Before long, Billy led Harleen and the others to greet Sanaa with a bow before ascending into the sky.
Keith and the Harmon family did not stop them.
To Keith, he was not worried that Sanaa would go back on her word. He knew that Sanaa understood the consequences of such an action. If she angered him, none of them, including Billy, would have a chance of survival.
Fifteen minutes later, Billy and his group landed in an open area on the outskirts of Skyreach City.
Soon after, Azure Dragon, Azure Fang, and others emerged from the Nine Dragons Cauldron and exchanged pleasantries with Harleen and the others.
Stout then briefly recounted the events of the past few days to everyone.
“Boss, will Miss Sanaa be in any danger when she returns to her family?” Judge asked.
“There shouldn’t be any danger,” White Tiger responded. “After all, it’s her own home.”
“True!” Judge nodded.
“I wonder who Miss Sanaa really is. From Silent Ruins Sky Realm to here, she has helped us a lot,” Felicia mused.
“From what I’ve gathered during our interactions, it seems she might be acting on someone’s behalf,” Ivy added.
“On someone’s behalf?” Billy and the others were taken aback.
“Ivy, what do you mean?” Night Orchid asked.
“We’re just speculating. We’ve asked her a few times, but she hasn’t given us a direct answer,” Amber replied.
“Could it be the old man?” Soul Chaser suggested.
“Probably not!” Amber shook her head.
“Then who could it be?” Soul Chaser asked again.
“Stop guessing. She’ll tell us when she’s ready!” Opal turned to Billy. “Billy Boy, what’s the plan? Are we heading to Whitecloud City to find Miss Charity?”
“Yes,” Billy nodded. He had promised her and he wouldn’t go back on his word.
“Opal, Harleen, let me lift the seal on you first!” Billy then released several streams of energy into their bodies.
In no time, a powerful aura erupted from the four of them, causing Casey and the others to gasp in astonishment.
“Opal, your aura is terrifying!” Stout exclaimed. “What’s your current cultivation level?”
“At least half-step Prime Source Realm,” Judge replied.
“Yes!” Soul Chaser nodded seriously. “That’s very likely!”
“You underestimate Miss Sanaa!” Ivy smiled. “Opal and Harleen are already at fourth-rank Prime Source Realm. Ivy and I are one level lower, currently at third-rank.”
Everyone was stunned, including Billy. Their jaws dropped in shock.
In just a few months, they had advanced an entire major realm?!
“This is unbelievable!” Stout exclaimed. “How did Miss Sanaa do it? It’s terrifying!”
“It’s surprising, isn’t it?” Amber continued. “Not only that, but after Miss Sanaa helped us awaken our bloodline recently, we can now increase our level by one when activating our bloodline power!”
“Really?!” Everyone was shocked again.
“Of course!” Amber nodded.
Everyone gasped once more.
“Let’s go, we need to leave Skyreach City!” Opal said. “The news about Billy having the Heaven Book has spread across the seventh-tier star domain. The Harmon family won’t let this go easily!”
“Yes,” Billy nodded.
The group quickly headed towards the teleportation channel.
Just as they entered the channel, members of the Harmon family arrived!
Upon learning that Billy had gone to Whitecloud City, they immediately followed into the teleportation channel.
The next morning, Billy and his group landed in the northern outskirts of Whitecloud City and headed towards Miss Charity’s courtyard.
“Boss, do you know who this girl named Charity is?” Judge asked as they walked.
“No,” Billy shook his head.
“Do you know what she wants your help with?” Judge continued to ask.
“No idea,” Billy replied.
“Alright then,” Judge shrugged.
“Billy, someone’s coming!” Harleen’s brows furrowed slightly.
Before her words faded, several powerful auras swept through the air.
They turned to see a group of seven or eight people approaching from behind, both men and women, each exuding a strong presence.
Billy quickly assessed their cultivation levels; none were weak!
The strongest was the gray-robed elder leading them, at fifth-rank Returning Source Realm. Following him were two third-rank Returning Source Realm individuals, one male and one female. The remaining five were mid-to-late Prime Source Realm cultivators.
“Who are they?” Soul Chaser wondered aloud. “Could they be from Whitecloud Manor?”
“No way!” Stout clicked his tongue. “People from Whitecloud Manor are very pretentious. Except for two old fossils, everyone else wears white robes!”
“Then who are these people?” Soul Chaser asked again.
“They’re probably followers from the Harmon family,” Casey replied while staring ahead.
“Billy Boy, can you handle this?” Opal looked at Billy. “The leader seems to be mid-level Returning Source Realm.”
“No problem,” Billy smiled faintly.
With his current strength and the support of his bloodline power, mad blade, and Nether Wings, he could take down a fifth-rank Returning Source Realm cultivator without even using Heavenly Xuan Space. It would just take some time.
As they spoke, the eight people had already approached them closely.
“Harmon family members?” Billy addressed the leading elder calmly.
“Not bad, you guessed our origin!” The elder replied. “Then you should know why we’re here.”
“No idea,” Billy shook his head. “Care to explain?”
“Playing dumb?” The elder glanced at Billy. “Hand over the Nine Dragons Cauldron and the Heaven Book, and you can live!”
Why did every encounter start with almost the same line?
“What if I refuse?” Billy asked.
“I’ll kill all of you and take the Nine Dragons Cauldron and Heaven Book myself!” The elder responded.
“You sure you want to kill all of us?” Billy’s eyes narrowed slightly as a murderous intent spread from him.
“You think I’m joking with you?” The elder gave him a cold look.
“Then I am relieved!” Billy replied calmly.
“What do you mean?” The elder frowned.
“Nothing much,” Billy responded. “Just that when I kill you later, I won’t feel so guilty!”
“You dare mock me?” The elder roared angrily. “Since you seek death, I’ll grant your wish!”
With those words, a terrifying aura exploded from him, fully revealing his fifth-rank Returning Source Realm cultivation.
“You had your chance; it’s your fault for not taking it!” The elder shouted as he swiftly moved towards Billy with an outstretched hand.
A massive phantom hand appeared above Billy’s head.
“The Harmon family is getting more arrogant by the day!”
At that moment, a woman’s voice rang out as a mark whipped up a gust of wind and rushed towards them.
