Divorce her

Book:A NIGHTSTAND WITH THE BILLIONAIRE ALPHA Published:2024-11-9

“Enjoy your damn meal, lady! I hope you love it!” Grace said after taking the last bite of the wonderful breakfast she had prepared with the chef and was leaving the table for Sophia and Alpha Nelson.
She hadn’t even said a word ever since Alpha Nelson had come down to eat, and she did everything possible to avoid all his eye contact. He was trying to thunder at her.
She was in love with this man before, but no longer anymore; she had lost interest in everything that had to do with him.
The amount of anger Sophia felt was something that could make her go crazy, coupled with the fact that she was hungry and had not eaten dinner the previous night.
She had pride, but she didn’t even mind as she grabbed the remaining plate of food Grace had left and started eating it all of a sudden, much to the surprise of Alpha Nelson and herself.
She swore to make Grace regret this; she won’t be so calm these days; anyone that messes with her will know how people are being messed up.
When Grace had entered her room, she picked up her phone to check some things online when she noticed Alpha Nelson sent her a message apart from the other one earlier.
The message rewards, “The text message was not a mistake a bit; please endeavor to be present at the meeting. Acting as my wife, that is the deal.” Alpha Nelson made sure he added it to remind Grace it was a deal she signed.
Grace had no other option but to start looking for something nice she would wear to the Divine’s estate, but still she wondered why she was going to be the Divine’s estate; it better not be what she was thinking because she was going to give them hot.
It was 3:40 PM already, and Grace, Sophia, and Alpha Nelson were all ready in their different rooms, as though they were doing it on purpose.
Grace applied a little powder to her face, which made it radiate with more beauty, and she was wearing a very expensive John suit, and her long hair poured on her back, almost reaching her face, her dark blue ocean eye giving her a more alluring look.
Sophia couldn’t even be compared with Grace; Grace was like a millionaire.
Sophia, Grace, and Alpha Nelson came out of the building almost at the same time, all of them on their own businesses and not smiling at anyone.
Each of them entered their car they were supposed to use and went with and zoomed; they were all going to the Divine’s estate to see Alpha Nelson’s parents.
They arrived at the Divine’s estate after a few minutes of driving; it was really or a very long drive, but it was smooth.
Grace had told the driver to go reduce his speed so they wouldn’t get there on time; if she was to get there on time, she was sure something really heavy would have happened even before Alpha Nelson and the so-called soon-to-be wife of his would arrive.
Fortunately for Grace, the driver has skillfully arranged the car at the corner point.
It was so clear that Sophia and Alpha Nelson had arrived and had even walked into the building before Grace could even think of stepping out of her car.
“Damn! Thank God they are here already.” Grace said in her heart and smiled. She was really not going to take disrespect from Alpha Nelson’s parents, and she hoped the meeting would go successful or not.
Grace slid out of the car and arranged her disheveled clothes due to the position of how she had sat in her ride to this very place.
Grace let out a breath, and just then she elegantly strolled into the building; she was also directed by a maid who had noticed her confusion as she checked for the inner building.
“Nice to meet you, ma.” Grace said and offered her handshake to the old woman that had directed her to the main building.
“My pleasure, my daughter.” This was what the lady had said to her and smiled contagiously.
A few minutes later Grace was now inside the beautiful, big sitting, and yes, she could tell how wealthy they were; they had everything and anything in gold, and that was a testament to their wealth.
Alpha Nelson’s estate was nice that of his parents own, though his parents estate was one in a million.
“You All are welcome!” Alpha Nelson’s mom said to the three people inside the sitting room; she had just descended the stairs a few minutes ago.
They have all greeted her, even Grace. Grace was really a nice lady, but you really don’t have to taste her patience.
“Nelson! I will go get your dad.” His mou said and smiled at Sophia, and Grace noticed the deadly gaze she gave her, but she didn’t even mind.
“Okay, mom, please, we have no time and would have to leave today.” Alpha Nelson said to his mother, He was also not happy being there, not just him too, but also Grace.
Sophia was the only one with a genuine smile on her face, her blue eyes shining and adorable to behold.
Alpha Nelson’s parents came downstairs after about thirteen minutes of going to get her husband.
Alpha Nelson’s dad took his seat immediately; he came downstairs, and they all greeted him as a sign of respect.
“Okay, I hope you all are doing great. I am very sure everyone seated right here is an adult, and you don’t have to beat around the bush in what I am to say.” This was Alpha Nelson’s dad’s first speech, and Sophia was nodding.
“Son! It is about your marriage with your wife Grace. I am very sure you know me and your mom didn’t even approve this marriage, and now we are thinking that you both divorce so you can get married to Sophia, the wife your parents have chosen for you.
“What dad? Divorce?” Alpha Nelson, who had been quiet all this while, finally found himself speaking.
“You heard him right! Divorce! That is the best option, so you can get married to Sophia rather than nobody,” his mother added.
Sophia and Cindy’s eyes jammed, and Sophia couldn’t help but smirk at Grace, who was really confused and so lost for that moment.
She couldn’t believe Alpha Nelson’s parents had made her leave all the appointments and come to hear all this. Like, are they kidding, bet or what? She couldn’t understand.
“Divorce who? If I may ask dad? Because I don’t get what the heck is happening here, dad?” Alpha Nelson kept on asking.
“Are you dumb or what? Can you read the handwriting on the wall? Your parents don’t work a low life for you!” Sophia tried to explain, but Grace shut her up.
“You are a bastard! You are a fool for calling me a low life! What the heck, and who do you think you are?” Grace scoffed, rising up to her feet.
“I am who I am! The daughter of one of the richest, wealthiest, and strongest Alphas!” Sophia bragged.
“And is that why you are feeling so big? Are you doing this all because of a man? A man who doesn’t want you? I am so sorry to say, but you are extremely cheap, even with the freaking brag about not who you are. Don’t you have shame? Even if it’s a slight?” Grace was really furious as she said this.
“Enough! Enough! Don’t you have respect for me and my wife, lady? What the heck is the fight you are causing?” Alpha Nelson’s dad sneered at Grace, not even scolding Sophia too.
“With all due respect sir.” Grace said and prostrated.
“I can’t stand here and watch her insult me! I can’t stand here and watch you and your wife insult me, why would you even do that? I am so sorry, I can’t take this, like what the hell is this. I have to leave right now.” Grace said and picked up her bag and her phone and was about to leave when Alpha Nelson’s mom voiced out.
“This is the woman you married as a wife right? Can you see how she is talking to your dad huh?” She was asking Alpha Nelson.
“I am tired! What the hell! Nelson just came home with the divorce paper, what the hell? What kind of disrespectful parents do you have? Is it because I am not your daughter huh? This is so bad, damn! I am out!” Grace said and just then she didn’t even wait to know what they had to say and she was leaving already.
“Nelson! You see this right? You better go prepare the divorce paper! I can’t have such a daughter-in-law.” His father’s proclamation.
None of them was aware that the Marriage was contracted yet and he wouldn’t even dare say that to them.
“Dad, sorry I can’t do what you request. I am so sorry.” Alpha Nelson said politely and before you knew it, he was moving out of the building already
