Seeing this scene, Conor Stark couldn’t help but gasp.
Just one strike, and he directly killed an eighth-rank Supreme Source Realm expert?!
Thinking of this, he checked Billy’s cultivation level and exclaimed again.
Fifth-rank Returning Source Realm! He leaped over ten levels to defeat his opponent?
What a monster!
“Damn it! You destroyed my body, I’ll make you pay next time…”
The soul shouted angrily as it soared into the sky, seemingly forgetting the existence of the Dark Puppet.
“Sorry, there won’t be a next time!” Billy interrupted him.
As he spoke, his eyes narrowed slightly, and the Dark Puppet swiftly chased after the soul.
“Hmm?” Seeing the Dark Puppet, Kieran cried out in horror and quickly fled.
He had already witnessed the power of the Dark Puppet last time and knew it was a monster that specialized in devouring soul bodies.
However, to his despair, he was caught by the Dark Puppet before he could escape four or five kilometers.
In no time, after a scream, the void returned to calmness, and the soul was completely annihilated!
“Mr. Billy truly deserves to be recognized by the Nine Dragons Cauldron. Impressive!” Conor Stark said as he approached.
“Elder Samuel, you’re too kind!” Billy smiled and asked, “What exactly happened?”
“Uncle!” At this moment, Cheyanne Stark’s voice came from afar, and soon she appeared with a group of people flying swiftly through the air.
“Mr. Billy, you’re here too?” Cheyanne Stark looked at Billy in surprise as she arrived.
“Hello, Cheyanne!” Billy smiled.
“Uncle, where is Kieran? Did he leave?” Cheyanne Stark turned to Conor Stark and asked.
“His soul was annihilated!” Conor Stark replied.
“Soul annihilated?” Cheyanne Stark and the gray-robed elder were both stunned.
“Elder, did you break through?” The gray-robed elder asked after a pause.
In his view, only if Conor Stark had advanced in cultivation could he have possibly defeated Kieran; otherwise, it was impossible.
“It wasn’t me; he was killed by Mr. Billy!” Conor Stark shook his head and responded, “Today we owe everything to Mr. Billy; otherwise, I would be dead!”
“Hmm?!” Hearing this, Cheyanne Stark and the gray-robed elder were both taken aback.
They naturally wouldn’t think Conor Stark was joking! However, it was too shocking!
After all, Kieran was a genuine late-stage Supreme Source Realm expert, and he was killed by Billy?!
“Thank you, Mr. Billy!” Cheyanne Stark bowed to Billy after a pause.
“You’re welcome, Cheyanne!” Billy smiled faintly. “First, tell me what happened.”
“Alright!” Cheyanne Stark nodded and briefly explained the situation to Billy.
It was similar to what Jennifer had mentioned before. Kieran came to Decadent City primarily to make Heaven’s Tea House submit to Heaven Alliance.
However, Heaven’s Tea House insisted on maintaining neutrality and refused to get involved in the conflict, leading to an unpleasant conversation.
Kieran learned that the sect master of Heaven’s Tea House and several high-level combatants were not in Decadent City recently. The strongest person at home was Conor Stark.
So he wanted to capture Conor Stark and Cheyanne Stark to coerce Heaven’s Tea House.
“What about other forces in Decadent City?” Billy continued to ask.
“Any force with some strength has been incorporated into Heaven Alliance,” Cheyanne Stark responded.
“Initially, a few forces wanted to remain neutral, but one of them was wiped out overnight by Heaven Alliance, forcing the others to submit.”
“Heaven Alliance really stops at nothing to achieve its goals!” Judge commented and then seemed to think of something. He looked at Cheyanne Stark and asked.
“By the way, Cheyanne, doesn’t Heaven’s Tea House have fifty high-grade Mixing Essence Pills? Didn’t you use them?”
“They’ve already used them!” Cheyanne Stark nodded. “They’re currently in seclusion and will need some time before they can come out!”
“I see!” Judge responded.
“Mr. Billy, with war raging everywhere in Upper Realm, what are your plans?” Cheyanne Stark continued to look at Billy and asked.
“I’m planning to go to Universe Palace!” Billy responded.
“Universe Palace?” Cheyanne Stark was taken aback and said, “According to our information, Universe Palace is also quite unstable right now. Mr. Billy, be careful.”
“I know!” Billy nodded and then looked at Conor Stark.
“Elder Samuel, if Heaven’s Tea House truly has no intention of getting involved in the conflict between The Hallowed Court and Heaven Alliance, it’s best to find a place to lay low for now. Otherwise, neither side will let you off.”
“We were thinking the same thing!” Conor Stark responded while taking out a Mystic Echo Stone from his body and handing it to Billy. “Mr. Billy, take this Mystic Echo Stone. If anything happens, contact us anytime.”
“Alright!” Billy took the Mystic Echo Stone.
After exchanging a few more words, Billy took his leave.
“Elder, who do you think will ultimately win between The Hallowed Court and Heaven Alliance?” The gray-robed elder asked Conor Stark.
“Their strengths are quite similar; it’s hard to say right now!” Conor Stark shook his head and added.
“It depends on who can gain the support of Miss Sanaa’s faction. That’s the key to victory!”
“If neither side can win their support, this war might not end anytime soon!”
“Elder, should we really remain neutral?” The gray-robed elder continued.
“We’ve offended both sides now. No matter who wins in the end, our future won’t be easy.”
“Don’t be so pessimistic!” Conor Stark continued. “This war is full of uncertainties; the last one standing might not be The Hallowed Court or Heaven Alliance!”
“What do you mean?” The gray-robed elder was puzzled.
“Don’t forget, besides those two forces, there’s another power!” Cheyanne Stark smiled.
“Cheyanne, you mean Mr. Billy?” The gray-robed elder asked again in surprise.
“Never underestimate Mr. Billy!” Cheyanne Stark smiled again.
“As far as I know, Mr. Billy has good relations with Whisperwind Vale and is on excellent terms with Demonic Clan.”
“Combined with his relationship with Miss Sanaa and his own strength, don’t you think he’s a force to be reckoned with?”
“But Whisperwind Vale and Demonic Clan have both declined significantly,” the gray-robed elder continued.
“You underestimate Whisperwind Vale!” Conor Stark said. “If they only had superficial strength, how could they have convinced that great figure to help them suppress Duskreaper back then?”
“Moreover, although Demonic Clan’s power is far from what it was ten thousand years ago, I always feel that many of their members remain in Upper Realm without outsiders knowing.”
“I understand!” The gray-robed elder nodded.
After a slight pause, he continued. “Elder, if that’s the case, should we follow Mr. Billy?”
“If we add Heaven’s Tea House to our side, we might be able to contend with The Hallowed Court and Heaven Alliance!”
“Let’s wait and see!” Conor Stark responded thoughtfully. “Let’s first see Mr. Billy’s intentions. If he doesn’t have such plans himself, we can’t force it.”
“I understand!” The gray-robed elder nodded again.
A quarter of an hour later, Billy and White Feather had entered a teleportation channel outside Decadent City with their destination being a city called Fallingstar City.
Fallingstar City’s location was quite far from the central area of Upper Realm. If Decadent City were compared to a city’s downtown area, Fallingstar City would be its suburbs.
Billy and White Feather didn’t know how long they had been in the teleportation channel. When they emerged from it, they saw an endless stretch of mountains before them.
In the distance ahead, they could vaguely see a medium-sized city.
“Billy, that should be Fallingstar City as Jennifer mentioned. Should we explore the city or head straight to Universe Palace?” White Feather asked.
“Let’s go directly to Universe Palace!” Billy thought for a moment before replying.
“Alright!” White Feather responded.
Then he flapped his wings and carried Billy swiftly towards Universe Palace…
