The news of her being a silver wolf spread like wildfire throughout the pack. Although they only knew about silver wolves because they were thought to be extinct, they still knew that silver wolves were the most powerful, special, and rare of all time.
The entire pack was in panic as most of them spotted their Alpha on the ground while fleeing for their lives. The pack house emergency abode was now full of them all, with fear, anger, and anxiety lingering in the air.
Despite defeating and killing almost all of the Crest pack warriors, their pack suffered the most damage, with their farmlands, animal houses, hospitals, and other amenities nearly reduced to ashes.

Almost all of the Elders were present in Alpha Damian’s room, as were the Beta and Luna Mavana, both of whom had their gaze fixed on their Alpha.
” Why did you lie to us? You caused the whole problem because if you had told us the truth and revealed everything about yourself, perhaps this war would not have occurred in the first place. You should be held accountable” The Civil Elder yelled, angry and distraught; their plan was becoming increasingly disorganized, and almost everything was directly linked to Luna Mavana.
“Should we make that our top priority now? The Alpha is half-dead in the sickbay.” The Alpha’s mother yelled as she rushed into the room.
” And what brings you here? You did not even show up during the war, and now you are here to do what?” The Civil Elder scoffed and stared at the Alpha’s mother.
“I am not like you bitter Elders who always want to insert themselves into every issue; I know my place.” She yelled back, refusing to give in to whatever they had planned.
“Then you should not be here.” He grinned, annoyed, his hands quivering with thoughts of slamming her head against the wall.
“So that you all can kill my son, just as you all killed his father, evil should not appear the second time.” The Alpha’s mother yelled in his face.
The air became thick with disunity and silence, with various thoughts racing through everyone’s heads. Luna Mavana’s gaze fixed on her pale mate on the bed, who appeared lifeless and vulnerable.
She shook her head in sympathy, tears threatening to fall from her eyes. “Can we summon the royal doctor?” She inquired, glancing over at Beta Frank, who appeared more disorganized than almost everyone else in the room.
“It is not permitted to summon a betrayal for the pack’s affairs,” Beta Frank muttered.
“But he is dying,” Luna Mavana wondered.
“Various things are going on in the pack, and we do not want to take a chance,” Beta Frank said, shifting his gaze to the Alpha’s mother before turning to the weak Alpha.
The civil Elder’s eyes locked on the Relation Elder, sending a silent message.
Luna Mavana’s gaze shifted to Beta Frank, who furrowed his brow and nodded slightly.
“What exactly are they planning?” Her instincts warned her of a hidden agenda as she reflected on the unspoken message.
The civil Elder interrupted her thoughts by clearing his throat and intentionally raising his voice.
” Even if the law prevents it, we must prioritize the Alpha’s recovery. Bring the royal doctor… right now.”
But his eyes told a different story, and the slight grin on his lips confirmed her suspicions. They were planning something.
Luna Mavana shifted her gaze to Beta Frank, who was looking over at the Alpha, his thoughts jumbled with suspicions and emotions.
“Of course, in the event of an emergency, laws are altered.” The Relation Elder agreed, gesturing for the guards to go get the royal doctor.
“I oppose that; nobody leaves this room,” Luna Mavana declared, her voice demanding and authoritative.
The room fell silent, the weight of her statement settling on everyone’s mind.
The guards maintained their position, exchanging nervous glances.
“What are you talking about?” The Alpha’s mother’s mind spun, her thoughts racing.
“There should be other doctors in the pack besides the royal doctor.” She continued, ignoring the Alpha’s mother’s curious questions.
“No other doctor is permitted to touch royalty, and you were the first person who requested his presence, so why change now?” The Relation Elder scoffed, his eyes filled with unmistakable rage and anguish towards her.
“We will make use of the royal doctor, that is final.” The Civil Elder declared, shifting his gaze to the standing guards and ordering them to leave.
“Anybody that leaves this room without my permission will be beheaded.” Luna Mavana spat.
The room became thick with curiosity, from the Elders’ glares to the Alpha mother’s stunned, questioning expression and, finally, Beta Frank’s smirk.
The guards came to a halt, seemingly unaware of what was going on in the room.
The Alpha’s mother stood up, her face pale and puzzled. “What is going on, Luna?”
Luna Mavana’s gaze fixed on the elders, her jaw clenching.
“We will soon find out.”
Unfortunately for her, her gaze was unable to catch the guards who had sneaked out of the room with the permission of the Civil Elder.
“You understand you have no authority here, Luna. The elders should make this decision.” The Relation Elder’s eyes flashed warningly as he snapped his gaze at her.
I apologize, elders, but I will only respect your choices if everyone chooses not to use the royal doctor. I have my reasons.” She muttered, her tone low and apologetic.
The Civil Elder and the Relation Elder scoffed at the same time, locked gazes, and nodded, communicating without words.
“If that is the case, we will use the royal doctor’s apprentice. Unlike the others, He is allowed to touch royalty.” The Civil Elder proposed, and everyone agreed.
” Go get the royal doctor’s apprentice.” Beta Frank informed the guards, and two of them bowed before quietly exiting the room.
“I thought there were five guards?” The Alpha’s mother inquired, glaring at the remaining two guards who stood very close to the door.
The elders froze, their faces etched with shock, fearing that they had been caught.
The Civil Elder cleared his throat, a forced and nervous smile spreading across his lips, “What do you mean? ” “They are four,” He protested.
“I am aware of what I saw.” “Five,” The Alpha’s mother insisted, her suspicions rising…
The Civil Elder was about to respond when he was interrupted by a knock on the door.
“Enter,” the Civil Elder called out.
The door creaked open, and the Royal doctor’s apprentice walked in, carrying a large skin bag over his shoulder.
“I apologize for the delay; if you all could excuse me, I will begin the diagnosis,” he said.
