Mason Pov
Today is Angie’s birthday. We wanted to hold a big party, but she said no, she’s been on edge since the beginning of her pregnancy, always grumpy, snappy and cranky, her hormones were all over the place, she cries and laughs over silly things. You can’t predict her actions.
She’d never been like this when she was pregnant with Aria. Her pregnancy was easy.
The doctor explained to us that she’s having a hard pregnancy because she’s pregnant with a hybrid baby. Her mood swings and tiredness is because she’s growing a half dragon half wolf baby in her womb.
We booked a whole restaurant for the occasion. It was just the three of us.
Afterwards, we settled ourselves at the dinner table.
The servants served our food.
We ordered the chefs to cook healthy food for Angie. She’s been a fan of junk food since the beginning of her pregnancy.
She made a disgusting face when the waiter placed her food plate.
” What is this? I don’t like it “. She pouted her mouth like a five-year-old girl
“Baby, the dish is “yellow curry with chicken, spinach and butternut squash” . We ordered the chefs to make healthy pregnancy meals.
It’s good for you and the baby and to reduce any risk of pregnancy complications, please babe, have, and we will share the healthy food with you tonight”
” Please ” Ayann also pleaded .
She glared at us and took a first bite
She gasped abruptly and looked down. A pool of water was between her feet.
“I think my water just broke.!”
I looked at her frightened expression, I lifted her in my arms like she weighed nothing.
” My baby is coming,” she said with a joyful voice.
“Yes babe, our prince is coming. Let’s take you to the hospital”
“Ayann, bring the chopper to take us to the hospital”, I called out to Ayann, who was in a state of shock. I chuckled.
He looks like he’s going to pass out any minute.
“Hey Ayann, hurry up, I’m the one who’s in labor right now!”

Ayann POV
After a long nine wearying hours of labor, our prince was born.
I held my boy in my arms. He was sleeping peacefully. I gazed at him, lovely at him.
I felt proud of myself for helping with making this beautiful baby.
He has Angie’s hair and inherited the color of my eyes.
I can’t believe that I’m a father now .
I know now what my father felt when I was born.
I feel complete.
My mate was sleeping soundly, she’s been out since the doctors moved her and our son to her private room after they finished cleaning her and our son.
I felt so bad for Angelina, she was in great pain, with every construction I felt like I was dying inside. I wished I could take her pain away.
I felt helpless. I wondered how Mason could be that calm about everything.
Maybe because he’s more experienced than me, he was with Angie when she gave birth to Aria, so he knows how women
In labor.
“Ayann”
” Sweetheart, you’re awake”. I put my son in his crib, then I helped Angie to take a comfortable position on the bed.
“How do you feel, my love?”
” I feel like I have been hit by a train. I just pushed a baby head the size of a watermelon out of my GiGi, My mother is super awesome for giving birth to six pups.”
” Aunt Gina is a Wonder Woman. Do you need anything? ”
” A glass of water, my throat is sore”
“Yes sure babe !”
I hand her a cup of water, and she drinks it.
” Please give me my baby. I wanna see him”
I handed her our son. The moment he sensed his mother, he started crying.
Angie freed her breast and our son latched on her nipple.
“He must be hungry” I chuckled. I rested my body next to her on the bed and wrapped my hands around her shoulder while watching her breastfeeding our son.
” He is so cute,” I said, gently creasing his forehead .
” Oh baby I’m sorry” Angie gasped after noticing the bruises on my arm.
” Which part you’re sorry for, for cursing me
Or for threatening to cut my balls, or for biting my hands and arms”, I teased her .
“I’m sorry, okay. I didn’t mean it, I was in immense pain, not thinking straight.”
“Baby I’m just kidding, what you did is nothing compared to the pain you were having. Labor pain is one of the most severe pains. You did a great job baby, I love you”. I pecked her lips.
” I love you too, my king , thanks to the moon goddess for pairing us again, and blessing us with love fruit.”
“Thank you, my queen, for forgiving my past mistakes. You’re an amazing mate, a good mother and wife. Thank you for making me a father.” Hot tears seep down my cheeks.
Angie wiped my tears with her hand and kissed me.
Our son was done feeding and already back to sleep. I took him from Angie’s arms and tucked him in his crib.
“Where’s Mason?”
” He will be back any minute with Aria. ”
” Are you hungry? Do you want me to grab some food for you” I asked.
“Yes it would be great.”
“Do you crave a particular genre?”
“No, anything will be good.”
” Okay, I will order something.”

We heard another soft knock, our family walked in: Mason and our daughter Aria , my parents and Angie’s parents. My sister and Angie’s siblings except Charlotte.
And honestly expected that she wouldn’t show up.
I know she still holds a grudge against us even though she keeps denying it.
She had already given birth to a baby boy.
Only our family knows that the baby’s father is Emilio’s. In public, he’s my son.
I never refused it because that would tarnish uncle Xander’s royal family reputation.
Emilio is now the father of two, a baby boy Logan and baby girl Sabrina.
The loud cheerful voices of our families brought me back to reality.
They all came with balloons, roses, and gifts.
“Congratulations, son.” Mom and dad congratulated me, pulling me into a bear hug with tears in their eyes.
Thank you, mom and dad,” I said.
“Congratulations, sweetheart “. They hugged and kissed Angie.
Aunt Gina and uncle Xander congratulated us
James, Lucas, and Theodore congratulated me.
“Congratulations, bro.” Kiliyan and Onyx congratulated me.
“Thank you”
“He is so adorable, congratulations ” my baby sister.
“Aria, come and say hi to your baby brother”. Angie held our son for Aria to see.
Aria looked at her brother and smiled.
“Give him a kiss -kiss ”
She kissed his nose.
“Do you like your brother?”
She nodded her head.
” I wouv bibi.”
We all laughed at her cuteness.
“What’s his name?” Gianna asked.
“I was thinking of Aiden , Are you cool with it”
She asked me and Mason
“Why not it’s a beautiful name” I said
” Yes babe I’m okay with it”
After some time, our families left so Angel
could rest.
Mom took Aria with her.
Mason and I stayed with Angie and our new edition to the family.
Our prince Aidan.
I look at the warm-hearted scene.
Angie does off while she’s breastfeeding.
Aidan drifted off while his mother’s nipple was in his mouth.
Mason lifted Aidan from his mother’s embrace.
He kissed his forehead and put in his crib.
“They’re so precious, we are lucky to have them in our lives”
” Yeah they’re”. Mason looked at them with so much love in his eyes.
I grew so much love and respect for this man.
He welcomed me into his and Angie’s lives and accepted me as her second-chance mate.
Because he holds unselfish love for her.
He would do anything to keep her by his side.
I’m so grateful to the moon goddess with her for bringing her back to my life even though I messed up the first time.
I will spend the rest of my life cherishing our love.
