After dinner, they said goodbye to each other. Rosiley sent Xiao Xu home, and then drove to Royal Dynasty.
Ying Xiaoxiao and Yayoi were waiting for her there.
“Sorry, I’m late.” Rosiley opened the door of the private room and walked in, crying loudly.
Ying Xiaoxiao immediately stood up, hugged Rosiley’s shoulder and said, “Rosiley, how dare you stand us up! You shall make amends for your being late by drinking three glasses of wine.”
She handed the glass in her hand to Rosiley.
Rosiley looked at the wine glass and raised her eyebrows in surprise. It was almost full of wine.
“Come on! Don’t overdo it please!” Rosiley smiled and looked at Ying Xiaoxiao, then at Yayoi.
“Rosiley, I’ll drink with you.” Yayoi waved the wine glass in her hand at Rosiley, then raised her head and drink it all.
Rosiley frowned slightly and turned around to ask Ying Xiaoxiao softly, “What happened to Yayoi?”
Yayoi rarely drank alcohol unless she was in a bad mood. That was why Rosiley asked so.
Ying Xiaoxiao curled her lips and said, “You know, Morphy’s fiancée stuff.”
“Did she bother Yayoi again?” When Rosiley was in the Capital, she heard from Ying Xiaoxiao that, Morphy’s fiancée gave Yayoi a million yuan, trying to persuade her to leave Morphy, but was rejected by Ying Xiaoxiao.
That happened only a few days ago. Rosiley thought his fiancée wouldn’t trouble Yayoi again in the short term.
“No.” Ying Xiaoxiao shook her head, “Morphy has returned to home for days and has not accompanied Yayoi, so Yayoi is worried that Morphy would compromise with his grandfather.”
Was that so?
Rosiley raised her eyebrows slightly and sat beside Yayoi, stopping her from pouring wine.
Yayoi turned her head and stared blankly at her.
Rosiley took the wine bottle from her hand and gently smiled, “Yayoi, you must trust Morphy. Now that he challenged his grandfather’s authority for you, he will not easily compromise with his grandfather.”
A trace of surprise appeared in Yayoi’s eyes. Then, she turned to look at Ying Xiaoxiao and frowned slightly. “Rosiley, did Ying Xiaoxiao talk nonsense to you?”
Rosiley was puzzled, “What? Ying Xiaoxiao was talking nonsense?”
Rosiley looked up at Ying Xiaoxiao, who innocently shrugged, “Just guessing.”
Rosiley rolled her eyes and sighed helplessly, “That makes sense. I know Yayoi always trusts Morphy.”
Ying Xiaoxiao stuck out her tongue at them and smiled quietly.
“Then why did you drink so much?” Rosiley poured wine for Yayoi and asked.
“I feel a bit anxious.” Yayoi pursed her lips. “Since I met Morphy’s grandfather, I have been very uneasy. I feel that something bad is going to happen.”
“Maybe you’re too sensitive,” Ying Xiaoxiao said.
Yayoi glanced at her and shook her head. “No, I’m really uneasy. As I think of Xu Wenjing’s words, I worry that she might do something bad to my parents.”
Rosiley frowned and thought for a while, “Do your parents plan to go to work now?”
The Young Group had been officially taken over by Morphy as his domestic base for relocating his overseas businesses back home. Yayoi had returned all the shares that Morphy given to her. Although Yayoi was no longer the CEO of the Young Group, her parents could go back to work here if they wanted.
“They don’t have this plan at the moment. They said that they haven’t had a good rest from work before. They want to take advantage of this opportunity to have a good rest.”
Rosiley suggested, “Why don’t you let your parents travel abroad and stay away from the troubles here? Let them come back when the matter between you and Morphy is settled.”
Ying Xiaoxiao nodded and said, “Good idea.”
“My parents might not agree to travel abroad.” Yayoi knew her parents well. They wouldn’t like to go to a country where people had completely different language, customs and eating habits.
“Then persuade them. If you’re really worried that Xu Wenjing may hurt your parents, you have to persuade them.”
Whether or not it would happen, it was good to take precautions.
Yayoi thought about it seriously and then nodded, “Well, that’s the only choice now.”
Rosiley smiled and then reached out to pick up the wine glass on the table. She said, “Come on. Cheers!”
Then, Yayoi and Ying Xiaoxiao raised their glasses and clinked glasses with Rosiley. They raised their heads and drank all the wine in their glasses.
While Ying Xiaoxiao was pouring wine, Rosiley asked, “Why did Morphy returned to home?”
“It’s said that his grandfather has fallen ill.”
Rosiley was surprised, “What? Why don’t I know?”
Sachin went to work as usual in the past few days, and he never mentioned that his grandfather was sick.
Ying Xiaoxiao curled her lips, “I don’t know. Corey didn’t mention it to me.”
“That doesn’t make sense.” Rosiley felt that something was wrong. “If his grandfather is sick, why haven’t Sachin and Corey visited him? Unless…”
“Unless he is pretending to be sick.” Ying Xiaoxiao continued, “If he is pretending to be sick, the purpose must be to make Morphy compromise.”
Rosiley frowned, “Looks like Sachin and Corey have known about this. Otherwise, they would have mentioned it.”
Ying Xiaoxiao nodded, “Maybe. Probably they thought that Morphy could solve it by himself, so they let it go.”
Rosiley nodded. Ying Xiaoxiao was right, but she still wanted to ask Sachin after getting home.
Yayoi took a deep breath and said with a smile, “Alright, let’s not talk about this. We’re here for fun, let’s enjoy ourselves.”
Rosiley raised her eyebrows and smiled, “As long as you’re happy, we’re happy.”
She picked up her glass and said, “Cheers.”
“Let’s forget it and have fun.” Ying Xiaoxiao raised her glass and cried.
Yayoi looked at her two good friends and smiled more happily. Actually, she did not trust Morphy as much as Rosiley thought. However, Yayoi did not want them to worry about her. She knew Rosiley had her own concerns too. As a friend, Yayoi shouldn’t make Rosiley worry about her.
Therefore, Yayoi tried to be happy in front of them.
Rosiley and Ying Xiaoxiao, who did not know what Yayoi was thinking about, got excited after drinking a few glasses of wine. They cheered up and enjoyed themselves.
They had fun together until late at night, and they were all drunk. Sachin and Corey had to come to bring them home.
