Chapter 52
POV: Aeron Darkwood
“What the heck happened a while ago, Leah?” He annoyingly inquired his sister, as he followed her into her room.
Their parents were so furious at what happened in the palace a while ago, and now, they were in the study room with Elder Courdamus. He followed Leah to talk to her about what she did with Tamara.
He knew that something had happened because Tamara seemed to be friendly with all her smiles and all, but her eyes were too intimidating, wicked, and merciless a while ago.
“Aeron, I’m exhausted. Can you just leave me alone?” She weakly stated as she sat on her bed.
But he didn’t want to leave her alone. He might have been a weak brother to her, but he truly cared for her. She was his sister. And besides, he wanted to know. He wanted to know what Tamara would tell her.
“Just tell me. I know that this is hard for you-”
“Okay, then. You really wanna know? I am crashed, Aeron! I am such a loser!” Leah suddenly blurted out as her eyes blurred with tears.
Aeron was so shocked for he had never seen her this broken. He knew that she was silently crying her heart’s out, but this was the very first time she let him see it.
He felt a tinge of pain in his heart as to how the hell she had been carrying her emotions just to herself. She was known for being strong, unbeatable, and firm.
Now…
Aeron mentally shook his head.
Leah blankly stared at her window where the moon was illuminating its content. She gritted her teeth.
“I have dreamt of being his wife! I’ve been in love with him since I was young, Aeron. And just because she was the sacred emissary… just because she was his missing mate… she took what I’ve been dreaming for in just a snap! And what? That I lost that f*cking competition?! That I lost that sh*tty compatibility test?! I am so close, Aeron! I am this f*cking close!” She furiously spat.
Her tears fell freely from her eyes as he was left there, stunned at her side.
“Do you know what I hated the most?” She suddenly inquired as she tried to console herself trying to swallow her own tormenting sobs.
Leah brokenly stared at him he saw how lost she was. He saw how vulnerable his strong sister was and it was also breaking his heart.
She bitterly smiled at him reflecting the pain, and the deep sorrow in her eyes.
“He told me how he loathed me. He told me how much he would never like me. And I’ve seen how furious he is.” She bit her lower lip harshly and he had smelled her faint blood in the air.
Aeron walked towards her and hugged her tight comforting her.
He swallowed hard as he tried to uplift her but how?
Aeron remained in her room until she slept with her eyes swollen because of too much crying.
He gently closed Leah’s door and let out a deep sigh before he leaned against it. He exhaustedly massaged the bridge of his nose.
His eyes turned into a darker shade of blue as he firmly clenched his fists thinking about what happened a while ago.
Leah was crying because of what happened.
But as he closed his eyes, his thoughts traveled deeply to the way the King held Tamara. The way he looked at her. The way he claimed her as his Queen.
His jaw moved as he gritted his teeth trying to rest his inner wolf.
It should be him!
He should be the one holding her in his arms. He should be the one looking at her that way. He should be the one claiming her and no one else!
Aeron let out a raging curse under his breath as he opened his eyes, and his sharp canines were already trying to break free from his gums.
He knew that this deep-rooted attraction of his must stop, but he couldn’t. He tried, but the more that he ignored it, the more it made him want Tamara more.
Yes.
He wanted Tamara. The moment she had seen her change into her wolf form for the very first time, he already was attracted to her. He was so addicted to her her beautiful face, her gorgeous body, and her aromatic smell that he just couldn’t forget.
He had been watching her from afar. He had been admiring her for a very long time now.
And if not for the king…
He sensually licked his lips before pursing them together.
He would do everything to make the King fall at least if Leah wanted him for herself, then she could. But Tamara was his she was his alone.
And now, he must perfect his inventions. He must do everything as soon as possible. Because it was the only way for his parents to agree to his conditions. It was the only way, so his parents wouldn’t hurt Tamara again.
He firmly stood as his lips slightly curved upwards. Tamara would be his… soon.

POV: Queen Tamara
She was in her deep thoughts as she sat on the chair in front of the vanity mirror slowly combing her still wet hair. Arlan had brought her into the King’s room a while ago. He told her that Hades needed to talk to some people first, and that he would be there shortly.
Tamara had graced her way towards the bathroom to wash herself. She was so stunned to see a chandelier inside the bathroom. It was also so huge, and the gray marbled floor was just so shiny that she could see her own reflection in it.
It was thrice bigger than her bathroom in the Lunar Mansion and she shouldn’t be surprised.
Now, that she had already had the chance to look around she had realized how huge the King’s room was.
The entire room was filled with only shade of black and gray from the lightest to its darkest shade. She certainly knew that a man owned the room, but she liked it, though. It reflected the King’s personality in each of the corners of the room.
Tamara stared at the huge chandelier that lighted the room and there were also small classic wall sconces creating a cool and calming ambiance around. Arlan told him a while ago that the King rarely opens the light. He loved being in the dark but she couldn’t. She always felt safe under the light, so even though there’s a huge possibility that the King might be angry at her later. And if that happens, then, she’ll cross the bridge when she gets there.
“I believe Arlan told you that I don’t like the lights to be on.” A deep and familiar voice suddenly brought her reverie back to reality.
She gasped for she didn’t even hear the door open or his footsteps.
How did he do that?
Tamara slowly put the comb on the vanity table without taking her eyes off him. His smell reached her nose and she groaned inwardly.
“I…”
She couldn’t find her words. Her mind was lost from the smell of him as her thoughts lingered to what happened between them, a while ago.
Her face profusely blushed.
“Turn off the lights.” Hades strictly commanded her, but her left brown twitched as she crossed her arms in front of her chest.
She suddenly felt rebellious about the way he treated her. Her inner wolf snorted in disapproval, too.
Tamara didn’t know where she got the strength to act that way to him, but she just couldn’t ignore the fact that his tone was just too commanding and bossy.
“I like it this way. I didn’t want it when it was too dark.” She tried to reason out and he just grunted in disagreement.
Tamara bit her lower lip as she saw him walk slowly towards her. She unconsciously took a step back. His eyes were too intimidating, too intense, and too authoritative but Tamara stood her ground.
She felt the cold wall behind her, as he towered over her her breathing hitched.
Hades placed his both arms in her side caging her before he bended a bit so their faces could level. Tamara moved her head a little bit backwards as she felt her heart pound inside her harshly.
“You like the lights, huh?” He barely whispered it was fanning her face, sending tickles at the pit of her stomach.
Tamara unconsciously nodded her head as she licked her dried lips.
Hades seemed like he was lost for a while as he stared at her nervous expression particularly her wet lips.
Tamara swallowed hard as he let out a taunting smirk.
“W-What’s the essence of the c-chandelier and the s-sconces, if we’re not gonna use it?” She nervously asked.
Her voice was low and gruff. She wanted to look away from his intense gaze, but she was just too hooked up with it. She felt like she was being hypnotized with no possible way out.
“Well, then, maybe I can negotiate with that.” Hades sensually stated making her breathe unevenly.
“Do you know how much I wanted to proceed in this room while those people wanted me to stay for their sh*tty discussions?” He seriously uttered under his breath.
“H-Hades…” She couldn’t help but call his name and it came out to be too seductive… too feminine… even to her own ears.
“F*ck!” He softly cursed as he rolled his tongue into his lips.
He suddenly held her waist pulling her closer to him. His eyes were light gray, and lust was evident in it.
“Stop torturing me.” He gritted his teeth as he said those words.
Tamara felt so proud of herself especially when she felt him. She wickedly smiled.
“I am not doing anything, Hades.” She seductively told him.
“You are such a tease, Tamara.” He sensually retorted back.
And before she could even know it, he aggressively kissed her demanding, and too deep. Tamara felt her mind lost as she tried to equal his demands. She copied his moves and he grunted in between their kisses.
Tamara moved her hand into his shoulder while the other was in front of his broad chest as if she was trying to get a hold of herself so she wouldn’t fall down. Her knees were trembling with pure anticipation.
His hands moved from her waist to her mounds gently massaging it, while the other moved on her neck to kiss her better.
Tamara gasped, and when she felt his hardness poking at hers she moaned in pleasure.
“Damn it!” Hades softly cursed and it sent her tickles as he ripped her satin nightdress.
She was about to protest and see what happened when she felt his hand into her skin. She was lost in pleasure and moved her head backwards.
Hades kissed her cheeks down to her chin, then to her neck teasing her.
“You are so beautiful, Tamara.”
His voice was making her crazy like what his hands and lips that was doing wonders to her entire body. Tamara felt her legs wobble, but he carried her, and she automatically wrapped his legs into his waist as they continued their passionate and deep kisses.
She felt the soft cushion behind her as he gently put her down. Tamara stared at him as he gently touched her cheeks like she was some sort of fragile thing. She automatically closed her eyes. His hand was huge and calloused, and it was sending her foreign sensations making her core wet in excitement.
God, Tamara! You insatiable witch! She mentally thought.
“Open your eyes, Tamara. I want to see your every sweet reaction. I want to see your lovely eyes.” His deep voice commanded her.
She was like a slave, and he was her master and that she instantly followed his words.
His hand moved down to her lips, then to her neck, and lastly to her mounds, which she didn’t even realize that were already exposed.
Tamara couldn’t contain herself anymore. She wanted him. She wanted to be filled by him.
Only him.
“I want you…” She sensually whispered as she tried to grind her lower body towards him.
“F*ck, Tamara!”
He attacked her with his sweet kisses.
Their lips moved in a very compatible way. Their tongue sensually teasing each other until it touched every bit of her skin down to her core her sanity just faded away.
They danced to an ancient rhythm. They let their bodies become one as they fulfill each other’s desires. With every moaned and her cry of pleasure, Tamara felt so complete in his arms.
She couldn’t believe how commanding and aggressive he was towards her but she could also feel the gentleness as he broke her innocence.
The slower pace that he was trying to control until it became faster and faster as they reached the brim of their own satisfaction, and they both moaned in release.
Tamara felt exhausted but fulfilled because that night, they finally consummated their marriage.
Not just once, twice, and until she had just lost count of it.
She felt her entire body sore in mixed of pleasure, exhaustion, and pain as Hades cuddled her tightly in his arms protecting her, lulling her.
