After all, she had left a poor first impression on Joaquin during their initial meeting when he insisted that Julian marry Lindsay.

“Is it because of me?” Aurora put down her chopsticks and stood up to face Julian. Julian glanced at the Alvarez Enterprises news playing on the TV and immediately turned it off with the remote control.
