Chapter 103. Who is my mother?

Book:Just Sex With My Billionaire Daddy Published:2024-11-21

David’s POV.
After everything I did at Nathan’s restaurant last night, what made me happy the most was the shocked look on Vera’s face. She was genuinely happy. I loved when she said she loved knowing she was the first woman I’ve ever cooked for.
Hell, I wanted to fuck her then and there. I wanted to pound into her so hard, I throbbed like hell.
But I controlled myself until we got to her apartment. And then I turned into a beast, kissing her, ravishing her skin. Devouring her and pounding into her from all angles until only whispers of my name escaped her lips.
Then after, I carried her to the bed and placed her down. I curled in naked behind her, holding her to me until our breaths evened.
Now, waking up, Vera’s soft and sweet scent hits my nose.
I look down to see her head on my chest. I smell her soft hair and kiss her.
She stirs lightly and then turns to her side.
I watch her for moments longer, feeling my cock growing big at the sight of her naked ass. She looked amazing.
And I follow my instincts quickly. I press her chest into the bed, spreading her asscheeks. I sneak a finger into her cunt, finding out wet.
I palm my cock and sink into her sweet pussy, holding her ass cheeks with my hands.
She stirs, gasping into the pillow as I piston in and out of her, loving the way her body shakes, pussy spasms.
Shortly, I start climaxing, warming her insides with my seed.
“Daddy…” she pants, sleepily.
I tilt lower and kiss her back, moving up to her shoulder and neck, I mess her up with kisses.
As I sink back to the bed beside her, I tuck her hair aside, watching as she trails her eyes over me with a contented smile on her face.
For a moment we just look at each other and smile.
It’s crazy, really. So fucking crazy but I don’t mind.
“Want something warm to soothe you, baby?” I ask, fingering her hair.
At her nod, I get up and out of the room. Coming to the kitchen, I check her fridge to see the Earl Gray tea there.
I quickly make a cup of tea for her but while doing so I remember my promise to her last night. The fact that I have some things to handle before making our relationship go public.
And one man comes to my mind.
Her father.
It’s been a while since I checked on Peter.
I find it fitting to try again and know if the ass hole will say how to get my hands on the video that’ll damage my newfound relationship with Vera and reputation.
At that simmering thought, I serve Vera her tea. I take my bath and dress up.
“Baby, I have something
to do at the office,” I mutter, kissing her forehead.
“Alright, have a great day.” She whispers as I press my lips on hers.
After that, I leave the house, heading to the clearing and to the old mansion where the man who has the power to destroy my relationship and life is.

>>Vera’s POV>>
It’s been hours since David left the mansion and I knew it was about time I left. I don’t know why I feel so much burst of nerves. The pulses I feel flooding through me make it impossible to think straight.
Getting off the bed, I go over my morning routine of brushing and bathing and then I don my dress. Just a turtleneck black shirt and leather pants. My knee-high-heeled boots cover half of the pants.
I check my phone expecting to see a message from Sage but I find none. I wonder if her mission at David’s mansion was a success.
Damming the consequences, I call Sage only to figure out her phone is switched off.
I curse lightly under my breath as I glance through the location that a stranger had sent me last night.
My heart hammers against my chest but I scrape it. I’m determined to find out what the Will is all about.
Just as I’m leaving my apartment, my housekeeper steps in.
“You’re going already?” She asks, and I nod, giving her a fake smile.
Hurrying up to the elevator, I step inside before the old couple there slams the door shot.
“Hi!” I grin at them and the woman waves, looking back at her husband who has a grim look on his face.
I shrug, minding my business. Once the elevator touches the down floor, I walk outside and there stands Andrei, looking huge and scary as always.
He flutters the car open for me and I jump inside while he takes the wheel.
“I’d love to grab a coffee at the new cafe I in the upmarket, Andrei. Please take me there.”
I don’t want to alert him on anything. I’d rather keep this to myself for now.
Andrei quietly drives the car, heading to the location but all the while my curiosity grows, sinking its fangs into me.
In a short while, we arrive at the cafe and I step out of the car.
I crouch lightly, peeping into the car as I say to Andrei. “Just wait here, I’ll be out soon.”
He wags a brow in understanding and I make my move inside.
The cafe is huge and a little crowded. My eyes dance around, looking for the perfect spot I can sit in.
Well, I find somewhere out of eyesight and I walk down there, sitting down.
The barista comes over and I order for an instant coffee and quesadilla.
Just as the barista serves me my coffee and pastry, my phone rings.
“Miss, I presume you’re there already?” comes the voice of the stranger.
Of course, I hum a yes and they tell me that they’ll come in soon.
I drown in the moment of silence until when I hear the dinging of the entrance bell.
I perk up, watching as a middle-aged man and a younger one come into the cafe.
Their wandering eyes tell me I’m the one they’re looking for and I stand quickly and wave at them.
“Hi, Ms. Vera, right?” The older one with a tweed Jacket asks and I nod.
“Yes. And you’re?”
Grinning, he introduces himself formally.
“I’m barrister Whitney and this is agent Wesley. He works under a government-approved agency.”
I nod and say. “Glad to meet you, Mr. Wesley.”
We all take a seat and they place their order of cup steaming cups of coffee and whipped cream.
“What do I owe this meeting?” I probe.
“Actually, your mother signed an agreement with us some years back…” My brows wrinkle at the mention of my mother.
“She transferred all her property to your name and asks that you possess them only if you get married.”
“Really?” I ask, shocked.
“Yes, Ms. Vera.” The man says, handing the documents to me. “So, the purpose of this meeting is to inform you about your unknown wealth which you can only attain once you wed. However, these are the photocopied documents. Not the original as it’s meant to serve as a reminder.”
I look painstakingly at the document, my eyes widening, my throat clogging.
From what I see, I own
territories in New York. But it’s
not where it ends.
Greece.
Ireland.
Russia.
Italy.
Some were air spaces, ports, companies, and the list goes on.
I don’t understand. How is it possible that a woman-owned all of this?
My head can’t make meaning of all these and why is it that I can only possess this when I’m married?
Some things aren’t adding up.
I mean, this information is too huge for me to take.
I remember being a poor girl picked up from the CPS, how come I’m someone that is this powerful and rich?
Who am I?
And most of all who is my mother and what is it she did for a living?
I need answers but I don’t know how to get them.
Raising my head up, I look the men over as I ask.
“Who is my mother?”
Mr. Whitney turns the document to the back as I see that familiar name.
Helen Ivanovna.
And that’s when I knew, David Truman knew my mother personally.
His words to Andrei some time ago ring through my head.
What was it David promised my mother?
To be continued.
