“Hmm?” Jordon Ponce was taken aback. “Miss Sanaa agreed?”
Billy and the others were equally surprised; they hadn’t expected Sanaa to agree so readily.
“When will your people be ready?” Sanaa asked.
“It’s up to you, Miss Sanaa. Our people are ready anytime!” Jordon Ponce replied after another moment of surprise.
“Then one month from now, we’ll meet near the star domain close to the Heaven Alliance headquarters,” Sanaa said, handing over a communication talisman.
“Use this talisman to contact me when the time comes.”
“Alright!” Jordon Ponce nodded as he took the talisman.
“Anything else?” Sanaa continued.
“I hope you take this seriously, Miss Sanaa,” Jordon Ponce said. “This is your only chance to deal with the Heaven Alliance…”
He clearly wasn’t confident, mainly because Sanaa had agreed too quickly, making him uneasy.
“If you don’t trust me, we don’t have to cooperate,” Sanaa interrupted him again.
“That’s not what I meant!” Jordon Ponce said. “Then I won’t disturb you any longer. After we take down the Heaven Alliance, I will reward you handsomely!”
“No need to see me out,” Sanaa responded.
Jordon Ponce then turned and left with his people.
Shortly after, Sanaa returned to the courtyard with Billy and the others.
“Miss Sanaa, did you really agree to cooperate with The Hallowed Court?” Soul Chaser asked. “Could this be a trap?”
“It’s possible they have other intentions, but this is also our opportunity,” Jennifer responded.
“If they really send two ninth-rank Supreme Source Realm experts, it will help us a lot.”
“But what if they just send people without actually helping?” Soul Chaser continued. “If they sit back and watch us fight, we can’t do anything about it!”
“Who cares! We were planning to go anyway, and now we have another possibility. It’s not a bad thing,” Felicia said.
“True!” Soul Chaser responded.
“There are still risks,” Opal said. “They might wait until we’re both weakened from fighting the Heaven Alliance and then attack us.”
“That’s very likely!” White Tiger nodded. “For The Hallowed Court, it’s a strategy that kills two birds with one stone.”
“Thinking too much won’t help now. Let’s take it one step at a time,” Sanaa said, turning to Billy.
“For the next period, stay at Universe Palace and try to improve your cultivation. We’ll set off in twenty days!”
“Understood!” Billy responded.
He had also considered the risks Opal mentioned, but every situation has its pros and cons; you can’t give up just because of potential dangers.
He then took out a medicine box and handed it to Sanaa. “Miss Sanaa, this contains twenty high-grade Mixing Essence Pills that I made myself. They should be helpful for Universe Palace.”
“How did you get the formula for high-grade Mixing Essence Pills?” Sanaa was surprised.
“Heaven’s Tea House gave it to me!” Billy briefly explained his encounter with Heaven’s Tea House.
“It seems Heaven’s Tea House is betting on you!” Sanaa said as she accepted the pills. “These will indeed be very useful for Universe Palace. Thank you!”
“You’re welcome!” Billy smiled.
For the next half month, everyone, including Jennifer and Jamal Clarke, focused on their cultivation.
Besides improving his own cultivation, Billy spent a lot of time on the ‘Demonic Tribulation’ technique.
Although he hadn’t used this technique in battle yet, he felt its power was definitely above that of ‘Heaven Killer.’
Twenty days passed quickly, and everyone’s cultivation had improved to varying degrees.
Harleen and Opal advanced to sixth-rank Returning Source Realm, while Ivy and Amber broke through two levels to reach fifth-rank Returning Source Realm.
Casey and Stout refined a large amount of cultivation resources and faced Thunder Tribulation, advancing to second-rank Returning Source Realm.
Azure Dragon and Azure Fang reached ninth-rank Prime Source Realm with the help of low-grade Mixing Essence Pills.
Others also refined a high-purity low-grade Mixing Essence Pill, breaking through to seventh-rank Prime Source Realm.
As for Billy himself, having recently advanced two levels, he only improved by one level this time, reaching sixth-rank Returning Source Realm.
Additionally, his efforts on ‘Demonic Tribulation’ paid off as he reached Great Perfection Realm.
One day, after finishing their cultivation session, Billy and the others were chatting in the courtyard when Sanaa walked in.
Behind her were Jennifer and Jamal Clarke, along with four elderly men and women, all members of Universe Palace’s elder council, each at the late stage of Supreme Source Realm.
Universe Palace’s strength was evident; these four alone were formidable enough to deter any ordinary force.
Bentley Schroeder did not accompany them, likely staying behind with other strong individuals to guard Universe Palace against any potential attacks from Heaven Alliance.
“Miss Sanaa!” Billy greeted her with the others.
While speaking, he observed Sanaa. Although he couldn’t gauge her exact cultivation level, he could sense that her aura was much more stable than a month ago.
It seemed her injuries had significantly healed over the past month.
Jennifer and Jamal Clarke had also noticeably improved after refining a high-grade Supreme Source Realm pill.
“It’s time. Let’s go!” Sanaa nodded slightly before speaking.
“Alright!” Billy responded.
Initially, according to Sanaa’s plan, they intended to take a starship to Fallingstar City, then use the teleportation channel before boarding another starship.
However, upon learning that White Feather’s speed surpassed that of a quasi-eighth-rank starship, she followed Billy’s suggestion instead.
The distance between Heaven Alliance’s headquarters and Universe Palace was vast. They had to transfer through three teleportation channels and then travel further by White Feather, covering an estimated tens of millions of miles.
Ten days later, they arrived at an unknown star domain.
Looking around, they saw nothing but emptiness and silence, like a Death Realm.
“Miss Sanaa, where is Heaven Alliance’s headquarters?” Stout asked Sanaa.
“We only know it’s nearby; we don’t know the exact location,” Sanaa replied.
“Uh…” Stout’s mouth twitched. “How do we find it? There’s no sign of any city within thousands of miles…”
“Even if Heaven Alliance’s headquarters were right in front of us, you wouldn’t see it,” Sanaa interrupted him.
“Why?” Judge asked.
“You two are really clueless,” Felicia rolled her eyes at them. “If Heaven Alliance’s headquarters were that easy to find, it would have been discovered long ago.”
“What do you mean?” Stout asked Felicia.
“It’s simple! They must have something like a City Defense Array hiding their headquarters,” Felicia explained before looking at Sanaa. “Miss Sanaa, am I right?”
“That’s one possibility,” Sanaa smiled. “Another possibility is that Heaven Alliance’s base is in a separate space within this star domain. Without knowing the way in, it’s hard to find.”
“Got it!” Stout and the others replied.
“Miss Sanaa, is there any way to force them out?” Night Orchid asked Sanaa.
“We don’t have one, but he does,” Sanaa pointed at Billy.
“What do you mean?” White Tiger and the others asked simultaneously.
“Although we can’t see them, they can definitely see us,” Jennifer explained for Sanaa. “As long as Mr. Billy shows the Nine Dragons Cauldron, they should react!”
“Understood!” everyone nodded in response.
“Miss Sanaa, have The Hallowed Court people made any moves?” Harleen asked.
“They have!” Sanaa replied. “Let’s go see who they’ve brought!”
With that, she led everyone toward the right front direction.
