“We both have the office now? Who is the both? I mean, who and who are you referring to?” Alpha Nelson snarled at her.
“Me and you! Who else?” Sophia asked him, and her eyes widened as though her eye socket would just bulge out of her eyes already.
“By the way, who granted you access to the office?” Alpha Nelson asked her, his voice laced with curiosity and his eyes not leaving her’s.
“What sort of question is that, Nelson? Stop all this humiliation in the presence of this slut you call a wife.” Sophia mouthed and gave Grace a very bad wink. Grace was standing at the corner as she watched the drama unfold.
“Don’t you dare call my wife a slut woman!” Alpha Nelson barked at Sophia.
“The same lady you humiliated just yesterday before the crowd? Or have you forgotten about that already?” Sophia said, sounding mockingly as she looked from Alpha Nelson to Grace.
Grace returned a smile to Sophia as though she had no issues with what she had said, and that was really for it to hurt her more.
“Leave already, or I will call the security on you.” Alpha Nelson said, his voice firm and serious.
He couldn’t lie; he hated Sophia so much, and she disgusted him for all he cared about.
“Leave where? What security? For your information, your parents gave me access, and you know what? I also have a high level in this company too.
“My parents did that, and I am aware; you can go to the other office; it will be arranged for you, and everything will be in place.” Alpha Nelson said to her, and this made Grace look at him in shock.
She was really not understanding all this relationship with Alpha Nelson and Sophia anymore; it was really hard to comprehend anymore.
“I want to stay here; I chose here, and that is why I was given access by your parents, and I won’t leave! She will leave!’ Sophia said and pointed at Grace, who was just watching, not even saying anything to the both of them.
“And I said you are not needed here; everyone I’m the company has an office assigned to them, so you have to go where you are supposed to be.” Alpha Nelson barked; he was losing his temper.
“You have nothing to worry about; I will leave; is it not a big deal, you know?” Grace said the seriousness in her face could be clearly seen.
“You are going nowhere; she is the one leaving and not you! This is the office for couples, for crying out loud.” Alpha Nelson said and struck his forehead in frustration.
He would choose Grace thousands of times; rather than choosing Sophia, he would not even think of it, not at all.
“She said she would leave. Why are you stressed about it, huh? Allow her to leave; that is her decision!” Sophia said, and she was about to have her seat.
Grace really had no time or energy for both Alpha Nelson and Grace, so she packed up her things and was leaving.
“You are going nowhere! You don’t have to do that. I will call the security right away.” Alpha Nelson said and was stashing out his phone out of his pocket.
“You can’t do that, you know! I have better security than the one I have here.” Sophia said and crossed her legs, leaning in the chair like the boss lady herself.
“Please send the securities to my office right away.” Alpha Nelson said over the phone, and Sophia arched any eyebrow on him to confirm he was really serious about what he was doing.
“I mean right now!” Alpha Nelson sneered again as the person on the other line was asking a whole lot of questions.
Grace also went to take; normally she had not come for a wealthy family, but she really can’t take shit all because of that.
At least she was not so poor for that, and even she was? They still had no right to treat her like nothing but a commoner or a housemaid; they could yell, shout, scream, and slap.
“Why are you taking a seat? I thought you said you were leaving already.” Sophia asked Grace.
“He said you would be the one leaving!” Grace replied to her calmly, but Nelson rudely.
“What the hell are you talking about and…”
Sophia was still trying to make a complete statement when Alpha Nelson opened the door for the security and then came in.
The men were dressed in black, a very unique and corporate dressing, very unique.
“Are you leaving? Or you want them to help you leave already?” Alpha Nelson made sure he asked her at first before she would say he sent the security to throw her out of his office.
“Nelson! So you are really doing this, huh? Not to worry, I will leave!” Sophia said and took her bag and her phone, but before then the kind of eye she used to look at Grace was something that signified danger, but Grace was able to return it with a genuine smile.
Grace really had her own ways of doing things; she knew how to go about with ladies like Sophie and Cindy, and for real, she really had no idea which of the two was more nicer and sensible.
Sophia used her shoulder to hit Alpha Nelson roughly; it was something she did on purpose.
She left the office, the pride in her not mellowing for even a bit. That was really how she was. She always has plans ahead, and she was going for it right away.
Sophia really didn’t want to use her bouncers; she knew it could cause a lot of commotion, and Alpha Nelson’s parents wouldn’t be happy with that, so she let it slide.
Meanwhile, the security had left with Sophia, and now it was just Alpha Nelson and Grace that were left alone in the room.
The tension in the air was palpable, as the both of them had not said anything to each other yet. They behaved like mere strangers rather than married couples.
Grace was seated on a couch in the office while she sat on her office chair then.
Now Sophia was gone, and Grace stood up to go to her normal position when Alpha Nelson suddenly grasped her hand and turned her face to his, stopping her from going to where she had in mind.
“I am really sorry for what happened yesterday; I was not in my right senses, and I am pleading that you should forgive me, Grace.” Alpha Nelson said his cold eyes were no longer there, his voice laced with regret, and Grace couldn’t help but feel for him.
She had thought he was too proud to beg or try to amend things, but you know one thing she was sure was he was doing this to get her back and then start misbehaving again.
“That’s no problem; everything is cool and fine. I have no problem with that.” Grace said she just wanted to take a seat and nothing more, and when she tried to take more steps after giving a reply to Alpha Nelson, she was shocked to draw her back, and before you know it, their lips were on each other and they were kissing.
Immediately Grace Knew what Alpha Nelson was up to; she tried to push him away, but she was so much in love with how he kissed her, and her mouth wanted more of his kisses.
Their lips were dancing inside their mouths, and their breathing was really so heavy as they kissed out the life inside of them. It had really been so long since they had had such a nice kiss.
The kiss was still growing more intense when Grace finally found her courage and gave Alpha Nelson a very hard push with a slap on his face. “You asshole!” Grace scoffed, cleaning her mouth as though she had not just enjoyed herself a few minutes ago.
“What?” Alpha Nelson gasped in surprise. He had really thought he wanted to make things right again, but Grace dared to slap him for the second time again, and it was really so annoying.
“What right do you have to do what you just did?” Grace sneered; she had forgotten her control with him already was something they had all those things inside of it.
Alpha Nelson couldn’t take the shit anymore, so he had to also show her the anger in him.
“Inside the deal!” He growled.
“At the office?” Grace asked sarcastically.
“Anywhere and anytime, I can do whatever I want with you!” Alpha Nelson said.
“Why don’t you just go ahead and free me? Like I don’t need anything from you anymore!” Grace scoffed in disgust.
“Because I don’t want to, not until the deal is over; it was signed.” Alpha Nelson said.
“Nothing would happen to either of us if we canceled the deal.” Grace squealed.
“Then what will people say, huh?” Alpha Nelson asked her.
“And who is concerned with that? A divorce happened; you can tell them that. And you can also get married to Sophia, the woman your parents chose for you.” Grace added, and this made Alpha Nelson’ fume more than he was.
“The marriage remains!” Alpha Nelson proclaimed, his eyes not leaving Grace’s face.
This was Alpha Nelson final statement and then he went to take his seat, after then they were both now In the office, not their home
