As they spoke, Keith arrived above the courtyard with four men and women.
“Be careful!” Billy said, leading everyone into the air.
“You’ve surprised me. Your cultivation has improved quite a bit since we last met,” Keith remarked after assessing Billy’s strength.
“What’s the matter?” Billy glanced at him.
“Take your people and come with me,” Keith said calmly.
“Where to?” Billy asked.
“You’ll know when we get there,” Keith replied.
“And if I refuse?” Billy continued.
“In my presence, you have no right to choose,” Keith stated. “Even though your strength has increased significantly, you’re still no match for me. So, don’t resist unnecessarily.”
“You’re so pretentious!” Stout sneered. “Last time, Boss spared you because of Miss Sanaa. You’d better not seek death yourself!”
Casey’s mouth twitched slightly. If he remembered correctly, last time Boss didn’t even have a chance to fight back.
“If you don’t want your companions to get involved, I advise you to come with me,” Keith said, glancing at Stout before looking back at Billy.
“You want to use me to threaten Miss Sanaa, right?” Billy continued.
He could guess the general idea. Other than that, he couldn’t think of any other reason. If they were after the Nine Dragons Cauldron, they would have acted directly without taking them away.
“If I were you, I’d stop talking nonsense!” The man in the blue robe looked at Billy sternly. “If you don’t want to die, come with us now!”
“Idiot!” Judge glanced at him. “Try it if you dare.”
“If he wants to die so badly, grant his wish,” Keith said calmly.
“Alright!” The blue-robed man responded and charged at Judge, releasing a violent wave of energy.
“Get lost!” Opal shouted, her sword shaking as she unleashed a powerful strike.
With a loud bang, both Opal and the blue-robed man were thrown back hundreds of meters, evenly matched.
“Hmm?” The blue-robed man steadied himself, surprised. He was at half-step Supreme Source Realm and hadn’t taken Billy’s group seriously. But Opal had easily blocked his attack.
“Attack again and you’ll die!” Opal warned.
“Arrogant! Let’s see how you’ll kill me!” The blue-robed man said, disappearing and reappearing with a hundred-meter-long blade aimed at Opal, tearing through the void.
“As you wish!” Opal’s eyes narrowed as she activated her bloodline power and met the attack with her full strength.
Boom!
The massive blade shattered instantly, and the sword light continued its path toward the blue-robed man.
“Hmm?!” His pupils contracted in fear as he realized he couldn’t dodge. “Second Master, save me!”
Before Keith could act, an elder in gray robes behind him raised his hand, stopping the sword light and shattering it.
The blue-robed man spat blood and was thrown a kilometer away. Though severely injured, he survived.
He steadied himself, shocked by Opal’s strength. Unbelievable!
“Do you really want to resist?” Keith asked Billy again.
“If you’re going to fight, do it quickly. I don’t have time to waste,” Billy replied.
He had planned to go with them to check on Sanaa but reconsidered. If they were here to capture them, it meant Sanaa was likely safe for now.
Going with them might burden her. He wasn’t confident enough to face Universe Palace’s top fighters yet. Besides, he wasn’t alone; otherwise, he might have tried his luck given his body’s resilience.
“You’re asking for it!” Keith said, looking at the gray-robed elder. “Show him what a real difference in power looks like.”
“Alright,” the elder nodded and looked at Billy. “Come with me. I’ll give you one chance to strike with all your might. If you can push me back even half a step, you win.”
Why are there always people like this? So annoying!
“Fine,” Billy replied and followed him into the air.
“Make your move,” the elder said. “Remember, you only have one chance, so give it your all…”
Before he finished speaking, Billy attacked with a Heaven Killer slash that tore a kilometer-long rift in the void.
The elder hadn’t taken Billy seriously but felt death approaching as the slash came at him. He knew he couldn’t block it but had no escape route. He had to defend by attacking.
Without time to think, he raised his hand to block.
The slash cut through him effortlessly, and the void returned to calm.
A wounded soul shot into the air as two halves of a body fell from above.
“How is this possible?!” Keith and his group were stunned. A fifth-grade Supreme Source Realm expert had been killed by a third-grade Returning Source Realm opponent in one strike?!
Could anything be more shocking?
While they were still in shock, a dark figure chased after the elder’s soul-it was Dark Puppet.
“Mr. Keith, save me!” The elder’s soul cried out as he fled toward Keith.
But Dark Puppet was faster and intercepted him within a kilometer.
“Courting death!” Keith roared, reaching out to tear Dark Puppet apart with distorted space.
At the same time, Billy attacked with another Heaven Killer slash aimed at Keith with thunderous force.
“Courting death!” Keith frowned but didn’t dare be careless. He abandoned Dark Puppet and struck at the slash.
Boom!
The slash shattered, sending Billy flying three or four kilometers back. Apart from some blood at the corner of his mouth, he was unharmed.
“Hmm?” Keith frowned again. Billy’s defense was far beyond his expectations.
Meanwhile, Dark Puppet absorbed the elder’s soul, destroying it completely.
“You brat! You’re dead!” Keith’s face darkened with rage. “Since you all want to die so badly, I’ll grant your wish!”
Enraged, Keith’s aura surged to its peak, suffocating everyone around him.
“Mr. Keith, please stop!” An elder’s voice called out suddenly.
