They are finally here

When I came to, I was lying in our bedchamber, surrounded by the familiar faces of my mates. I blinked. My eyes were blurry at first, but when I focused on them, they finally came into focus. Fred and Blue held my hands, their eyes brimming with tears.
“You did it, my love,” Fred whispered. “Our babies are here.”
Blue placed a kiss on my forehead, smiling with teary eyes. “You did really great, Bunny. So much better than we thought.”
“What are their genders?” I smiled weakly, still reeling from the ordeal.
“Two boys and a girl. We now have two daughters and two sons. Isn’t that wonderful?” Blue grinned. “Chrys had been running around them ever since she had their cry.”
“Oh, she didn’t!” I let out a weak laugh, and that was when I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Wincing, I fell back on the bed, gripping my mates’ hands.
“It’s okay. Devon said you will go through a little pain for a while, but it will be over soon,” Blue offered, placing a kiss on my closed palm. “If you feel any discomfort or any need to lash out at someone, you can bite us so hard, we won’t mind. You can even draw some blood if that will appease you.”
I smiled weakly at that before a thought came to mind. “Who helped me?”
I’d seen no woman give birth, but I’d heard enough and read enough to know I would have to push them out of my pussy. I couldn’t recall doing that, though. I just passed out, only to wake up to hear I’d given birth. What kind of magic was that?!
My mates exchanged looks before letting out a sigh. “Devon helped you. As a witch, he was the only one who could do that.” Blue looked pained as said those words, like the thoughts of Devon helping me out, didn’t sit well with him at all.
“Where’s he now? Why isn’t he here with me?”
“He’s taking care of the babies with Chris. Do you need anything from him?” Fred frowned. Just like Blue, he didn’t look happy. I bet they were thinking of the time I hugged him. Knowing he saw me half-naked when he helped me deliver the babies didn’t seem to please them at all.
“Not at all. I’m content at the moment.”
….
Just like Devon said, it only took a day for the pain to subside. Though I couldn’t walk just yet, I could sit up on the bed. My mates placed enough pillows behind me, so I wouldn’t feel any discomfort. They didn’t appreciate my eagerness to sit up, but they understood when I told them I wanted to see my babies.
The moment they felt I was comfortable enough, they left, only to return a few minutes later, each carrying a baby. Devon carried the last one, and Chris brought Chrys. It was funny how all of them had a baby in hand.
“The first son,” Fred said, placing the baby in my arms. This one looked like the miniature version of my mates. His red curly hair framed his little face. It seemed as if he took all the hair his siblings were supposed to have. When he opened his eyes, the blue of his iris made me look up at my mates.
“He looks just like the two of you.”
“Do we look alike?” Blue made a face at that, glaring at Fred. “I don’t look like this man. I look like myself,” he grumbled like a kid, causing me to let out a light laugh.
“Oh. You do, darling. You look just like him. And this boy here took after you. I just hope he doesn’t act as headstrong as you two.” I passed the boy over to Fred, who took him from me, grumbling at how not fair it was I linked him with Blue.
“Here, the second boy,” Blue said, passing him one to me. The moment I saw him, a small smile graced my lips. While the other one looked like a miniature version of my mates, this one looked just like me. His blonde hair sat on his head like it was afraid of the world. Just a scant sprinkle of it here and there, just to show he had hair. Like the other one, he had blue eyes.
“This one looks so much like me.” I touched his squishy little cheeks. A tear slid down my right eye as I watched him. I couldn’t believe they were in my stomach all along. It was so surreal.
“He will be just as strong as his mother.” Smiling, Blue planted a kiss on my forehead as he took the baby from me.
Devon approached with the one in his arms. “This one shows you are a hybrid,” he said before he placed the girl in my arms. He was right. The moment I saw her, I knew it was only a matter of time before everyone knew I was a hybrid. Hopefully, I would have sorted everything out before then.
“Her hair changes also,” Devon pointed out, smirking. “I believe I caused that.”
“I think you did.” Grinning, I looked down at the baby, the miniature version of my mother. The only difference was the hair. “She’s back,” I whispered. This time, I couldn’t control my tears. I held her close to me as I sobbed. My mum was here, finally.
After passing the baby to Devon, Chrys made gestures for me to carry her, also, pouting. Chuckling, I reached out to do that, but Fred shook his head.
“You are too weak, Bunny,” he said, his tone laced with worry and concern. “She’s heavier than the babies.”
“But it wouldn’t seem that fair to ignore her.” Waving him off, I asked Chris to bring her closer.
“Mum!” Chrys hugged me right the moment I carried her. “Mum we have babies!”
“Yeah, we do. Your siblings are here. You are now a big sister.” I patted her hair. “You will be the best big sisters ever. I believe they will love you so much.”
