alpha’s dominion voice, no one would dare look into his eyes, including Carla, Luna Cleo and Brielle.
“I’m fine” Ace replied
Carla smiled and walked over to the wine cellar.
“Care for a glass?” He asked
Ace sat down and continue smoking, after nodding to carla’s question
“You should find out how those Beast were able to get in through the city gate” Alpha Ace said
“Okay, but do you find anything weird?” Carla asked, finally settling down opposite Ace , the two glasses of wine placed on the table.
“How”? What do you mean?
“Forgive my manners Alpha, but prince Eric.
“I don’t want to feel that way, or it’s going to be bloody” Alpha Ace muttered, puffing his smoke into the air
Carla smiled
“Then let’s just wait and see” he said, sipping from his glass.
“Geez, this rain makes me feel good” Carla groaned…
