Tomas.
“Welcome, Mr. Tomas. Mr. Carl informed me that you’re interested in visiting my hotel, but I must regretfully inform you that it’s currently fully booked by none other than Paul Walker,” the hotel owner said with a hint of apprehension in his voice.
“Shut your mouth and tell your driver to hurry! I need to reach the hotel right now, and if anything happens to my fiancee, I swear I’ll hack your body into pieces, pull your heart out, and kill every single member of your family!” I ground my teeth, my voice rising in anger as I yelled, feeling the weight of urgency pressing down on me.
He cleared his throat, visibly shaken. “Mr. Tomas, I… I didn’t know the ‘prey’ Mr. Paul Walker mentioned was your fiancee!” he stammered, his eyes darting nervously.
“What?! The prey?!” I furrowed my brows in disbelief, and the hotel owner looked away, clearly uncomfortable. His reaction only fueled my fury. Moments later, we arrived at the hotel, and I flung open the limo door, practically leaping out as I ran towards the entrance. A manager tried to stop me, but I shoved him violently to the ground, not caring about the consequences. Carl and the hotel owner followed closely behind, trying to keep up with my frantic pace. I burst into the reception area, shouting, “Where’s Jennifer’s room?!”
The owner, still flustered, ordered the receptionist to answer me immediately. She quickly provided me with the room number, and he accompanied me, trying to keep pace with my hurried steps. I raced up the stairs; my heart pounded in my chest, my temper spiraling out of control. I couldn’t wait for the elevator to arrive. Reaching the corridor, I spotted Paul in the distance, knocking aggressively on Jennifer’s door, his demeanor threatening as if he might break it down at any moment. Fueled by adrenaline, I sprinted towards him, tackled him from behind, slammed him against the wall, and put my arm around his neck, strangling him with all my might. I gritted my teeth, feeling the rage boiling inside me. “What did you do with Jennifer? Tell me now, or I’ll kill you!” I yelled, my eyes wide with fury and desperation.
He laughed hysterically, the sound grating against my nerves. “Actually, your girl is incredibly foolish, loyal, and naive. She’s so stupid; I wonder how she could ever refuse me!” Paul smirked, clearly relishing the power he thought he held.
I punched him hard, the relief of hearing his words washing over me momentarily, but anger simmered just beneath the surface; he’d tried to seduce her, and when she refused, he was going to force his way in. The room door creaked open, and Jennifer stared at me, her expression a mixture of fear and confusion. Rage flared within me, and I furrowed my brows, ready to slap her for being in such a dangerous situation. But then she ran towards me, hugging me tightly, sobbing uncontrollably, her breath shallow and uneven. I hugged her back fiercely, stroking her hair gently. “It’s okay now, Jennifer. I’m here. Don’t be scared. I’ll protect you. I’m so sorry; it’s my fault. I went crazy when I heard you traveled with another man,” I said softly, taking her hand and kissing it tenderly.
She looked up at me, her eyes red-rimmed and glistening with tears. “I’m sorry, but I was lost. I know I love you, but I don’t know what I mean to you. I want you, but I want to stay away. I want a normal life, but a life with you is… immoral. It’s messy,” Jennifer said, her voice trembling as she spoke. I wiped her tears away gently and kissed her forehead, feeling a rush of conflicting emotions.
Carl approached us and kissed Jennifer’s forehead affectionately. My eyes widened in disbelief. “Don’t ever do that again, Carl! Even if you were her real father or my real father, don’t you dare touch her! She’s mine, now and forever! I’ll cherish this love; I’ll protect Jennifer forever. I know I’ll create unreasonable situations and shout at her sometimes, but I’ll always keep her in my heart!” I shrieked, my voice echoing in the hallway.
“Oh, Mr. Tomas, thank God your fiancee is safe! I’ll give you the presidential suite. Please, honor me by staying a couple of days,” the hotel owner offered, trying to appease me. I shook my head vehemently, not interested in any of his offerings.
Carl smiled, trying to lighten the tension. “Then I’ll choose a room, pack Paul’s bags, and throw him at the airport. Enjoy your stay here. Forget everything. I’ll call Amanda and check on your son. I’m still uneasy about her running away with him, so I’ll make sure to keep the guards alert,” he said, his voice calm and reassuring.
“Yes, do it, Carl. And I’ll take Jennifer now, to spend our pre-honeymoon days,” I nodded, smirking at Jennifer, who looked both surprised and apprehensive.
Jennifer gasped, her eyes wide, hands flying to her chest in shock. “What do you mean, Tomas?!” she screamed, suddenly running away from me. I laughed, raising an eyebrow playfully, and chased her, lifting her effortlessly into my arms.
“No, Tomas, put me down!” she screamed, her voice a mixture of laughter and protest. I enjoyed teasing her, laughing as I opened the suite door and slammed it shut with my leg, trapping us inside.
I set her down, but she ran again, trying to escape. I locked the door, approaching her slowly. “Now, Jennifer, you can’t run from me. Tonight is our first night together,” I smirked, raising an eyebrow with a mischievous glint in my eye.
“No, you can’t, Tomas, please stay away!” Jennifer pleaded, waving her hands in a desperate attempt to create distance. “Please, Tomas, don’t come closer!” But I lifted her again, placing her gently on the bed, our eyes locked in an intense gaze. I kissed her lips softly, staring deeply into her eyes. She relaxed for a moment, then hit my chest playfully, yelling at me. “Tomas, we can’t.”
I raised my head, a mix of confusion and frustration evident on my face. “Why?!” I asked, my voice rising slightly.
“Because I’m not ready. I need to prepare myself,” Jennifer said sweetly, her sincerity cutting through my resolve.
I widened my eyes in disbelief. “What do you mean, prepare yourself?!”
“I mean… woman stuff. Don’t be stupid,” Jennifer bit her lip, blushing furiously.
I laughed, pressing my lips close to hers, placing my hand gently on her chest as if to remove her shirt. “Jennifer, forget it. I can’t wait any longer,” I said, my voice low and urgent.
I removed her shirt and shorts, my breath catching as I stared at her body, marveling at her beauty. “Jennifer, do you know this feels like my first time too? I’ve always wondered about making love… but the truth is, I’m worried about hurting you. I just want to keep looking at you, at your body. I feel confused and worried. Your love changed the animal I used to be. I feel more human now. Now I understand why you wanted a piece of me, a child from me. Because all I want is to keep you by my side for the rest of my life, and to have children with you… not just one. I want a dozen,” I said, tucking her hair behind her ears tenderly. She smiled shyly, her cheeks flushed.
“I do love you, Tomas. I wondered why I still loved you, even though you’re the mafia king. To me, you’re a killer, but I still love you. My heart flutters for the first time, Tomas,” she pouted, closing her eyes. I smiled and kissed her deeply, feeling the connection between us solidify.
**Jennifer:**
I woke up smiling, stretching lazily, then accidentally hit something next to me-Tomas. I remembered last night vividly, thinking it had all been a dream. He opened his eyes, looking at me with warmth. “Good morning, princess,” Tomas said, his smile lighting up the room.
I screamed, jumping out of bed in shock, landing awkwardly on the floor. I grabbed the blanket, wrapping it around myself. “Hey! Don’t look! Close your eyes; I want to get dressed!” I shrieked, feeling embarrassed and flustered.
Tomas grinned, clearly enjoying my reaction. “Oh, you don’t have to. Because I saw every part of your body last night,” he said teasingly as he sat beside me, inching closer. I blushed deeply and looked away, feeling a mix of shyness and excitement. He leaned in closer, pouting in a way that made my heart race. I put my hand over his lips. “Oh, stop that, Tomas. You make me so nervous,” I furrowed my brows, trying to maintain some composure.
“Now you’re a woman. I’m so proud to have been your first man. And I’ll be your last, your only one,” Tomas chuckled, raising an eyebrow with a teasing glint in his eye.
I cleared my throat, trying to regain my focus. “Okay, could you please get out of the room? I want to wear something that isn’t a blanket,” I commanded, my cheeks still flushed.
“No, I disagree. Because I can’t let you be away from me for a single second after last night. And I want more, Jennifer. Over and over again,” Tomas said, kissing me again, his lips brushing against mine in a way that made my heart flutter.
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Tomas yelled, “What? Who is it?”
“It’s me, Carl, Mr. Tomas. Special breakfast for the newlyweds. It feels like a honeymoon,” Carl announced, his voice cheerful and teasing.
Tomas stood, adjusting himself, and opened the door. Carl stared for a moment, then burst into laughter.
Tomas glared at him. “What? Why are you laughing?” Tomas widened his eyes in confusion. Carl pointed downwards, and Tomas’ face turned bright red. “Oh, Mr. Tomas, look down! You’re totally naked… and erect too. I think Jennifer needs to relax for a while,” Carl continued to laugh, clearly enjoying the moment.
Tomas chuckled awkwardly, scratching his neck. “Carl, you’re such an idiot. Give me breakfast and leave; don’t disturb us again. Wait, you can knock if it’s urgent,” Tomas ordered, closing the door with a firm click.
Two seconds later, another knock sounded, more persistent this time. Tomas huffed and opened the door again. “What, Carl?! Didn’t I tell you not to disturb us unless it’s urgent? Do you know what ‘urgent’ means?!” Tomas yelled, his annoyance clear.
“But… Amanda’s here with your son,” Carl informed him, his tone serious now.
I stood, quickly covering myself, approaching the door cautiously. “Mr. Carl, is that true? Then I think we should get dressed and go downstairs,” I said, trying to maintain some dignity.
Tomas widened his eyes in disbelief. “What the hell? How could you stand there without clothes?!” Tomas narrowed his eyes, pushing my head inside the room. I poked my head out again, trying to smile. “Mr. Carl, wait for me; I’m coming,” I giggled, attempting to lighten the mood. Tomas slammed the door shut, lifting me up again.
“Don’t you want to die or something? You keep making me angry and jealous! Do you enjoy this?” Tomas frowned, his expression a mix of frustration and amusement. I nodded, shaking my head in playful contradiction.
“Then I guess I have to punish you,” Tomas said, starting to uncover my body, kissing my neck softly. I pushed him away playfully, jumping over the bed and running away. He lifted me from my waist effortlessly. “Okay, let’s take a shower now,” Tomas said, entering the shower, locking the chain, and staring at me with a mischievous grin.
“I think we should use some chocolate next time,” Tomas looked at my body, biting his lip in appreciation. I stared at him, speechless, my heart racing at the thought.
“Now, Jennifer, let’s take our first shower together,” Tomas said, his voice low and inviting. But I stopped him, pressing against his chest, stammering. “Tomas… what happened between us… means you’ll marry me, right?” I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
He cleared his throat, looking confused and a bit flustered. “Um, I…” he stuttered, clearly caught off guard.
I glared at him, feeling a rush of disappointment. I walked out of the washroom, getting dressed quickly, slamming the door in frustration as I headed downstairs, asking myself: Why did he do that if he didn’t want to marry me?! Paul was right; Tomas wants everything-the mother of his child and the girl he loves. Even now, I’m not sure if he truly loves me, I whispered to myself. Then I saw little Tomas shouting my name, running towards me with a beaming smile.
I ran to him, lifting him up and kissing his cheeks affectionately. Amanda crossed her arms, looking at me curiously, huffing in irritation. I glanced at her, feeling a wave of anxiety. “Why are you here, Amanda?” I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.
“What? I’m not allowed to be here with Tomas and look after the father of my child? Do you think you’re allowed to be with him and I’m not?!” Amanda smirked, her tone dripping with sarcasm.
“No, I didn’t mean that,” I explained quickly, just as Tomas arrived nearby.
“What are you doing here, Amanda?” Tomas widened his eyes in surprise and concern.
“What’s going on with both of you? Have you forgotten me, Tomas? Don’t you think I’m the one who has the right to be next to you instead of Jennifer?! I’m the one who loved you first! I’m the one who has your child! Why are you treating me so coldly?! What happened to you? What spell did she cast on you?!” Amanda shouted, her voice rising in distress.
I widened my eyes in shock, looking at her, then at him. He just stared, speechless, caught in the crossfire of our emotions.
I spun my head, blowing out a breath of frustration. “Actually, you’re right, Amanda. I’m fed up with all this nonsense. I’m giving up; you win! From now on, I’ll be his assistant, and if he wants to fire me, I’ll accept it,” I roared, giving little Tomas to Carl and walking away, feeling defeated. Why didn’t he say anything?! He chose her and his son!
A few steps later, I was shocked; Paul Walker appeared out of nowhere, his expression serious. “I told you, Jennifer!” Paul furrowed his brows, determination in his voice.
“Hey, why are you still here?” Tomas yelled from afar, his voice filled with protectiveness.
Paul ignored Tomas completely, staring at me with intensity. “I told you this would happen. I didn’t sleep all night; I was waiting for you! Maybe until last night I wasn’t sure of my feelings. But now, in front of this man, I have a confession. Even though he was your first, I still love you. Yes, Jennifer, your charm, your innocence, and our shared kindness changed me. I love you. I’ll follow you everywhere, protect you, face the world for you. Even this man. I don’t care if I die for you. Please, give me a chance,” Paul said, his voice filled with passion and desperation.
I spun to Tomas; I needed him to say something, to stop me, but he just stared, his expression unreadable. Amanda smiled, holding his arm possessively. I spun back to Paul, feeling a rush of uncertainty. “I guess you’re right, maybe it’s fate, Paul,” I nodded, my heart heavy with indecision.
